Khloé Kardashian, Tristan Thompson threaten to sue woman over paternity claim

Khloé Kardashian is taking a hard stance over ex Tristan Thompson.
After responding to rumors she’s pregnant again with Thompson’s baby, the 35-year-old reality star sent a cease and desist letter to a woman claiming to have a child with Thompson, E! News reported.
The former couple’s attorney, Marty Singer, asked Kimberly Alexander to “immediately stop defaming them with malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications” after she claimed in alleged text messages that the Cleveland Cavaliers player is the father of her baby.
Paperwork purporting to be from a lab that specializes in DNA testing services surfaced online and suggested Thompson, 29, took a paternity test in Jan. 2020. In the cease and desist letter, obtained by the entertainment outlet, Singer confirmed Thompson took the test and received a negative result.
Alexander requested Thompson take a second test, which Singer said he agreed to take as long as an AABB-accredited lab perform the test. Singer also alleges Alexander was “fired” from attorney Lisa Bloom’s firm after they determined they could not “resolve” her claims.
“I did previously represent her,” Bloom confirmed to Page Six on Thursday, “and I wish her the best.”
Singer continued to blast Alexander, claiming she’s looking for notoriety.
“It is obvious that the reason you are spreading these lies about my clients is because you want your 15 minutes of fame,” the letter reads. “My clients will not tolerate your despicable conduct.”
“It has been proven that Mr. Thompson is not the father of your child and we demand that you stop claiming that he is, and that he and Ms. Kardashian somehow falsified the paternity test results,” the letter continues. “It is defamatory per se to falsely assert that someone is a deadbeat dad who allegedly does not support his children, and to falsely accuse my clients of faking paternity test results.”
Thompson and Kardashian share 2-year-old daughter True Thompson. He also shares son Prince, 3, with ex Jordan Craig.
Singer is demanding Alexander delete all social media posts and cease posting anything about Kardashian or Thompson.
“This is an extremely serious matter,” the letter ends. “If you disregard this letter’s demands, you do so at your peril since you will soon find yourself in court facing multi-million-dollar claims while attempting to defend your indefensible misconduct.”
Singer did not immediately return a request for comment.
Blac Chyna Allowed to Depose Ryan Seacrest in Kardashian Legal Battle

Blac Chyna will be allowed to depose Ryan Seacrest in her legal battle with the Kardashians.
According to The Blast, Chyna’s legal team will be allowed to grill Seacrest on any information he may have pertinent to her case against the family, wherein she claims that the Kardashians and Jenners executed a plan to publicly defame her for the purpose of getting her reality series Rob & Chyna cancelled so that it could be replaced with Life of Kylie.
She also requested that Seacrest be forced to turn over private texts between he and Kylie Jenner, but the court is not requiring that of him at this time.
Seacrest previously refused to agree to a deposition on the basis that he was not personally involved with Rob & Chyna, and therefore “there simply is no legal or factual basis to subject
to a deposition” because he “had nothing whatsoever to do with the events giving rise to this action” and “has no relevant testimony to offer.”
Chyna and her team hit back at Seacrest, issuing a statement in response that read, “Contrary to Mr. Seacrest’s conduct… celebrities with massive wealth and fame are not above the law.”
“Although the requested amount of sanctions for Mr. Seacrest’s conduct will not make a dent in Mr. Seacrest’s wealth as a practical matter, it is very important of this Court to send a message to Mr. Seacrest and the celebrity community that they, in fact, are not above the law,” Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani wrote in an affidavit:
“While no Californian likes to be subpoenaed for a deposition, noncompliance with that subpoena without justification should not be permitted simply because the subpoenaed Californian has the money to pay his attorneys to mount a baseless defense to the subpoena in court,” the affidavit added.
Ciani then went on to address Seacrest’s claims that he was never involved with Rob & Chyna.
“Now Seacrest is now falsely claiming he had no involvement with the show getting picked up for a second season,” she said. “One of the defenses in this case is that Season 2 of Rob & Chyna did not go forward due to ‘poor ratings.’ ”0comments
“However, Mr. Seacrest likely has unique knowledge regarding the impact on Defendants Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner of the fact that Season 1 of Rob & Chyna had higher ratings than the concurrent season of KUWTK, and twice the ratings of Rob & Chyna‘s Season 2 replacement show, Life of Kylie,” Ciani added.
There is no word on when Seacrest deposition will be held, but if Chyna’s team is not satisfied with his statements they will be allowed to to depose him a second time.

Blac Chyna Claims Huge Legal Victory Against Kylie Jenner & the Kardashians
Blac Chyna just received an early Xmas gift, because the Kardashian family just got shut down in court when they tried to have Chyna’s ongoing lawsuit against Rob Kardashian and his reality star family tossed out.
Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, just released a statement that “Today the court REJECTED the Kardashian family’s request to strike Chyna’s entire lawsuit.”
The baby mama of Rob Kardashian will now get her day in court against the famous family, including Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
As we reported, Chyna has been fighting for over a year, claiming the entire lot slut shamed, defamed and intended to kill her “hit show” with Rob.
Bloom says the court only struck 6 paragraphs from Chyna’s complaint, but allowed the other legal claims. The parts of the lawsuit that were taken out have to do with allegations of Blac Chyna claiming the family accused her of assaulting Rob.
Chyna’s attorney says, “We thank the court for its careful, well-reasoned rulings,” adding, “We look forward to getting a trial date next month and aggressively fighting for Chyna’s rights at trial.”
Aside from the lawsuit, Blac Chyna is still trying to hammer out custody issues with Rob, who claims he can no longer afford child support payments.

Kim Kardashian: I was high on ecstasy in Ray J sex tape
High times indeed for Kim Kardashian.
Reflecting on her wildest moments during Sunday’s episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” the mother of three said she was on ecstasy while filming her infamous 2003 sex tape with Ray J.
“I did ecstasy once and I got married. I did it again, I made a sex tape. Like, everything bad would happen,” Kardashian, 38, told Scott Disick and sister Kendall Jenner.
Kardashian wed music producer Damon Thomas in 2000 when she was 19 years old. He filed for divorce in 2003.
In 2007, Kardashian became a household name after her sex tape with then-boyfriend Ray J, now 37, was released.
“Like, my jaw was shaking the whole time,” Kardashian said of the experience.
She also recounted the time when she and pal Paris Hilton slept on rafts in the ocean after departing a party in Ibiza at 7 a.m.
“I definitely went through a wild phase, I would say in my late teens. I’m not like that anymore. But I still have fun — don’t get it twisted, I’m always the life of the party,” she said.
Kardashian has tamed herself in recent years, wedding Kanye West in 2014 following her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries in 2011.

And now Kylie Jenner is trying to sell us makeup brushes that are $365!
“Kylie is really upset by the make-up brush backlash, she really wasn’t expecting to get mauled like this,” a source close to the Kardashians EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com. “The brushes are really top quality, and the price point is in line with products of a similar quality, so it’s not like she’s overcharging at all. The problem really is that the majority of Kylie’s fans are teenagers, or girls in their early twenties, and they really don’t have over $300 to spend on make-up brushes! Kylie is taking all the criticism on board, she doesn’t want to be seen as being elitist, or out of touch—she’s discussing a number of different options right now and the most likely solution is that she will launch a range of cheaper brushes which will prove much more affordable for her core customer base.

Blac Chyna ‘in it for the long haul’ with Rob Kardashian
According to Blac Chyna, her and Rob Kardashian are just going through a rough patch.
“I feel like every person who’s in a long-term relationship, or who is committed to their person, goes through ups and downs,” she told Cosmopolitan South Africa. “Everything isn’t always going to be peaches and cream.”
Chyna, the cover star of the magazine’s April issue, says the two are “fighting for each other – even though they’re living apart.
“I’m in it for the long haul,” the 28-year-old insisted. “I feel like everything isn’t going to be perfect, but I know we love each other, and the people we surround ourselves with are rooting for us.”
And despite the pair’s on and off again status, their daughter Dream remains a priority.
The sole son of the Kardashian family – who turned 30 on Friday – is “a wonderful dad.”
“I think it’s because he had such a great father,” Chyna said.
Kylie Jenner Graduated last night, but some folks are saying her diploma is fake
Just because Kylie and Kendall Jenner didn’t go through regular schooling like other people doesn’t mean they can’t celebrate getting their high school diploma…. that’s exactly what they did Thursday night, and their celebrity pals were there.
The family got “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” producer (and celeb in his own right) Ryan Seacrest to host the festivities.
And look, you can see Kylie’s diploma up close! she shows off her diploma from Laurel Springs High School.
“I love my mom for doing this,” Kylie wrote on Instagram. “Thank you for making this experience as normal as possible for me. Yay? I graduated :)” Everyone deserves their own graduation — no matter how famous.
Sister Kendall got her diploma last year, but she celebrated last night in the joint party. “I know you graduated last year but so proud of you!!!!” Kim Kardashian wrote.
Khloe Kardashian was also there, and she just kept twerking all night, her ass is officially bigger than kims lol!
Well after this was posted on social media, folks started calling her out for allegedly having a fake/ paid for high school diploma
I personally don’t know if it was paid for but nothing shocks me with the kardashians or jenners either way congrats to her. *sips tea*? ☕️
