6ix9ine’s Ex-Manager And Lawyer Have A History Of Criminal Cover-Ups
Article via HotNewHipHop
6ix9ine’s lawyer was forced to reveal his service record before resuming his duties.
According to documents obtained by Complex, Tekashi 6ix9ine‘s ex-manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan had a longrunning relationship with the rapper’s personal attorney Lance Lazzaro. The documents state that “Shotti” relied upon Lazzaro in past brushes with the law, all of which have come to light after the attorney swore an affidavit this afternoon.
Curious to note, but considering the circumstances, Lance Lazzaro was asked to step down from 6ix9ine’s team after his past allegiance with Kifano was ruled a conflict of interest. Lazzaro was then asked to “come clean,” with a record of employment, in order to rejoin the fold.
So, in essence, Lazzaro was only demoted for a couple of hours at most, while the paperwork was being processed. All of Lazzaro’s revelations were then neatly packed into the aforementioned affidavit where they will live on for eternity.
The records show that Lazzaro also represented Faheem Walter on four separate occasions. If you’ll recall Water is of the Tr3yway members that Tekashi kept in his entourage while building up his buzz in the streets.
And you shouldn’t it coincidental to find another one of 6ix9ine’s lawyers (Dawn Florio) listed on Walter’s fact sheet. While none of these findings change the course of the indictment process, they paint a comprehensive picture of Tr3yway’s internal structure and its recorded history in the legal system.

Tekashi 6ix9ine (born: Daniel Hernandez) has pled guilty to nine counts in a federal crime case, WNBC reports and Pitchfork can confirm via court documents. Court records show that 6ix9ine entered his guilty plea on January 23. The counts include racketeering conspiracy, multiple firearms offenses, narcotics trafficking, and more. Pitchfork has contacted attorneys for 6ix9ine.
Previously, Hernandez pled not guilty to all charges back in November 28. According to court records, Hernandez is scheduled to be sentenced by January 24, 2020. The New York Times reports that Hernandez is “cooperating with federal prosecutors.”
6ix9ine was arrested in New York City on November 2018 on federal crime charges. The rapper’s former manager Shottie, real name Kifano Jordan, and their associates Jensel Butler (aka Ish), Faheem Walter (aka Crippy), Fuguan Lovick (aka Fu Banga), and Jamel Jones (aka Mel Murda), were arrested on the same charges.
According to the indictment, viewed by Pitchfork, Hernandez and the other defendants “participated in the operation and management of” the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. The indictment accused the gang members of murder, robbery, assault, the sale of drugs, and more. Two of the charges that Hernandez faced have a maximum penalty of life in prison.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Allegedly Denied Bail Again, New Court Date Set For February
Article via HotNewHipHop
Billy Ado has the scoop.
Tekashi 6ix9ine is still sitting behind bars at this moment, waiting for a judge to grant him bail. That day did not come on Tuesday. Billy Ado, a heralded member of Tekashi’s crew that has had his ups and downs with the rainbow-haired rapper himself, took to social media to keep the masses informed. Ado left the Federal Courthouse after attending a hearing involving Tekashi and company, and immediately began filming from the steps. While in selfie mode, Ado exclaims, “Treyway, I’m out here. I’m just leaving the courthouse for 6ix9ine.” As he walks down the courthouse steps, he dives further into the details of the short hearing.
“Everybody was there,” Ado explained. He continued on to name Shotti and others that were arrested along with Tekashi. “Nobody got bail, they got a new court date for February the 20th. We ‘gon see what’s good then.” If Ado’s words are true, that means Tekashi will have to sit for another month in jail before getting to see a judge. His continued attempts to get bail will either wear down the judge or embolden the prosecutors. “I heard some crazy shit today man,” Ado said of the hearing. “It’s still fuckin’ Treyway,” he asserts while still walking down the street.

After Posting a Sex Tape Featuring an Underage Girl, Tekashi 6ix9ine to be Re-Sentenced
According to Page Six, it looks like rainbow-haired rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine will possibly be re-sentenced to time served next week for posting a video online that features a 13-year-old girl engaged in a sexual act.
The rapper, born Daniel Hernandez, was not in attendance during the closed-door conference Friday in which Justice Felicia Mennin, his defense lawyer, and prosecutors made the decision.
Previously, Mennin sentenced the controversial artist to four years probation and 1,000 hours of community service for the 2015 charge, despite prosecutors insisting on one to three years behind bars. But since he’s being held without bail on new federal charges, he can’t be on probation. Hence, being given time served.
Since being indicted on racketeering and firearm charges last month, he’s been in federal custody.

Police Believe Video of 6ix9ine Seemingly Ordering Hit Is Related to Attempted Chief Keef Shooting
6ix9ine‘s big mouth may have gotten him implicated in the attempted Chief Keef shooting, which happened in New York City back in June.
Last week video surfaced that appears to show Tekashi ordering a hit on Sosa affiliate Tadoe, with whom he was beefing with at the time. Now police sources are telling TMZ, they believe the video has a direct correlation with Chief Keef and crew being shot at near Times Square.
A source inside the New York Police Department told the site, “This is no coincidence. We believe the video is directly related to the crime. We believe Tekashi69 ordered the hit on Tadoe — who we now believe is the intended target.”
The video that leaked last week shows 6ix in a heated FaceTime conversation with Tadoe. After hanging up, the Dummy Boy rapper seems to imply he is willing to pay a bounty on the Chicago rapper.
“I got a 30 pack on him, right now, Blood,” 6ix9ine brags. “Thirty pack. Swear to God I got a 30 pack. Thirty-thou cash, right now.”
The following month, Chief Keef, Tadoe and crew were shot at outside the W Hotel in NYC. 6ix9ine denied involvement in the shooting afterward, blaming Chief Keef’s violent lyrics on someone wanting to lick shots at him. Police are investigating two people in connection with the shooting. One of them has ties to Tekashi, according to TMZ.
XXL has reached out to the New York Police Department and 6ix9ine’s lawyer for comment.
