Kentucky pastor busted for trying to set up threesome with minors
A Kentucky pastor was busted for trying to set up a threesome with two minors who work for him, according to police.
Bobby Blackburn, who is the pastor of Elevate Church, turned himself in on Wednesday on felony charges of prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor to commit a sex act, the Prestonsburg police department said.
Blackburn, 26, allegedly texted a female employee, who is a minor, to arrange a threesome with her and another underage girl who work at his business.
The police report didn’t state where Blackburn employs the girls, but he’s listed as the owner of a Prestonsburg pizza shop on LinkedIn, according to the Louisville Courier-Journal.
Police said one of the girls showed an officer text messages from the pastor allegedly requesting the threesome and other sexual acts.
A third girl visited the police department and claimed she sent the obscene messages from the pastor’s phone, but later recanted, according to police. She allegedly told officers that Blackburn threatened she would lose her job if she didn’t say she was behind the texts.
Officers went to retrieve Blackburn’s phone through a search warrant, but his relatives claimed the device was tossed into a local river, authorities said.
Blackburn is scheduled to appear in court June 16 for his arraignment. If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison.
He could not be immediately reached for comment.

Neil deGrasse Tyson Denies Sexual Misconduct Allegations
“Accusations can damage a reputation and a marriage. Sometimes irreversibly,” astrophysicist wrote. “I see myself as loving husband and as a public servant”
Neil deGrasse Tyson has denied accusations of sexual misconduct that three women brought forward in late November. “Accusations can damage a reputation and a marriage. Sometimes irreversibly,” the famous astrophysicist wrote in a lengthy Facebook post titled “On Being Accused,” disputing the claims of inappropriate behavior – dating from 1984 to summer 2018 – first reported by spirituality website Patheos. “I see myself as loving husband and as a public servant – a scientist and educator who serves at the will of the public.”
Katelyn N. Allers, an associate professor of physics and astronomy at Pennsylvania’s Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, told Patheos that Tyson engaged in “uncomfortable and creepy” behavior during a 2009 party after a gathering of the American Astronomical Society. Dr. Allers has a tattoo of the solar system on her arm, and she claims Tyson was “obsessed” with whether or not it included Pluto: “He looked for Pluto, and followed the tattoo into my dress,” she told the site.
Tyson, in his note, wrote that it was “never his intent” to make her uncomfortable, emphasizing, “I can surely be more sensitive to people’s personal space, even in the midst of my planetary enthusiasm.” “While I don’t explicitly remember searching for Pluto at the top of her shoulder, it is surely something I would have done in that situation,” he wrote. “As we all know, I have professional history with the demotion of Pluto, which had occurred officially just three years earlier. So whether people include it or not in their tattoos is of great interest to me.”
Tyson, who hosted the Fox/National Geographic science documentary series Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, also rejected the description of their encounter. “I was reported to have ‘groped’ her by searching ‘up her dress,’ when this was simply a search under the covered part of her shoulder of the sleeveless dress,” he said.
Another accuser, Ashley Watson, told Patheos that she quit her position as Tyson’s production assistant this past summer after he tried to pressure her into sex. She allegedly visited his house, where he offered an “awkward and incredibly intimate handshake” and told her, “I want you to know that I want to hug you so bad right now, but I know that if I do I’ll just want more.”
On Facebook, Tyson described inviting Watson over to his home for wine and cheese, noting that she later told him she was “creeped out” and interpreted the invite as a seduction attempt. He described the handshake as “special,” writing, “I learned [it] from a Native elder on reservation land at the edge of the Grand Canyon. You extend your thumb forward during the handshake to feel the other person’s vital spirit energy – the pulse.” He wrote that his hug comment was “clumsily declared,” noting, “My intent was to express restrained but genuine affection.”
The third woman, Tchiya Amet, alleged Tyson of raping her in 1984 while they were attending the University of Texas as graduate students. She claimed she blacked out after Tyson gave her water, and then woke up naked on his bed; when she awoke, she claimed he began to have sex with her. She filed a police report in 2014 – which was not investigated because of the state’s 10-year statute of limitations on sexual assault charges – and has written multiple blog posts about the encounter in the years since.
Tyson disputed the claim, adding that the pair briefly dated but didn’t have “chemistry.” “According to her blog posts, the drug and rape allegation comes from an assumption of what happened to her during a night that she cannot remember,” he wrote. “It is as though a false memory had been implanted, which, because it never actually happened, had to be remembered as an evening she doesn’t remember.”
On Friday, Fox Broadcasting and National Geographic announced they will investigate the allegations; the next day, New York’s American Museum of Natural History, where the astrophysicist directs the Hayden Planetarium, said it is also investigating, The New York Times reports.
“In any claim, evidence matters,” Tyson wrote on Facebook. “Evidence always matters. But what happens when it’s just one person’s word against another’s, and the stories don’t agree? That’s when people tend to pass judgment on who is more credible than whom. And that’s when an impartial investigation can best serve the truth – and would have my full cooperation to do so.”

Middle-aged teacher called 11-year-old student her ‘boyfriend’: records
In a shocking case of twisted misconduct, a 41-year-old Bronx public-school teacher doted romantically on a fifth-grader — calling the 11-year-old her “boyfriend,” records show.
“As long as without sex, I think its(sic) legal,” teacher Yi Chen Cheng told a friend on Facebook, investigators found.
A Department of Education teacher for 16 years, Cheng taught music at PS 1 Courtlandt, a pre-K to 5th grade school in Mott Haven.
According to investigative reports and disciplinary records, Cheng sent the fifth-grader messages adorned with heart emojis, told him often, “I love you,” and expressed jealousy of his girlfriends.
With a phone she bought for him, they exchanged 563 texts and engaged in video chats at odd hours, chatting about kid stuff like basketball, going to the mall, and dating.
Cheng is one of two teachers recently fired after disturbing Facebook messages and texts came to light, reports by the city’s Special Commissioner of Investigation reveal.
In the other case, Dennis Colon, 46, a teacher at Mott Haven Village Preparatory HS in the Bronx, texted a student while driving in June 2017: “I f–king WISH you were my girlllllllllll,” the SCI reports.
Colon quickly texted other sheepish remarks, including, “Ugh should I have shut the f- -k up???” Moments later he texted: “Just got into an accident,” and sent a photo of his wrecked mini-van. “Waiting for a f–king Uber right now.”
The girl turned in screenshots. Records over three months showed 680 texts from Colon to her phone, and 350 from her to him. Confronted with his vulgar words, Colon claimed he was “drunk” at the time, quickly realized “it was a mistake,” and apologized. The DOE fired him.
In Cheng’s case, the boy told probers that his teacher never engaged in sexual behavior with him. The NYPD and Bronx District Attorney’s Office did not file criminal charges.
But a disciplinary hearing officer, Timothy Taylor, terminated Cheng, calling her conduct “particularly shocking.”
Records show her estranged husband, who shared a Facebook password, was stunned to discover a trove of notes between Cheng and the pre-teen boy.
“Don’t use me as a bargaining chip for your gf [girlfriend],” Cheng allegedly wrote in June 2017. “This is the second time that you are telling everyone what I told you. Do you think it’s a joke. Or you think I am a joke? You hurt me again. And this is what you should tell everyone from now, including your gf: I don’t love you, I don’t. Goodnight.”
The student replied, “Woow first I ain’t tell anybody about u. …”
Cheng then added, “I feel you are using me to get her jealous. And that hurts because you care about her feelings more than my feeling. And don’t you know how much I love you through everything?”
Cheng, who has a 5-year-old son, sent a photo of the student to a Facebook friend, calling him her “boyfriend,” reports state.
She confided she “fell for someone that [she] shouldn’t fall for. [M]aybe because we are meant to be … we know what each other wants without even saying a word … we don’t even fight. … I feel connected to him.”
Cheng, who did not testify or return a message from The Post, now works for the Piano School of NYC in Manhattan. She gives piano lessons in the homes of students under age 10 with a parent present, a spokeswoman said.

Penn Badgley says he was molested by ‘Gossip Girl’ fans
Penn Badgley says he suffered sexual assault at the hands of over-zealous “Gossip Girl” fans.
“I think as an actor you can become an object of desire, which is something women are already accustomed to more or less around the world — I’ve definitely been, I mean, I don’t want to sound sensationalist, but I’ve literally been molested — just in the literal sense of the word — by many people in the moment,” Badgley, 32, told The Daily Beast. “Because that’s what they do.”
The actor, who stars as stalker Joe Goldberg in Lifetime’s “You,” clarified that as a white male, he faces fewer problems than others who are less privileged, but cited Terry Crews as an example of famous men who’ve been sexually assaulted, noting, “these things very much happen, you know.”
Badgley explained that his character in “You” raises a lot of debate in the light of the #MeToo movement.
“I think that’s the interesting thing about this show, is that Joe looks like me, he acts and talks like me to a degree, so I think the audience is supposed to be like, ‘Aw, that might be nice if someone was that infatuated with me,’” he said.
He continued, “I think it’s significant that a show like this is coming out now, because if it had come out any other time, we might not have been having these necessary conversations around it. And we might have been all too ready to consume something that I think actually has some really dangerous seeds in it.”
Badgley struggled with making his character sympathetic, like when a director tried to get him to play Joe as “less disgusting” when the character was masturbating on the street by making him close his eyes.
“I only closed my eyes for one take, because I was pretty adamant about not wanting to do it. And it’s because it was so much creepier with my eyes open,” Badgley said. “Like, why are we trying — Joe is masturbating on the side of the street as he watches a young woman … and we’re worried about it being too creepy?! Do we not think it’s already crossed that line? So I was always kind of on the sidelines like, ‘We don’t need to defend Joe.’”
As a result of the sudden and overwhelming fame and obsessive, occasionally Joe-like fans he faced with the sexy CW hit series, Badgley admits that he “definitely took a breather” from Hollywood before ultimately returning to television.
“I definitely had to question if I wanted to keep doing what I’ve been doing. But I’m excited — I think,” he shared. “When it comes to the fame side of things, I don’t think anybody, whether they’re famous or not, could claim to understand that phenomenon or have any sort of power over it. So I’m just cautious and careful.”

Nursing Assistants had sex with psychiatric facility patients
Two licensed nursing assistants are accused of having sexual relations with patients from an Iowa psychiatric facility.
An investigation began when the Prairie View Management Facility in Fayette reported two patients had absconded Feb. 21.
Four days later, deputies with the Fayette Sheriff’s Office learned the missing patients were seen with two nursing assistants from the facility, the Des Moines Register reported.
Authorities soon determined Megan Penney, 26, of Clermont and Paige Johanningmeier, 23, of Elgin, “had developed a relationship with the two patients and once they had left the facility it became sexual,” the sheriff’s office said.
The patients were at Prairie View under court order due to mental illness, the Register reported.
Penney and Johnningmeier were arrested Tuesday on a felony sex exploitation charge related to their position as counselors.
Each woman posted $2,000 bond and were released on the day they were booked.
Deputies took one of the patients back to Prairie View; they took the other to a hospital.
A woman who answered the phone at Prairie View told Fox News Friday that staff cooperated with investigators. She said the facility had no further comment and she declined to identify herself.

Naked teacher chases kids on playground in bizarre video
A physical education teacher was caught stripping naked and chasing children around a playground in a bizarre video circulating online.
Parents are outraged after footage surfaced of the Carthay Center Elementary School teacher exposing himself to nearby second-grade and fifth-grade students Friday on the Los Angeles campus, news station KCAL reported.
The video was reportedly captured by a construction worker who started filming the man, who was not identified, as he put his pants back on in the middle of the playground.
“He was supposed to be helping them learn P.E., run around and have fun,” a parent told KCAL. “But he undressed and started chasing the kids while he was naked, and then the kids ducked and dodged, ran into some of the classrooms and got safe haven that way.”
School officials reportedly notified parents of the horrifying episode in a robocall and letter sent home with students.
Counselors were also made available to students in light of the incident.
No charges have been filed against the man but authorities are investigating the case, KCAL reported.

Sylvester Stallone accused of sexual misconduct from 27 years ago
A woman has filed a police report accusing Sylvester Stallone of sexual assault from 27 years ago.
The “Rocky” and “Rambo” actor/director’s reps told TMZ they are aware of the allegation and are contemplating filing a complaint against the accuser. His representatives say they have been told the woman is claiming she was raped, according to TMZ.
The Santa Monica Police Department says it will investigate the claim despite the expiration of the statute of limitations, which in California is 10 years for sexual assault or battery.
This isn’t the first time Stallone has found himself vehemently denying a sexual misconduct allegation. In the past, his representatives have sometimes portrayed his accusers as opportunists looking for fame or money.
Stallone’s attorney Marty Singer, according to TMZ, was ready to file a complaint that his client’s latest accuser be investigated for filing a false report. Singer said a media outlet contacted him more than a month ago and said the accuser is alleging that Stallone raped her in his Santa Monica office in 1990.
Stallone, 71, admits to having spent three days with the woman in Israel during a movie shoot in 1987, but denies seeing her at all in 1990.
Last month, the Daily Mail obtained a 1986 police report alleging that Stallone forced a 16-year-old into a threesome with himself and his bodyguard, Mike De Luca, at a Las Vegas hotel. The accuser says she consented to have sex with Stallone but not De Luca, and that Stallone threatened to “beat her head in” if she told anyone.
In January 2013, the New York Post obtained documents showing that Stallone had reached a confidential multimillion-dollar settlement in 1987 with his half-sister Toni-Ann Filiti.
Filiti, who was 18 years younger than Stallone, had alleged that he abused her for years. Filiti died of lung cancer in 2012. As part of the settlement, the New York Post said, Filiti destroyed several secretly recorded tapes she made of conversations with Stallone, the Post said.
Jacqueline Stallone, mother to both Sylvester Stallone and Filiti, came to her son’s defense, telling the Post that her daughter was addicted to prescription painkillers and was desperate for cash.
In 2001, Margie Carr, an exotic dancer who worked out at the same Santa Monica fitness center as Stallone, filed a lawsuit alleging he “forcibly pinned” her against a wall and tore off her clothes.
Singer said at the time that Carr’s claim was “purely fictional and totally without merit,” and that she had sold her story to a tabloid prior to filing her lawsuit.
Stallone has had a career resurgence following the critical and box-office success of “Creed,” the 1985 sequel to his “Rocky” films. He co-wrote and will reprise his role as Rocky Balboa in “Creed 2,” but recently stepped down as its director, saying he believes someone younger should helm the movie. Steven Caple Jr. will direct, marking his first such assignment on a major studio feature.

Flutes possibly contaminated with semen given to California students, schools warn
Schools Warn: Flutes Possibly Contaminated With Semen Given To California Students
Saturday, September 30th, parents were warned of the possibility of a music teacher handing out flutes – tainted with his semen – to the school children.
A state and federal investigation was under way into whether the students at schools around Southern California may have received tainted flutes.
The Los Angeles Unified School District said it was cooperating in an investigation of alleged “inappropriate sexual conduct involving a musical performer” that affected at least 13 school districts.
“One LAUSD school may have been involved”, the district said in a statement.
Several other Southern California districts notified parents by email on Friday and Saturday that a performer associated with the nonprofit group Flutes Across the World was being investigated.
“The performer distributes a flute-like musical instrument made of PVC pipe or bamboo to students during a music lesson, and the allegation is that he contaminated some of these instruments with semen,” Joan Lucid, superintendent of the Saugus Union School District, notified parents on Saturday, the Orange County Register reported.
The performer was not immediately identified.
Messages seeking comment from John Zeretzke, founder of Flutes Across the World, were not immediately returned Saturday night.
Parents in some districts were urged to put the flutes in paper bags and turn them in to authorities for testing.
KNBC-TV reported that a parent identified only as Nate went to the police station in Fountain Valley on Friday night to turn in a flute given to his child, who attends Courreges Elementary School.
“It’s disgusting, it’s unreal, you can’t even really fathom it,” another parent, who wished to not be named, told the station. “It made me sick to my stomach.”
Flutes Across the World has provided musical presentations at several local school districts. The Fullerton School District said fourth- through sixth-graders at two schools had the program in the 2016-2017 school year.
Presenters at such programs “are never alone with children” but the performer won’t return to the district out of “an abundance of caution,” the district said on its website.
The district said the music program was sponsored by the Philharmonic Society of Orange County.
The society sponsored Flutes Across the World to bring the program to six classrooms in three years, spokesman Chantel Uchida told the Register.
“We’re so shocked and disgusted,” Uchida said of the allegations. “We will be stepping back from this. There are no plans to continue it in the future.”
