Rob Kardashian Seeks Primary Custody of Dream, Claims Blac Chyna ‘Spends $600 on Alcohol’ Daily: Report
Rob Kardashian allegedly claimed in a sealed court filing that Blac Chyna is “drunk all the time”
Rob Kardashian has reportedly filed for primary custody of his 3-year-old daughter Dream, claiming in a sealed court filing that his ex Blac Chyna is “out of control.”
Rob, 32, allegedly claims in the court filing obtained by TMZ that Chyna, née Angela Renée White, is constantly hosting parties at her home while Dream is present. TMZ also reports he alleges that Chyna “snorts cocaine,” is always drunk and that she even spends “$600 on alcohol” daily.
PEOPLE had not independently reviewed the alleged court filings and representatives for Rob and Chyna dod not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
According to the outlet, Rob accuses Chyna of being violent, citing one occasion where Chyna, 31, allegedly threw “sharp objects” at her hairdresser.
Rob also claims that Chyna’s alleged partying ways have affected Dream’s behavior as the child now allegedly uses foul language and is violent with other children, the website reports. Rob’s sister Khloé Kardashian also reportedly made a statement in the filing, claiming that Dream has been “decidedly more aggressive” lately and says she doesn’t want to go home to Chyna, TMZ reported.
Rob is seeking to have Chyna’s parenting time reduced to just weekends with a nanny present, according to the filing obtained by TMZ.
Rob’s filing comes a few months after Chyna revealed that she and the reality star were on good terms and were working together to coparent Dream.
“I just feel like having a good relationship with the other parent and coparenting is a healthy type of thing,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “It’s something that a lot of people need to practice.”
Rob tweeted in February 2019 that the dust had settled, and the two were on good terms.
“Angela and I are both actively co-parenting and there are no pending or active custody cases,” he wrote.
The former couple agreed to joint custody in September 2017 following a whirlwind romance and failed engagement that culminated with both alleging abuse in separate lawsuits.
In July 2017, Chyna accused the reality star of violating California’s revenge porn laws by posting graphic and expletive-ridden content about her — including three naked photos — while accusing her of drug/alcohol abuse and infidelity. Chyna also claimed in court documents obtained by PEOPLE that he allegedly hit her and threatened to kill himself multiple times.
At the time, a judge later granted her a set of restraining orders against him, and that lawsuit has not yet been settled. Meanwhile, Rob previously denied the allegations of verbal and physical abuse made by Chyna and claimed that Chyna “did not suffer any injury or harm as a result of any conduct” by him in court documents.
However, in June, tension began brewing between the exes after Chyna called out Kardashian from preventing Dream from appearing on her show The Real Blac Chyna.
Chyna shared a lengthy statement on social media after TMZ reported that Rob and his lawyer Marty Singer told her in a letter that Dream could not appear on The Real Blac Chyna without Ron’s consent.
“As Executive Producer of my show, It is very unfortunate that Rob could not simply have an adult conversation with me ‘the mother of his child,’ Dream Kardashian appearing on my show ‘The Real Blac Chyna,’” wrote Chyna, who also shares 6-year-old son King Cairo with ex Tyga.
“Had Rob contacted me directly rather than through his attorney Marty Singer, Rob would have learned about Dream participation in the show,” she continued, adding that she “would never allow” Dream to be “subjected to long hours on the set.”

Tamera Mowry Drinks Sister Tia’s Breast Milk After Falling Ill, Hoping It Will Cure Her Sickness
Article via People
Tamera Mowry-Housley is relying on Tia Mowry-Hardrict to get better — but not in the way you might think!
After Tamera, 40, recently came down with an illness and desperately searched for remedies, she finally turned to her twin sister.
Instead of suggestions for medicine or herbal remedies, Tia provided Tamera with some breast milk as she had just read an article suggesting it can be beneficial for adults.
While the thought of drinking a woman’s breast milk isn’t most people’s go to when they aren’t well, The Real host had nothing but praise for her sister’s secretions.
Recording a video on her Instagram, Tamera held a coffee cup filled with the milk and declared it the “best milk” she’s ever tried, and claimed she was already on the mend.
“Oh my gosh, Tia, this is amazing,” Tamera said in the clip as she held up the cup of liquid. “Your breast milk is the best milk I’ve ever tried in my life, oh my god.”
She also captioned the video, which altered her face and voice through a silly filter, with, “Well, I do feel better ??♀️”
Meanwhile, Tia — who welcomed her daughter in May last year — found humor in the situation and posted the video of her sick sister on her Instagram, as well.
“Soooo, my sister is desperate for some healing,” she wrote. “She’s sicky poo and I sent her an article on how breast milk has healing properties and was okay with drinking my #breastmilk.”
“Ps, she’s had some before and I mean, she’s my twin,” she added. “Here’s what she had to say.”
Though Tamera was a fan of the breast milk, many experts have advised against adults drinking breast milk, as well as consuming milk from donors who sell it online, as it poses a major risk to people’s health.
The American Pregnancy Association says that breast milk for newborns contains the “perfect combination of proteins, fats, vitamins and carbohydrates” which is essential for their development. Adults, however, break down those nutritional aspects differently than babies, CBS News reported.
In addition, human breast milk can contain dangerous impurities, such as infectious diseases including hepatitis, HIV and syphilis, and bacterial food-borne illnesses if the milk is not properly sanitized and/or stored, CBS News said.
Elisa Zied, a registered dietitian nutritionist in New York, also echoed those sentiments.
“Human breast milk [is] designed to nourish babies — not grown [adults],” Zied told Today. “Bottom line: I find the idea of an adult using human breast milk for health benefits unsubstantiated by science.”
For those who are purchasing breast milk from donors online, they run another risk of ingesting whatever prescription drugs, illicit drugs, alcohol, and food the mother had consumed, according to Dr. Sarah Steele of Queen Mary University of London, who co-authored an editorial in the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine.
“Human breast milk is not delivering the nutritional benefit it touts online,” Steele told CBS News.
Tia welcomed her daughter Cairo Tiahna with husband Cory Hardrict on May 5 and has been soaking up every moment of motherhood since.
In August, Tia told PEOPLE that motherhood has strengthened her relationship with her twin sister, who also has 6-year-old son Aden John Tanner and 3-year-old daughter Ariah Talea with husband Adam Housley.
“Our lives are very busy. She lives up north and I live in Southern California. But what’s so amazing is how our children are what really, really brings us closer together,” she said. “It is the most beautiful thing to see.”
“When you see the kids play together it’s just so amazing and beautiful,” she continued. “It makes me realize how blessed we really are.”
“No matter how busy we get or how we have our separate lives with our separate families, we have children that really bring us together,” Tia explained. “The kids are so close and get a long so well. They act more like siblings.”

Jada Pinkett Smith Admits to Struggling with Bias: ‘Blonde Hair on White Women Just Triggers Me’
Jada Pinkett Smith is revealing what “triggers” her about white women.
On Monday’s episode of Red Table Talk, the 47-year-old actress spoke about the relationship between white women and women of color, and revealed a surprising revelation of how she views the former.
“I think what crushes me, specifically in my relationship with white women, the thing that really breaks my heart is that white women understand what it feels to be oppressed,” Pinkett Smith said.
Her 17-year-old daughter, Willow, chimed in, “Because of their sex.”
“Exactly. Because of their sex,” the mother of two agreed. “What it feels like to be ostracized or not being treated as an equal.”
Pinkett Smith admitted to her own biases, saying, “I have to admit I’m guilty to that to a certain degree because I do have my own biases, specifically to blonde women.”
“Blonde hair on white women just triggers me,” the Girls Trip star said while snapping her fingers. “I’ve had to catch myself.”
“Do you have a specific incident with someone who had blonde hair?” her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Jones, asked.
“Absolutely. All throughout my childhood. I do remember experiencing being teased by white women in regards to my hair, how I looked, feeling belittled,” Pinkett Smith said.
Pinkett Smith then invited Red Table Talk producer Annie Price to the table to share her opinion on the racial divide between white women and women of color.
“Any time I want to have a conversation [about race] I’m afraid I’m going to offend somebody just by starting to talk,” Price said. “I feel like I’m going to say the wrong thing.”
She continued, “I hear a lot of times that white women have privilege and they need to recognize they have privilege. I’m sure I do. I just haven’t had the experience to recognize that I have the privilege. I don’t understand the feeling of racism. I feel a lot of times trying to be friends or trying to reach out to women of color, sometimes I feel like they don’t want to be my friend.”
Pinkett Smith said she believed “there is something unique” about “why black women and white women have such a difficult time [talking to each other].”
“We, even as black women, have to be willing to look at our biases that keep us from being able to bridge the gap,” she added.
Red Table Talk airs Mondays on Facebook Watch.
