Okay it looks like Black folks can’t even laugh while bein’ Black. So you mean to tell me these 11 (One black lady was 83 years old) lovely black ladies can’t enjoy a good laugh eat and drink they wine at they book club meeting on a train ride that has a full Bar with alcoholic drinks and cocktails. apparently you can’t laugh loudly while enjoying fellowship with friends (WHILE BLACK) this annoyed the white folks so much they complained to the train staff and told the black woman that the train was not a Bar and to quiet down I guess they didn’t quiet down as the white folks wanted and was escorted off by Train staff the police. This is sooo ridiculously racist until it’s shameful. We can’t drive while black, walk while black talk (TALK LOUD) while black, wear our NATURAL hair while black, now laugh (LOUD) while black. It’s getting so we people of color can’t be ourselves without MIGHTY WHITEY wanting to take control of our every move the CEO of Napa Vally Train gave a lame ass apology even trying to give them a free ride in a personal box car. You know Black people and our white allies need to get it together and create our own businesses and keep our money BLACK! We PoC spend a lot of our hard earned money for these ignorant racist with no empathy white folks to treat us like no class citizens. It is also a known fact that black folks can start a business but (SOME) CAN’T seem to keep it together or are very unprofessional financially and personally until the business goes bankrupt; closes. I’ve heard of Black owned restaurants close because no one was organized and the owner was biting off more then he could chew and the restaurant closed only a month after the grand opening. We Black people need to STOP shucking and jivin’ and take things seriously; build our OWN businesses NOT just restaurants; hair salons I’m talking grocery stores, movie theaters, Public transportation, Health clinics pharmacies… I do think white folks take us for granted and they know that we Black have nowhere else to go. The white business makers and owners OWN and run EVERYTHING because of the system that they designed to keep Black people from getting ahead; they know that we are not together when it comes to creating our OWN businesses. They know that we as a people are never ready we’re always tryin’ to out hustle the hustler.

Most Black entrepreneurs have no leadership, they’re not in touch with their customers we also forget to diversify when it comes to our products etc, also marketing online is a no go or the Business website looks like a three year old designed it.

I’m not saying we as Black people CANNOT succeed as entrepreneurs we just need to learn how to be diverse, we need know how to make money but what we don’t know how to do is make that money grow and expand so our business can grow and increase as well. We need to stop smilin’ and grinnin’ in these white folks faces while trying to shuck and jive them, out deal or no deal them. I also see a bunch of know it alls who use big fancy words but don’t know nothin’ but the read out of Business for dummies from 1999. It can and has been done SOME of ya’ll may be HATIN’ on Oprah but the reason she is so successful is because she was to not only help her OWN but to be diverse she knows her audience she knew to make money but to invest and make her money grow and not only to give our own people jobs but others as well. In business YOU MUST be a leader, be able to work with every ethnicity, know your customers. If we black people could only unite as real BLACK AND PROUD entrepreneurs we wouldn’t have to deal with MIGHTY WHITEY businesses; their white costumes with no empathy. FOR NOW (SOME) WE JUST AINT READY!
