Former High School 3 Musical actor James Martin was arrested earlier this week after a shootout with police in Boston.

Police were called to Dorchester street a little after 10:00 pm Tuesday night after reports of gunfire. When police arrived they spotted Martin and a companion, both armed. The 2 men fled and Martin’s companion fired at police who then opened fire.

After being caught, the police discovered a .22 hand gun. Martin has been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and 2 counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. He has pled not guilty and his bail is set at $35,0000.
