A Date Has Been Set for Bill Cosby’s Deposition

Last month comedian Bill Cosby was ordered to sit for a deposition in a lawsuit alleging he sexually abused a 15-year-old girl

at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles back in 1974 , Well the date for the deposition has been set

Bill Cosby has been ordered to give a sworn deposition in Los Angeles Superior court on Oct. 9, 2015.

Cosby’s accuser, Judy Huth, will be deposed by his attorneys on Oct. 15.

This whole situation is crazy as hell, but the bigger question is what was a 15yr old doing at the Playboy Mansion?

where the hell were her parents? Bill’s legacy has official been ruined.

This is why statutes of limitations exist, apparently Cali has a weak one.

You’re going to have people testifying under oath as to exactly what happened over 40 years ago?

I’m not saying Cosby is innocent, just that it is inherently crazy to have to defend yourself in a civil suit over 40 years later.
