22-year-old brat arrested for attacking mom with sausages
This son is the würst!
Police in Florida arrested a hungry 22-year-old jerk who pelted his mom with sausages because she accidentally bumped into him while making his dinner.
Hermes Callijas-Gasperin attacked his mother on October 8 in their Bradenton home, the Smoking Gun reported.
The food fight erupted when Callijas-Gasperin demanded his mom make him dinner, and she said she was busy.
When she did begin to cook his meal — sausages — she accidentally knocked into her son.
The wiener threw the sausages at her, hitting her in the eye, and then put his hands on her neck and pushed her, the report said.
Grilled by Manatee County cops, Callijas-Gasperin claimed he only wanted his mom to apologize. He was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

Wife claims she fatally stabbed husband after slipping on dog poop
A Florida woman arrested on murder charges Wednesday claimed the fatal stabbing of her husband was an accident because she had slipped on dog feces, authorities said.
But they added that the suspect, identified as Rachel Fidanian, 38, has given “several inconsistent statements” about what happened in the couple’s Lakeland, Polk County, home on June 25, FOX 35 of Orlando reported.
“The suspect made a lot of excuses, but none of them made sense,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said in a statement obtained by the Miami Herald. “Our detectives did a thorough investigation. In the end, they determined this was an intentional act of domestic violence.”
In the initial 911 call, Fidanian said she was holding her dog while washing dishes, then ran toward her husband, slipped and stabbed her husband in his shoulder area, according to FOX 35. Then later in the call, she said she was holding the dog while slicing pizza, and accidentally stabbed her husband when she tripped while walking toward him, according to detectives.
When Polk County Fire Rescue officials arrived on the scene, Fidanian said she was slicing pizza, then noticed her dog had defecated and urinated in the living room. When she went to clean the mess, she slipped, still holding the knife, and fell onto her husband, investigators said.
But detectives said they found no traces of feces or urine in the living room, FOX 35 reported.
The husband, Bryant Fidanian, was transported to a local hospital and later died there, authorities said.

Dad arrested for driving teen couple to park to ‘do their thang’
A Florida man faces charges after he allegedly drove his 15-year-old son to a park with his teen girlfriend so they could have sex — or, in the dad’s words, “do their thang,” according to police.
Laurence Mitchell, 53, was arrested earlier this month after an officer spotted him after-hours in his car at McChesney Park in Port St. Lucie, according to The Smoking Gun.
The dad reportedly told the officer that his son requested he take him and his girlfriend to the local park “so they can do what kids do.”
“Well, they aren’t out there stealing, they are just having sex,” Mitchell allegedly said to the cop, adding that “they could be out there doing worse.”
Mitchell, however, allegedly admitted that he didn’t know if the girl’s parents consented to her being out.
The police officer then interviewed the teen couple after they returned from the soccer field, the TCPalm reported.
Mitchell’s son reportedly told the officer that he and his girlfriend were “just smokin’ and f–kin’.”
Police arrested the dad and booked him at St. Lucie County Jail on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released on $750 bond and scheduled to appear Sept. 25 in court.

Jailbird allegedly gouged out cellmate’s eyes, made necklace with his ear
A Florida jailbird gouged out his cellmate’s eyeballs, plopped them in a cup then strolled to the prison chow hall with the man’s bloody ear dangling around his neck, according to a report Friday.
Prison guards at the Columbia Correctional Institution in Lakeside had no clue that inmate Larry Mark, 58, had been strangled, mutilated and wrapped in a blood-soaked sheet until his thuggish cellmate showed up for breakfast Thursday — wearing the trophy of flesh, prison sources told the Miami Herald.
The unnamed killer allegedly got mad at Mark for pestering him — and told other inmates he planned to eat his eyeballs, the paper reported.
He struck just hours before a gang-related knife fight broke out in another wing of the prison, which was recently hit by staff shortages, according to the paper. Mark was serving a life sentence for murder.
Florida Department of Law Enforcement would not provide the name of the attacker, who had recently been transferred from death row at a state prison, accordion to the paper
Corrections officers at the prison are on edge due to the staff shortages, which have left up to 250 inmates supervised by a single guard.
Julie Jones, a rep for the Florida Department of Corrections told the paper, “Any loss of life at the hands of an inmate is intolerable, and we are working with our partners at FDLE to investigate this death and ensure anyone responsible is held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”

Priests caught having sex in car near Miami Beach playground
Two Catholic priests were taken into custody after being caught performing sex acts on each other in a parked rental car near Miami Beach, according to reports.
Diego Berrio, 39, and Edwin Giraldo Cortez, 30, were charged with lewd and lascivious behavior after passersby spotted their tryst in broad daylight inside a Volkswagen Beetle, which was “in full view of the public,” according to CBS Miami.
After receiving a complaint, police arrived at the scene to see the sexual acts still going on. The officers were easily able to spot the two, as the car was parked next to a playground and did not have tinted windows.
The two priests were so engaged that they didn’t notice when police were there until officers tapped on the window, according to CBS.
Both Berrio and Cortez are from Arlington Heights, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Berrio is a priest at Mission of San Juan Diego, while Cortez served at the St. Aloysius Parish in Chicago. Both were removed from the ministry, according to WPLG.
“It is our responsibility to ensure those who serve our people are fit for ministry,” Anne Maselli, a spokeswoman for the Archdiocese of Chicago, told WPLG. “We take this matter very seriously.
Someone ‘donated’ 5 pounds of marijuana to a Florida thrift shop
Employees at the Pines Thrift Store in Sarasota, Florida, are scratching their heads after someone left nearly 5 pounds of marijuana outside the shop last week.
Four bags of vacuum-sealed marijuana turned up inside a tote bag near the clothing drop-off area outside the store, officials with the Sarasota Police Department told Fox 13.
Inside the tote was a brown paper bag, which contained the pot.
The cops were called after an employee opened the bag and saw what was inside.
The pot weighed about 4.7 pounds and is worth an estimated $5,400, ABC News reported.
So far, no arrests have been made, according to Fox 13. However, the Sarasota Police Department sent the bags off for DNA and other testing to find out the drugs’ source.
Officials are also checking to see if surveillance footage of the area could help them in their investigation, WFTS-News reported.

‘Stand your ground’ shooter who shot unarmed black man has no regrets
The white Florida man who reignited the state’s “stand your ground” debate earlier this summer — when he fatally shot an unarmed black man who pushed him — says he would do it all over again if he had to.
“I’ve had plenty of time to think about it,” explained Michael Drejka in a jailhouse interview with WTSP-TV.
“As far as changing anything, as events…I don’t see, I really — no, not off the top of my head,” the 47-year-old said, after being asked whether he could think of anything he would’ve done different that day.
“I was very scared. I’ve never been confronted like that, or never been assaulted like that if you will — ever.”
Drejka, who is charged with manslaughter, is accused of fatally shooting 28-year-old Markeis McGlockton outside a convenience store in Clearwater, Fla., on July 19 after being pushed to the ground by him.
He initially went weeks without being arrested on account of the state’s controversial “stand your ground law” — which allows citizens to use deadly force when fearing “imminent death or great bodily harm.”
Asked how he felt after the cops “backed” him and “refused to arrest” him, Drejka said: “Vindicated.”
“I followed the law the way I felt the law was supposed to be followed,” he told WTSP. “I cleared every hurdle that that law had to, had to put in front of me.”
Drejka said he was “shocked” and “devastated” after learning of the State Attorney’s Office’s decision to file manslaughter charges last month.
“I didn’t hear about it until they were putting handcuffs on me,” the alleged killer explained.
He didn’t speak too much about the shooting itself, but did describe the moment he got pushed.
“Didn’t know it was a shove. It felt like I was tackled or someone hit me from behind with something,” Drejka said. “I left my feet and slid along the ground.”
Asked whether he was in fear for his life, Drejka told WTSP: “Yes sir. It was only one other person that was making a move and that move was towards me… I didn’t know what was coming for me and there’s only one way to look at that. You have to be scared for it, ’cause if you’re not, you’re wrong…And that’s that.”
Drejka claimed that he wasn’t racist, despite what others have said about him using the “N-word” in the past and getting into fights with black people at the very same gas station.
“I do not hate anybody,” he said. “I’ve worked with too many people, met too many people in my life to be that kind of person. There’s, there’s no way to survive really, by being like that. It doesn’t help anyone, you know, and to have a, that kind of feeling about an entire race of people seems foreign to me.”
Drejka told WTSP that one of his biggest “pet peeves” in life is the “abuse” of handicapped parking spots, which McGlockton was parked in on the day of the shooting. His girlfriend had been arguing with Drejka when McGlockton ran up and pushed him, surveillance footage shows.
“It’s always been a hotbed for me,” Drejka said, noting how his “high school sweetheart” was handicapped, as is his mother-in-law.
“My whole life has always been looking for a handicapped parking spot, and it’s always touched a nerve with me because of the way they’re abused and used.”
Despite having no remorse, Drejka apologized to McGlockton’s family at one point during the Friday interview — but admitted that it probably wouldn’t do any good.
“I’m sorry,” he said. “That’s all I can really say to them and uh, thinking about it, would you accept those kind of words from someone, I don’t think I would. You know, just to, uh, I think there’s too much hate already to, uh, for me to be able to say anything that would make any kind of difference.”
Drejka is being held on $100,000 bond at the Pinellas County Jail. He is facing up to 30 years in prison if convicted.

Florida man shoots up the home of person who left bad restaurant review
A bad restaurant review prompted a man in Florida to fire shots at the home of the person behind the online complaint, according to police.
Deputies said the Daybreak Diner owner’s son, Michael Johnson, was upset that a customer shared a post on Aug. 19 claiming the Orlando restaurant didn’t accommodate her disabled mother, news station WFTV reported.
The patron, Monica Walley, reportedly complained that employees were “unnecessarily rude” and she launched a social media campaign against the diner.
Johnson soon expressed his anger about the review to his roommates, Normal Auvil and Jesse Martin, while they were drinking beer Aug. 20 at their home, according to the report.
The trio found Walley’s address online, then drove to the residence “with the intent to harm someone” or cause property damage, according to an affidavit obtained by the Orlando Sentinel.
From the vehicle, Auvil fired three shots into the home, nearly hitting someone on a couch in the living room, authorities said.
Auvil, 42, was arrested Thursday and charged with shooting into a building, shooting from a vehicle and abuse of a disabled person.
“Both Martin and Johnson expressed concern for their safety and stated they had witnessed or been subjected to violent outbursts by Auvil in their residence,” according to the police report.

Couple built drive-thru window into mobile home to sell drugs
A Florida couple was arrested last week after they were caught allegedly selling drugs out of a drive-thru window they constructed out of the side of their mobile home.
William Parrish Jr. and McKenzee Dobbs of Ocala, Florida, were arrested on Aug. 23 after investigators raided their mobile home following reports of four drug overdoses in the area, WFTV reported.
Ocala Police said the couple had turned a kitchen window into a drive-thru so customers would not have to constantly enter and exit their home, potentially drawing unwanted attention, WFTV reported. The house had signs directing people where to drive and indicated whether it was open or closed, police said.
“We were seeing some overdose incidents that were happening in this particular area, specifically at this particular location,” said Ocala Police Capt. Steven Cuppy. “There [were] some heroin sales that were going on there. Subsequently, through the investigation, we were able to determine that product was laced with fentanyl.”
Parrish, 32, was charged with driving under the influence, keeping a dwelling used to sell drugs, possession of drugs with intent to sell and resisting arrest without violence, according to Marion County Sheriff’s Office inmate records.
Dobbs, 20, has been charged with keeping a dwelling used to sell drugs, possession of drugs with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, court records show.
William Parrish Sr. told WFTV his son had been “trying to get himself straightened out” and maintained reports of overdoses were a “lie.”
Ocala is located inland, about 66 miles west of Daytona Beach.

Mom arrested after forcing child to walk to sheriff for ‘misbehaving’
A Florida mom faces charges for allegedly forcing her 9-year-old daughter to walk to the sheriff’s office for “misbehaving.”
Marshell Williams, 30, was charged with child abuse and neglect Friday after her malnourished daughter was discovered walking alone in Gifford, the Treasure Coast Newspapers reported.
Authorities said a Good Samaritan picked up the bruised child and contacted law enforcement.
The woman reportedly drove the girl home where Williams allegedly told the child, “I’m gonna f–k you up.”
Deputies arrested the mom after she admitted to striking her daughter to discipline her.
The young girl appeared to have several large bruises on her body, according to authorities.
Williams was booked at Indian River County Jail, where she was released Saturday on $20,0000 bail.
