Florida Substitute teacher dumps poop on party in revenge against principal
This substitute teacher in Florida really wanted the principal to eat sh-t.
Heather Carpenter, a sub at Phillippi Shores Elementary School, will be arraigned Friday for allegedly sabotaging the principal’s party at a Sarasota park by dumping human feces on the grills and tables, news station WWSB reported.
Police said 42-year-old Carpenter was angry over a complaint she filed at school and wanted revenge on the principal.
The sub allegedly was witnessed in rubber gloves and a face mask around 6:30 a.m. Dec. 1 at Urfer Park putting fecal matter around the pavilion, which was reserved for the birthday party of the principal’s 6-year-old daughter.
Officers spoke to the principal who explained she had an ongoing dispute with a substitute teacher, who taught her daughter’s class. The detectives went to the home of Carpenter, who allegedly confessed to the act of revenge, officials said.
She told officers she flung the poop around the pavilion because she was upset over how a complaint she filed at school was being handled and wanted to disrupt the birthday festivities.
Carpenter was arrested Dec. 7 on suspicion of criminal mischief. She was released the next day on $2,500 bond, according to court records.

Fast-food worker laced child’s burger with ecstasy
She took “happy” meals to a whole new level.
A fast-food worker in Texas was busted for lacing a 4-year-old’s hamburger with ecstasy that the poor boy thought was candy, according to reports.
The kid’s older sister found the pill between the buns of the Sonic Drive-In kids meal burger Thursday night in Taylor and told their parents, according to ABC 13.
“When she opened the wrapping, she noticed a pill. Being an 11-year-old, she asked her parents if this was candy,” Taylor Chief of Police Henry Fluck said, according to the local station.
Their parents took the meal to the police station, where a lab test revealed that it tested positive for MDMA, the drug’s active compound, according to the station.
Tanisha Dancer, 30 — who was allegedly caught with three more pills — was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and endangering a child, according to the report.
She was booked at the Williamson County Jail and has since been fired, according to FOX 8.
Restaurant employees Jonathan Roberson, 35, and Jose Molina, 22, were charged with possession of marijuana.

Caregiver who left 4-year-old girl to die in hot car fined just $25
A Pennsylvania caregiver who left a 4-year-old child to die in a hot car two years ago was fined just $25.
After deliberating for three hours last Friday, jurors acquitted Brittany Borgess, 30, of Williamsport, of the most serious charges against her, the AP reported.
Borgess, who prosecutors said left family friend Samaria Motyka in an SUV with the windows closed for over six hours in July 2016, was acquitted of involuntary manslaughter, child endangerment and reckless endangerment.
Lycoming County Senior Judge Dudley Anderson found Borgess guilty of the summary charge of leaving a child unattended in a car. She fined her $25.
Upon hearing the verdict, several of the victim’s family and friends exploded with rage and were escorted from the courtroom for screaming profanities, Penn Live reported.
Defense attorney Peter Campana called Borgess’ actions on the day of the child’s death an “autopilot mistake.”
On the day of the tragedy, Borgess dropped her 2-year-old son, Isaac, off at his daycare. Instead of dropping family friend Samaria off at her daycare, Borgess drove straight to work, leaving the girl strapped to a booster seat in the back of the car. Williamsport temperatures hit 97 degrees that day, and Borgess parked the sweltering car in an area with no shade.
Six and a half hours later, Samaria was found unresponsive on the floor of the car with her head on the front passenger seat. She managed to get out of her booster seat, police said. Samaria’s internal temperature reached 110 degrees, according to an evaluation at Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
Campana argued Borgess was sleep deprived and stressed because she was about to get married and that she “didn’t want this to happen.”
Friends of the victim’s family started a GoFundMe page after her death. It raised $820 of its $1,000 goal.

Man charged for filming himself removing ankle monitor in Facebook video
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Missouri man is charged with a felony after he allegedly filmed himself removing an ankle monitor and then posted the video on Facebook.
Thirty-three-year-old Dustin Burns of Springfield was charged last week with tampering with electronic monitoring equipment.
The video shows someone using a butter knife and screwdriver to remove an ankle monitor. The man advises viewers to remove the ankle monitor without damaging it to avoid hefty fines.
The Springfield News-Leader reports court records show Burns pleaded guilty to violating a restraining order earlier this year and was placed on probation.
Court records show warrants were issued this summer after several probation violations were filed against Burns. He has been in the Greene County jail since Aug. 28.
He does not have an attorney listed in online court records.
Autistic teen’s body found in feces-filled room in parents’ house
A “severely autistic” woman weighed 45 pounds when her body was found locked in a feces-filled room in Southern California around seven months ago, a prosecutor said Wednesday.
Authorities found the body of Kaylina Anderson, 18, on March 10 in a home in Mesa Verde in the most southeastern part of California, near the Arizona border.
Her stepfather, Steven Williams, 40, and mother, Jill Williams, 36, were both charged with murder, the Desert Sun of Palm Springs reported.
Anderson’s body was found in a room containing only an air mattress with “feces found everywhere,” Lisa DiMaria, a Riverside County deputy district attorney, told the paper.
“It appears she was confined to the room 24 hours a day,” DiMaria said.
Her parents were arrested March 14 and were being held on $1 million bail each at the Riverside County Jail, Palm Springs’ KESQ-TV reported.
The couple was also charged with abuse of a dependent adult and child endangerment, Palm Springs’ KMIR-TV reported.
Investigators said in March that the victim suffered “severe mental disabilities requiring her to have full-time care and supervision,” the Desert Sun reported.
“Due to her diminished physical appearance and substandard living conditions, investigators from the Blythe Station and the sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit responded to the scene and assumed the investigation,” the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office told KMIR.
Three boys no older than 6 also lived at the home, the report said. They were placed into the custody of Riverside County Child Protective Services.
DiMaria said the boys did not have any visible bruises or injuries, according to the paper.
A GoFundMe campaign called “Justice for Kaylina Anderson” was set up in her memory to lay her to rest.

School bus driver fired for letting kids take the wheel
A school bus driver in Indiana was fired after a shocking video emerged showing her let students get behind the wheel, according to reports.
Joandrea McAtee, 27, faces charges for allowing kids as young as 11 years old drive the bus as they dropped off students Thursday from a Porter Township school, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The Porter County Sheriff’s Department said at least three students got a turn driving short distances in Lake Eliza.
“Welcome to Boone grove where we let 6th graders drive a bus with children on it,” a student posted to Twitter, along with a video of the alleged incident.
Authorities launched an investigation Thursday after a parent reported the bus driver to the school resource officer.
“The students and parents that immediately came forward with this information should be commended for doing exactly what we teach, which is see something, say something,” Sheriff David Reynolds said in a statement.
McAtee was arrested Friday when she visited the school bus barn to pick up her final paycheck. She was booked at Porter County Jail on charges for neglect of a dependent.

Woman arrested after police chase in stolen ambulance with patient inside
An Oregon woman charged with stealing an ambulance last Sunday while paramedics performed CPR on an unconscious woman had one question after her arrest, according to a report.
“Why did they leave it unlocked?,” asked suspect Christy Lynn Woods, 37, of Roseburg, according to an affidavit reviewed by the Oregonian.
According to court documents, Woods drove the ambulance through downtown Roseburg, then proceeded north on Interstate 5, leading police on a chase for nearly 30 miles — reaching a speed of 85 mph, the newspaper reported.
At one point, Woods struck a police vehicle that was traveling ahead of her in order to divert traffic, the report said.
The impact totaled the police vehicle and left Oregon State Police Sgt. Ken Terry with some minor injuries, the News-Review of Roseburg reported.
Later, Woods drove the ambulance over a strip of spikes set up by police near Rice Valley, and eventually exited the ambulance at a gas station, where she was arrested, the newspaper reported.
It was Woods’ eighth arrest this year, the report said.
Woods was booked on 13 charges, including assault, interfering with paramedics, criminal mischief and reckless driving, the Oregonian reported.
According to Portland’s KOIN-TV, it was Woods’ 39th arrest in Douglas County since 2013.
In February, she was convicted of second-degree disorderly conduct after allegedly trying to hit bar patrons with an alcohol bottle, yelling slurs and kicking a police officer, according to the News-Review.
The condition of the unconscious woman being assisted by the paramedics was unknown.
Tim Novotny, general manager of Bay Cities Ambulance, told the News-Review that the recovered ambulance was sent to a garage for a repair estimate.
In 2016, another Roseburg woman, Jolene Marie Barnes, was arrested for stealing an ambulance, the News-Review reported. She was later convicted on a first-degree aggravated theft charge and sentenced to 22 days in jail, the report said, then received another 60 days in jail for violating her probation.
Nurse admits to fatally burning baby in scalding bath in plea deal
A Queens nurse admitted Wednesday to fatally burning a 23-month-old baby by dunking her in a scalding hot bath, getting a promise of just four years in prison for her plea.
Oluyemisi Adebayo, who was a 20-year licensed nurse practitioner, cruelly placed Naomi Mondesire in the bath at the child’s Rosedale home on April 21, 2015 and the baby succumbed to the burns days later.
The 58-year-old woman pleaded guilty to one count of attempted assault and is expected to receive the agreed upon sentence at her next court date on Sept. 24.
Adebayo — who was arrested in April 2015 as she was about to board a flight to Africa — will get credit for the three years she has been in jail since her arrest.
Judge Richard Buchter asked Adebayo, “Did you place the baby in hot water?” Adebayo responded, “yes.”
Adebayo, a Nigerian immigrant, could face deportation upon her release from prison.
She was originally charged with second-degree murder, which was dismissed as part of her plea deal, and she faced 25 years to life in prison if convicted at trial.
The child’s mother, Cynthia Mondesire, filed a negligence lawsuit in Queens in 2015 against Adebayo and the company she worked for, Harry’s Nursing registry. Adebayo settled with Mondesire but the multi-million dollar case against the company is still pending.
“The baby just melts in the bathtub, it’s tragic,” Mondesire’s lawyer, Eric Shaevitz, said adding, “It’s just a tragedy, an absolute tragedy that this woman has gotten away with murder. And especially horrifying, she had a record of child abuse and the company hadn’t vetted her at all.”
“She’s a monster,” Shaevitz said of Adebayo.

Trans man jailed after tricking women into sex with fake penis
A transgender man who used a fake penis to have sex with women — and made one feel ashamed for not getting pregnant — has been jailed.
Carlos Delacruz, 35, hoodwinked two women for years but was eventually turned in to the cops after they discovered what he had been doing.
Delacruz, who was born a woman in Madrid, Spain, appeared in August at Edinburgh Sheriff Court in Scotland, where he admitted penetrating both women with an unknown object without their consent.
Delacruz, from Banknock, Scotland, had refused to allow the women to see him naked and always performed in bed with the lights out.
Both victims, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, were said to have suffered “extreme pain” during intercourse, while both women also suffered from thrush afterward.
Delacruz was jailed for three years and handed a five-year non-harassment order against both women. He was also put on the sex offenders register.
Defense lawyer Cameron Tait said Delacruz had developed “a male appearance” at age 8 before officially changing his name to Carlos when he turned 16.
The court heard Delacruz’s gender is now officially recognized as male and his gender is stated as male on his birth certificate, passport and Spanish identity card, though he has not fully transitioned.
Tait also told the court Delacruz considers the prosthetic penis he used during sex with the women “to be part of him.”
The lawyer added Delacruz is currently in a long-term relationship with a woman and that she is fully aware and consenting to the use of the prosthetic penis he uses during sex.
The judge in Delacruz’s case told him that he had caused “physical and psychological harm” to both women by repeatedly sexually assaulting them with “a flesh and blood penis” during their relationships.
The judge said the first victim was “made to feel like it was her fault” she was not getting pregnant and that “she now suffers flashbacks and panic attacks” due to the incidents.
The judge, who read the victim impact statements, said the woman “now feels dirty and used” and that she was forced to move to get away from him.
The second victim was said to have “bled for days” after having sex with Delacruz around 10 times over an eight-month period and currently suffers from “difficulty with sleeping and eating.”
Prosecutor Kirsten Cockburn told the court that Delacruz had been in a relationship with both women at separate times between May 27, 2013, and May 14, 2017.
The prosecutor added that Delacruz and the woman would have sex around once a month despite her suffering “extreme pain” and only being allowed to touch his body “over his clothing.”
“During their relationship, the woman continued to believe he had a penis,” the prosecutor added.
The prosecutor told the court the woman suffered from thrush following lovemaking sessions with Delacruz.
The couple split up in January 2016 and the woman informed the police in May that year Delacruz had been lying to her and did not have a penis.
Delacruz began a second relationship with another woman in August 2016, and after two months of dating, they moved in together.
The second victim also “believed Delacruz had a penis” and the couple always had the lights off during sex.
The relationship failed in May 2017 due to “financial matters” the couple were having and the court was told the woman discovered Delacruz’s sordid secret the following month.
Cockburn said Delacruz made no comment in a police interview and that he was medically examined while in custody, where it was “found he did not have a penis.”

Wife admits fatally poisoning ‘unfaithful’ hubby with eye drops
A Bible-studying South Carolina woman who once griped online that her hubby was unfaithful was charged with murder — after admitting to poisoning him with eye drops, officials said.
Lana Clayton, 52, was booked Friday after an autopsy uncovered a high amount of tetrahydrozoline in her husband’s body, officials said.
The chemical is found in over-the-counter drops, such as Visine, and reduces redness by restricting blood vessels. But when it’s swallowed, it acts as a neurotoxin and attacks the nervous system.
Lana Clayton admitted to spiking her husband’s water with eye drops over a three day span, between July 19 and 21, the York County Sherriff’s office said.
Steven Clayton, 64, was found dead July 21 in their palatial home, worth over $800,000, in Clover, South Carolina, about 30 miles southwest of Charlotte, N.C. It appeared he had fallen down the stairs.
The home was designed as a copy of George Washington’s Mount Vernon estate, and Steven Clayton had carefully worked to restore his property, according to The Herald of Rock Hill, S.C.
An accountant, Steven Clayton was the founder of Physical Therapy Resources, a national company with branches throughout the United States. He retired in 1995, according to his obituary in the Herald.
His funeral was held in the home’s back yard on Aug. 4, before the autopsy results revealed the cause of death, according to WSOC-TV in Charlotte.
One neighbor said she knew Lana Clayton from a neighborhood Bible Study group.
A friend told a local newspaper that Lana worked in nursing for the VA hospital in Charlotte. Police have not released a motive for the crime.
She posted a comment on what appears to be her little-used Facebook page in March 2010 that suggested her husband was unfaithful. “My husband is not a drunk he had an affair. However, he is the father of my children and my kids look at my Facebook. Soooo. I do appreciate the support though.”
She had already started legal action concerning the estate, which also included a lot next door to the home worth nearly $400,000, the Herald reported.
Neighbor Ken Sanford told the Rock Hill, S.C., Herald that “seemed like a sweet lady,” and “Steven was very proud of her accomplishments.”
“I am just stunned,” Sanford said.
Lana Clayton was also charged with unlawful malicious tampering of food. Because she is charged with murder, she will not be released on bond. It’s unclear if she has yet named a lawyer.
An Oklahoma native according to her Facebook page, she has no prior criminal record in South Carolina, the Herald reported.
