- Chrissy jokingly wrote in her Instagram caption that they’re only talking to cool tattoo families now, which feels fair.
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend were already the cutest couple in Hollywood, no question, but they just one-upped themselves by getting matching tattoos inspired by their kids (and each other, obvs).
Chrissy just posted the above picture, which shows both their inner arms, and Chrissy’s new tat says “John Luna Miles” in cursive writing while John’s says “Chrissy Luna Miles.” SO CUTE. AH.
In the caption, Chrissy joked that now that they have tattoos, they can only be associated with a particular kind of people. “Hey guys please don’t talk to us unless u have tattoos we are a cool tattoo family now and we only want to talk to other tattoo families (srry if this seems harsh).” Not harsh. Totally fair.
Also! Chrissy got a little heart tattooed on the inside of her pointer finger, and it’s also super cute.
She even called out the tattoo artist when she posted it, writing, “Thank you thank you @WinterStone [aka Daniel Winter]. You are not only incredibly talented but you are very kind and delightful and welcome over any time!!”
The artist even responded in the comments. “@ChrissyTeigen @JohnLegend had so much fun tattooing you both! What an amazing loving couple, mom, and dad you are! #TattooPeople #DelicatelySharp.”
FYI, Daniel has tons of celebrity clients who love his work, including Demi Lovato, Sophie Turner, Joe Jonas, Emma Roberts, and Mandy Moore. Not to mention he did that iconic “La Vie En Rose” tattoo that now stretches up Lady Gaga’s spine.
Chrissy Teigen Has No Shame About Sleeping With John Legend The Night They Met
All of Chrissy Teigen loved all of John Legend the night they met.
Before the cookbook author reigned as Twitter supreme and the singer had a trophy case rivaling a top-tier professional sports team, Teigen starred as Legend’s love interest in the 2007 music video for his song “Stereo.”
The connection on set was so strong that their relationship kicked off right then and there.
“I closed the deal the first night,” Teigen said Monday on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.” “It’s fine!”
She added: “We were on a music video set all day together and then I went to one of his shows and then … yeah …”
Teigen has since appeared in a handful of Legend’s music videos, including “All Of Me” and “Love Me Now,” which also features a cameo from the couple’s daughter, Luna Simone. In May, they welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Miles Theodore.
But their road to coupledom wasn’t exactly a straight shot after their music-video romance. The “Lip Sync Battle” host revealed she gave Legend some space after their first hookup.
“The worst thing you can do is try to lock someone like that down early on, then have them think, ‘There’s so much more out there,’” she told Cosmopolitan back in 2014. “I played it cool for a long time. Never once did I ask, ‘What are we?’ Marriage was never my goal, because I’ve never been very traditional. I was just happy to be with him.”
