JERRY SANDUSKY’S SON GETS PRISON In Child Sex Abuse Case
Like Father Like Son?
Jerry Sandusky’s 42-year-old son is following in his father’s shameful footsteps — he was ALSO just sentenced to serve time in prison after pleading guilty in his child sex abuse case.
Officials say Jeffrey Sandusky requested nude and sexually explicit photos from underage girls — 2 sisters.
Cops say Jeffrey asked one of the underage girls to send a pic of her “taking a piss.”
Sandusky eventually pled guilty to 14 criminal counts including solicitation of child porn — and Friday, he was sentenced to 3 to 6 years in state prison. He was facing up to 8 years.
He’s also required to register as a Tier 3 sex offender — which is the highest level in Pennsylvania.
Jeffrey’s dad, Jerry Sandusky, is currently serving a 30 to 60 year sentence for sexually assaulting young boys while he was a football coach at Penn State.

- Larry Nassar was sentenced to 60 years in prison for child pornography
- The 54-year-old was a long-serving doctor for the USA Gymnastics team
- He pleaded guilty in July to three counts of possessing child pornography
- He is also facing sentencing for sexually assaulting members of the USA women’s Olympic gymnastics team
- Gold medalists McKayla Maroney, Aly Raisman and Gabby Douglas were among the gymnasts who claim they were assaulted by Nassar
Former USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar was sentenced to 60 years in prison on Thursday for child pornography.
Nassar, 54, who is also facing sentencing for sexually assaulting members of the women’s Olympics gymnastics team, pleaded guilty in July to three counts of possessing child pornography.
The pornography, which included more than 37,000 of images and videos depicting children as young as infants, was discovered last year while Nassar was under investigation for assault.
He was given 20 years in prison on each count by a judge at a court hearing in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
‘This is very difficult, as you can imagine, standing here,’ Nassar said in court on Thursday.
‘I’ve been battling with this, obviously for a considerable period of time. It’s something, your honor, I’m very ashamed of… I’ve lost everything because of this… You wonder how I got down this path to begin with.’
Couple accused of putting infant son in microwave
A Missouri couple is facing felony child abuse charges after investigators determined their infant son was assaulted and put in a microwave for a “short period of time,” court documents show.
Derick Boyce-Slezak and Mikala Boyce-Slezak, both 22, of Park Hills, were charged Tuesday in St. Francois County with felony abuse or neglect of a child after their son — who was younger than 4 months at the time — was taken to a hospital in April for a rash on his face that was actually a wound, according to court papers obtained by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
While at the hospital, both Derick and Mikala Boyce-Slezak claimed the second-degree burn was caused by a cleaning agent. Tests also revealed, however, that the boy had a fractured skull and a subdural hematoma, a head injury that can cause swelling on the brain, according to the documents.
Mikala Boyce-Slezak then invoked her Fifth Amendment right during a hearing on Monday. Derick Boyce-Slezak, meanwhile, did not testify.
But an employee from the Children’s Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services said during the hearing that Mikala Boyce-Slezak previously stated that she intended to testify that the head wounds were from Derick Boyce-Slezak dropping the boy during an attempt to imitate a television commercial.
The employee also testified that Mikala Boyce-Slezak believes Derick Boyce-Slezak placed the baby boy inside a microwave and turned it on for a “short period of time.”
Additional testimony also revealed that the infant had another fracture that was later found, the Daily Journal reports.
Derick and Mikala Boyce-Slezak, who remain jailed on $500,000 bail, also had a baby girl in January 2016 but waived custody of the girl shortly after she was born, the Post-Dispatch reports.

Woman confesses to drowning four newborns in concrete
TOKYO — A Japanese woman was arrested Tuesday after police say she confessed to putting four newborns in concrete-filled buckets two decades ago and having been filled with guilt over not caring for her babies.
Human remains were identified in four buckets found in her condominium, an Osaka police official said, requesting anonymity due to department policy.
Mayumi Saito, 53, was arrested Tuesday on charges of abandoning bodies, a day after she turned herself in at the police station.
Saito was quoted by police as saying she put the bodies into concrete from 1992 through 1997 because she had been too poor to raise them, but she had been filled with guilt over the years.
Saito had a part-time job, but details of her work, family and comments were not available.
The causes of the babies’ deaths were unclear. It is fairly standard in Japan for criminal charges to be added later as an investigation progresses.
Although Japan is the world’s third-largest economy and has a reputation as being economically advanced, poverty remains a problem, especially among women.
Social support such as affordable daycare is lacking for women to work while child-rearing, as well as to get counseling and other help to cope with parenting duties and mental stress.
Japanese media reports quoted the woman as saying she had no one to talk to or turn to.

Mom who took son’s dead body onto train charged with murder
CHICAGO — An Illinois woman accused of taking her 6-year-old onto a commuter train to Chicago after his death last summer has been charged with first-degree murder and ordered held without bond, authorities said Tuesday.
Jamie Jones, 29, of Round Lake Beach also was charged with concealment of a homicide in the death of Carl Rice Jr. She’s being held in lieu of $3 million.
Assistant State’s Attorney Steve Scheller told a Lake County judge that an autopsy showed the child was bruised from his face and head to his torso. He also suffered a brain hemorrhage.
“This was a horrific crime involving the death of an innocent child who was beaten to death at the hands of his own mother,” he said.
Scheller said Carl was injured by Jones prior to falling asleep on June 30. He said the boy died between June 30 and July 1.
Scheller said video show Jones, accompanied by her 9-year-old daughter, took the child to the Round Lake Beach Metra station on July 1 to catch a train to Chicago. The child was placed inside the station in a corner seat and was propped up with the help of a backpack.
Jones allegedly carried the dead boy onto a train and video taken at Chicago’s Union Station shows Jones carrying the child over her shoulder as if he is asleep, before getting into a vehicle driven by her father.
Family members became aware the boy was not breathing and called paramedics, who determined he had died. The Cook County medical examiner ruled the boy died from injuries caused by child abuse, Scheller said.
Jones initially told investigators she hit her son several times before his death, prosecutors said. After a four-month investigation, Jones was arrested Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear in court, and then held until murder charges were filed.
Defense attorney Charis Walker declined to comment after Jones’ court appearance Tuesday.

Tyrese’s Child Abuse Case Has Been Dropped
We all watched Tyrese crying hysterically over the possibility of being separated from his daughter.
“Don’t take my baby, OK? I’ve been waiting on my baby for two months. I just wanna see my baby,” he was crying to a camera. He continued in agony, “What more do you want from me?!” (Was I the only one who felt as though his crying was… staged? Forced?)
Since then, the star’s wife, Samantha Lee, went on social media and suggested that people pray for the problems that her family is going through. I am sure there were some saints out there who did offer prayers. Thankfully, it looks like those prayers have worked. Tyrese’s abuse case has officially been dismissed.
“E! News can confirm the Department of Child and Family Services has closed its investigation into the actor after his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, claimed he beat their 10-year-old daughter, Shayla,” E! declared. “We’ve learned the LADCFS will not be pressing any criminal charges against the Fast and Furious star.”
We hope that this is the best situation for Shayla.
Hopefully, Tyrese will stop acting out, at least for all the world to see.

Utah Couple Charged With Murder, Child Abuse in Connection With Death of 13-Day-Old Baby
A Utah man has been charged with murder and child abuse in connection with the death of his girlfriend’s 13-day-old boy and the child’s mother also faces charges because she did not do anything to stop the abuse, officials said.
Maria Elena Sullivan, 26, and Dylan James Kitzmiller, 21, were charged with one count of first-degree murder and three counts of child abuse in the death of Sullivan’s infant son, according to court documents filed on Friday, KTLA sister station KSTU reported.
Sullivan was arrested at a Georgia hospital where she was seeking treatment and will face a judge to determine if she will be extradited back to Utah. Kitzmiller was arrested in a West Jordan, Utah, where the couple lived with a relative.
While officials don’t think Sullivan caused any of the abuse directly, she still faces a murder charge because she was aware of the abuse and took no steps to stop it or take the child to safety.
The child was born September 4 with no known health problems, and on September 17 the child was pronounced dead by medical responders.
Prosecutors allege Kitzmiller was abusing the child regularly and that Sullivan knew about the abuse, but did nothing to stop it or to get treatment for the injuries.
On the day of the child’s death, Sullivan told police she was on the phone with a friend and speaking about her desire to “get away from Kitzmiller’s abuse” of her and her son.
As this call was occurring, the baby was in Kitzmiller’s care. When Sullivan went downstairs, she found the baby wearing only a diaper while Kitzmiller moved the boy’s legs “in a rough weird bicycle thing.” Kitzmiller told Sullivan the boy would be fine and to just put him to sleep, she told police.
She picked him up and he seemed calmer, but later that night she heard the boy making noises and gasping for air. She pinched the boy to try to get him to respond and said she heard the baby gasp a few more times before the child stopped breathing.
The couple went upstairs to use a relative’s phone to call 911. First responders performed CPR but life-saving measures were ultimately unsuccessful.
Charging documents say Sullivan told police that Kitzmiller was rough with the baby, but she continued to leave him in his care. She also said she had learned the man was using heroin daily and said he was verbally abusive toward her.
She said Kitzmiller would abuse the boy, including grabbing him by the shoulder and throwing him in the air, swaddling him face down and on one occasion covering the boy’s mouth and nose with his hand as the baby cried. She said he once threw the baby back and forth between his hands and also slapped him in the face and bite his hands.
Charging documents state Sullivan was aware of the injuries but never sought medical care for her son.
Police said Kitzmiller told officers that Sullivan and a relative had yelled at him for being too rough with the baby and that Sullivan did not cause any of the boy’s injuries.
A doctor examined the boy and found he had lost 14 percent of his body mass in weight in the 13 days since his birth, going from 5 pounds 6 ounces to 4 pounds and 8 ounces at death. He had abrasions and bruises on his face and body. The boy also suffered a spinal fracture and a broken rib along with a “massive” amount of swelling in his brain.

Snapchat Video Shows Florida Childcare Workers Bullying 8-Year-Old Autistic Boy as He Cries Under Table
Police in Florida are looking for two childcare workers accused of “berating, taunting and throwing a backpack” at an 8-year-old child with autism.
A Snapchat video captured 26-year-old Kaderrica Smith and 19-year-old Alexus Henderson terrorizing a boy at Our Children’s Academy in Winter Haven, according to police.
Smith is being charged with battery and child abuse and Henderson with child neglect.
The three-minute video shows the boy underneath a table crying as Henderson and Smith tease and yell at him, police say. At one point, one of the workers throws shoes and a backpack at the boy, according to police.
The video shows the child crawl out from under the table and start running around the room. When he runs at one of the workers, the woman allegedly grabs his arm and does a “leg sweep,” causing the boy to fall flat on his back.
Police say the video shows the boy reacting in “both a verbal and physical manner” as he is harassed.
According to an internal review, both Henderson and Smith said they felt they had acted appropriately and did nothing wrong.
Our Children’s Academy fired both workers, whose certifications are now on hold during the investigation, preventing them from getting another job working with children.
Police put out a warrant for their arrest after interviewing the boy last Friday, and are asking the public for help finding them.

Four charged in vicious Albion child abuse investigation
ALBION — Just one meal a day, doused with hot sauce.
That’s what four Albion adults allegedly allowed a 10-year-old child who the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office says was forced to work outside all day without food, water or bathroom access, tied to the back of a vehicle and dragged, and subjected to repeated physical abuse with what the suspects referred to as “the beating stick.”
Gary Bubis Jr., 37, Shawn Whaley, 23, and Brandy Shaver, 18, all of 393 Albion Cross Road, Albion, face second-degree assault charges.
The 34-year-old mother of the 10-year-old faces a count of endangering the welfare of a child in connection to the investigation, which also involves a 3-year-old who still suffers burn wounds from Bubis allegedly forcing its hand into a container of scalding water, deputies said.
According to the sheriff’s office, the 10-year-old fled to a neighbor’s residence Wednesday morning, reporting harrowing allegations of physical abuse since at least April.
“After seeing the condition of the child, (the neighbor) immediately called 911,” said Undersheriff Eugene Sullivan in an interview.
Deputies responded at 11 a.m. and noticed the alleged victim had suffered physical injuries warranting immediate medical attention, Sullivan said.
The 10-year-old was admitted and remains at Golisano Children’s Hospital, Sullivan said, where further investigation allegedly revealed injuries that corroborated the child’s accusations.
Deputies say the 10-year-old was the target of repeated abuse by the adults: Whereas other children in the house were allegedly given regular meals, clothing and proper bedding, the 10-year-old was allegedly deprived of food, slept on a couch, worked outside all day clearing brush at the property and hadn’t been allowed a bath for almost a month.
The sheriff’s office said a 12-year-old at the home was an unwilling participant in the alleged abuse, forced to beat the 10-year-old with a makeshift device the suspects called “the beating stick,” which deputies said was tightly rolled up newspaper wrapped in electrical tape.
The 10-year-old was allegedly struck with open hands, closed fists and kicked repeatedly in alleged abuse that escalated for months, according to the sheriff’s office, which notes the investigation is ongoing and more charges are likely.
The assault charges for Whaley and Shaver stem from a recent incident in which they allegedly took the 10-year-old to Happy Valley Game Management Park in the middle of the night and “forced (the child) to run with weighted backpacks,” according to a sheriff’s office press release.
“The victim was followed and struck by the motor vehicle for running too slow,” deputies wrote. “The victim was tied to the rear of the vehicle by a rope for running too slow and was dragged.”
The assault charge for Bubis stems from allegations he forced a 3-year-old’s hand into a container of hot water. The child’s hand still showed injuries Wednesday and it remains unclear whether the child ever received medical attention after the alleged incident, according to deputies.
Bubis, Whaley and Shaver were arraigned early Thursday morning in Williamstown Town Court, according to chief assistant district attorney Mark Moody.
All were remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of Moody’s recommended bail of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
The mother was released on her own recognizance and her next court date was unavailable by press time.
Whaley and Shaver must appear in Williamstown Town Court Sept. 9 at 7 p.m., while Bubis is due in Albion Town Court Sept. 18 at 6 p.m.
Moody noted a Williamstown judge issued an order of protection barring the defendants from any contact with the alleged victims.
Sullivan said it was his understanding the children who lived in the home have been taken in by relatives.
Anyone with more information is urged to contact investigators at 315-349-3411.
