It was 1985 and I remember looking at this mesmerized on the story and the comic book animation. And from what I understand this was the first of its kind and hasn’t been able to be duplicated . I’m proud to be a 1980s black kid!!

Being a Black 1980s kid was the most fun and coolest. YES was one of my Favorite bands. I remember hearing this song BLASTING on some kids boombox on the Elementary school playground while bigger kids made out in the grassy area.
