Man’s burger receipt from New York read “please spit in it”
After enjoying a Father’s Day meal at a beer and burger restaurant in Astoria, Queens, a man named Curtis Mays says he looked down at his receipt, which read: one cheddar cheeseburger, well done, toasted bun, “please spit in it, too.” Worst nightmare? Worst nightmare.
Mays tells New York’s ABC-11 that, because he’d already finished off the burger, he felt like he was going to throw up. Of course, he confronted his server, who he says had been pleasant up to that point. When Mays asked why she would add the um, special instructions to his order, the server said she didn’t do it. But she also admitted that she was the one who put in the order and printed the receipt.
The server was swiftly fired and the manager of The Bohemian Hall And Beer Garden comped the family’s meal. “He was saying, ‘How can we compensate you?’ I was like, ‘How can you compensate somebody for spitting on your food? I ate this already,” Mays told ABC-11. The manager also tried to reassure Mays that it’s unlikely the kitchen actually followed the instructions.
Look, food service is a tough gig and working weekends sucks, but clearly there’s no excuse for the server’s behavior. She could learn to deal with stress and job pressures like the rest of us do: with meditation apps, walks during our lunch breaks, and day-off binge drinking.

Dr. Love, not to be confused with former P. Diddy Brother Love, Dr. Malachai Love Robinson received notoriety when he posed as a doctor with his own medical practice in West Palm Beach, Florida, three years ago.
He was just 17 at the time and a police report said he peeked in on at least one gynecological exam while at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
Well, the now 20-year-old is trading in his white lab coat for jail scrubs because he’s going away. According to the Miami Herald, he admitted to being a con and was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison with credit for 16 months served. He got off pretty good considering he was looking at up to 90 years behind bars.
On Thursday, January 4, he pled guilty to a number of charges, including practicing medicine without a license, using false statements to obtain credit, forgery and grand theft.

Saturday, September 30th, parents were warned of the possibility of a music teacher handing out flutes – tainted with his semen – to the school children.
A state and federal investigation was under way into whether the students at schools around Southern California may have received tainted flutes.
The Los Angeles Unified School District said it was cooperating in an investigation of alleged “inappropriate sexual conduct involving a musical performer” that affected at least 13 school districts.
“One LAUSD school may have been involved”, the district said in a statement.
Several other Southern California districts notified parents by email on Friday and Saturday that a performer associated with the nonprofit group Flutes Across the World was being investigated.
“The performer distributes a flute-like musical instrument made of PVC pipe or bamboo to students during a music lesson, and the allegation is that he contaminated some of these instruments with semen,” Joan Lucid, superintendent of the Saugus Union School District, notified parents on Saturday, the Orange County Register reported.
The performer was not immediately identified.
Messages seeking comment from John Zeretzke, founder of Flutes Across the World, were not immediately returned Saturday night.
Parents in some districts were urged to put the flutes in paper bags and turn them in to authorities for testing.
KNBC-TV reported that a parent identified only as Nate went to the police station in Fountain Valley on Friday night to turn in a flute given to his child, who attends Courreges Elementary School.
“It’s disgusting, it’s unreal, you can’t even really fathom it,” another parent, who wished to not be named, told the station. “It made me sick to my stomach.”
Flutes Across the World has provided musical presentations at several local school districts. The Fullerton School District said fourth- through sixth-graders at two schools had the program in the 2016-2017 school year.
Presenters at such programs “are never alone with children” but the performer won’t return to the district out of “an abundance of caution,” the district said on its website.
The district said the music program was sponsored by the Philharmonic Society of Orange County.
The society sponsored Flutes Across the World to bring the program to six classrooms in three years, spokesman Chantel Uchida told the Register.
“We’re so shocked and disgusted,” Uchida said of the allegations. “We will be stepping back from this. There are no plans to continue it in the future.”

CLEVELAND — Police in Cleveland are trying to identify a woman they say pulled a gun on a barber because he was taking too long to cut her 7-year-old son’s hair.
Cleveland.com says a police report says the woman threatened the barber at a barber school April 14.
Police say the woman complained several times before pulling a handgun from her purse and pointing it at the barber, telling him, “I got two clips. I’ll pop you.” The police say the woman put the gun back after another employee came over to calm her down. The barber was able to finish the haircut and the woman left with her two children afterward.

Blac Chyna ‘in it for the long haul’ with Rob Kardashian
According to Blac Chyna, her and Rob Kardashian are just going through a rough patch.

Kordell Stewart Wins Millions In Lawsuit Over Gay Relationship Lie
Kordell Stewart ain’t about the Down Low and a judge agrees! Last year a popular YouTube celebrity named Andrew Caldwell claimed he and the former Real Housewives Of Atlanta househusband had a secret gay relationship, Kordell denied the allegations, sued for slander, and has won millions in damages.
Andrew was unable to prove any such relationship with Kordell, but his allegations gained traction because Kordell has been shadowed by gay rumors since his days in the NFL. The matter wasn’t helped when his ex-wife Porsha Williams echoed such insinuations. However, we know how Porsha likes to flub the truth about what happens in people’s bedrooms – including her own. Anyway!
Andrew Caldwell, who made the accusations through his social media channels and the media, recanted his story once Kordell took his claim to the courts demanding proof. Then Caldwell admitted to lying for attention and publicly apologized. He attempted to have the suit dismissed, then claimed he would fight it, but apparently not – he failed to show up in court and the judge issued a default judgement to Kordell.
According to RollingOut, Mr. Caldwell now owes Kordell $4.5 million in punitive damages, plus an additional $2 million for emotionally distress and professional harm generated by the untrue statements. Gee – think of all the nightclubs and bars he could invest in with Peter Thomas!
Unfortunately it doesn’t look like Kordell will see the full chunk of change. Sources reveal the judge agreed to alter the amount so Caldwell is only expected to pay $3 million total – $1.5M for emotional and professional damages, and an additional $1.5M for punitive damages.
Errrr… why do I have a feeling the viral video star is never going to turn over that money? However, hopefully this will be a lesson to Kordell’s stanky-mouthed ex-wife that what you say can cost you! Especially when you say it on camera…
