Former US Attorney Preet Bharara: The president pardoning himself is ‘almost self-executing impeachment’
Former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara on Sunday warned President Donald Trump that he would effectively ensure impeachment if he tried to pardon himself.
During an interview on CNN’s State of the Union program, host Dana Bash noted that Trump’s attorneys had asserted in a letter to special counsel Robert Mueller that the president has the power to pardon himself. Police officer fired after hitting suspect with car

A Georgia police officer has lost his job after dashcam video from his patrol car captured him plowing into a suspect with his car during a chase.
Taylor Saulters of the Athens-Clarke County police department, who was initially suspended after the June 1 chase, was fired on Saturday, his department announced in a statement.
The decision followed a department review of the video that showed Saulters driving after 23-year-old Timmy Patmon, who was running on foot through a neighborhood while wanted on a felony probation warrant.

Anthony Adams, nicknamed Spice, (born June 18, 1980) is an American television host, actor, and former football defensive tackle. After playing college football for Penn State, he was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the second round of the 2003 NFL Draft, for whom he played four seasons. He played for the Chicago Bears from 2007 to 2011. On March 23, 2013, Adams announced his retirement. He is now a co-host of The Great American Baking Show, a spinoff of the popular Great British Bake Off. Adams and his wife, Andenika, have four children. Teammates have bestowed several nicknames on Adams: Former 49ers teammate Bryant Young dubbed him “Double A” not only for his initials but also for his suspicion that Adams’ extra energy came from batteries. His Penn State teammates nicknamed him “Spice.Adams was voted “Mama’s Boy” his senior year at Martin Luther King High School in Detroit.

Black doctor and family attacked in Florida luxury resort pool — called ‘black b*tches’ and ‘n*ggers’
Dr. Covey Banks, a physician, and her family were vacationing in Florida when they were attacked in a hotel pool.
In a Facebook post with video of the family yelling and calling her a “black b*tch” and “n*gger,” Banks described an encounter that started because she dared point the direction of the restroom to a woman who wanted a child to simply pee in the pool at the Omni luxury hotel.
The family came back and became belligerent—in the video, a man holding a can of Miller Lite and slurring his speech tells her to “get back in the pool” and “don’t come to Florida” as she shoots video of the women attacking her—splashing Banks and her family and then finally escalating into intense verbal abuse.
What’s worse, when Banks asked hotel security to act they refused to immediately remove the family from the hotel.
“My niece saw them going into their room, which was in the same building and on the same floor as ours and my kids were frightened when we seen them at the pool later Sunday evening,” Banks writes.
