Throwback video: ‘Affinity Magazine’ retracts their comment concerning the Olsen twins
About two years ago Affinity magazine commented on the Olsen twins’s aged appearance. Many were quick to agree and comment that “White people aged like bananas”. After some backlash Affinity found it appropriate to retract their insensitive comment. Lovelyti combed over the twins’ careers, alluding to conspiracies that child stars never had a chance in Hollyweird.
TikTok restores Lizzo swimsuit video after removing it
TikTok has restored a video of Lizzo after the singer shaded the social media platform for taking down content of her in swimwear — implying it was removed because of her body type.
In a clip posted ever-so-slyly to TikTok, Lizzo is getting her hair done with a caption that reads, “Tiktok keeps taking down my videos with me in my bathing suits,” adding, “But allows other videos with girls in bathing suits.” She continues, “I wonder why Tiktok…we need to talk.”
All the while, the body-positive songstress is mouthing the words to a song with the lyrics “I know” repeatedly, insinuating that video content was taken down because of the way she looks in a swimsuit. The 31-year-old is passionate about body positivity and is known for flaunting her curves and twerking in very little clothing as a way of embracing her figure.
A spokesperson from TikTok, however, told Page Six that the platform has since contacted Lizzo’s team and assured them that the removal of the now-restored video had nothing to do with her body type.
The spokesperson told us that one of the videos initially did not appear to meet TikTok’s community guidelines because it looked like Lizzo was flashing her underwear, so it was removed. However, after TikTok reviewed the video and saw that Lizzo was in fact, wearing a bathing suit, TikTok restored the video to her page.
Lizzbians were quick to side with the Grammy winner.
“Because you’re glowing queen, and people cannot handle,” one TikTok user wrote.
“It’s so disheartening when TikTok picks favorites and discriminates…it happens to me I can’t imagine how much more it happens to others,” said another.
“Oh wow! Wouldn’t think they’d pull videos from stars. Disappointing. I do hope they talk to you,” a fan added.

R. Kelly: Singer pleads not guilty to updated sex abuse charges
R&B singer R. Kelly has pleaded not guilty to 13 sexual abuse charges in Chicago, including allegations involving a new accuser.
The new alleged victim, referred to as Minor Six, was included as part of an updated federal indictment.
Prosecutors also said they had seized more than 100 electronic devices, such as smartphones, iPads and hard drives, after executing a search warrant.
The judge set a trial date for 13 October, six months later than planned.
The Chicago case includes several counts accusing Kelly of child pornography. The chart-topping US singer, whose full name is Robert Kelly, has consistently denied the allegations.
The updated indictment is largely the same as the original – which also had 13 counts – but now includes a reference to Minor Six.
Prosecutors offered little detail about the new alleged victim, but said the person met Kelly in the late 1990s at the age of 14 or 15.
The indictment said Kelly “engaged in sexual contact and sexual acts” with Minor Six and four others when they were aged under 18.
The R&B singer is facing several state and federal charges of sexual abuse in the US.
Kelly was arrested in Chicago in July on two sets of charges including sex trafficking, child abuse images and obstruction of justice.
He has already pleaded not guilty to more than 20 sexual offences across several US states, including prostitution charges in Minnesota.
The allegations were brought back into the spotlight following the documentary series, Surviving R. Kelly, which aired in the US at the start of 2019.
It detailed stories about him pursuing teenage girls going back to the start of his career.

Pornhub to Release First Ever Non-Adult Film, About Black Lesbian Strip Club Culture
Ubiquitous American pornography website Pornhub is releasing its first ever non-adult film on Wednesday, the company exclusively announced to Variety.
The move places the digital giant, which estimated 42 billion visits to the site last year, in the company of other streamers seeking to expand audiences and diversify its content portfolios. The movie in question is the documentary “Shakedown,” from filmmaker and conceptual artist Leilah Weinraub. It hails from the upper echelons of the art world, where the project enjoyed a prestige rollout in exhibits at the Whitney Museum and MoMA over the last three years.
“Shakedown” is a stream-of-consciousness, nonfiction narrative about the queer women and men who populated the lesbian strip club scene in Los Angeles in the early aughts. It is culled from neatly 15 years of footage shot by Weinraub over her adult life, and offers a humorous, sensual and informative look at a vibrant subculture.
Repped by distributor Grasshopper, the movie will stream on Pornhub for free for the entire month of March before hitting broadcast on the Criterion Channel, and, finally, the iTunes store by summer.
“There’s a cool opportunity right now to present films in the art space, there’s more openness to diversity and content, and a different sort of storytelling,” Weinraub said, adding she’s specifically hoping to engage Pornhub’s female users. While the company would not comment specifically on the gender composition, their 2019 user data is staggering, and includes figures like: 115 million visits per day, 39 billion unique searches for the year and 1.36 million hours of new content uploaded. That translates, Pornhub noted, to 169 years worth of content to watch.
Weinraub and Pornhub have collaborated before, when she led the buzzy streetwear brand Hood by Air. Official Pornhub merchandise and clothes emblazoned with search engine terms featured prominently in the line’s 2016 fall collection. Numerous sets of pearls were clutched at that New York Fashion Week show.
“This film is part of a larger general commitment Pornhub has to supporting the arts. We want to be seen as a platform that artists and creators can use,” said Pornhub’s brand director Alex Klein. “We’ve seen artists in general upload content to the site, that might not have a home at places like YouTube or Vimeo, who don’t permit nudity. For us, premiering a feature length film is a first. We’re very excited about it.”
In their quest to thoughtfully reach women, the site and Weinraub have built a self-contained online home for the project, itself a sort of performative space where Weinraub hopes users can be “alone, together.” A chat window will be open for discourse, and Weinraub will drop in once a week to have conversations with users.
In “Shakedown,” gay women of color in South Los Angeles converge in a world informed and nurtured by ballroom drag and cisgender exotic dancers. The dreamy footage presents their stories, without a conventional arc seen in most modern docs.
“I feel like it complicates the history of subcultures, like Los Angeles. It reorients your placing of things in that history. I feel like that was my goal, not to put a finger on it, but complicate and add to that richness,” Weinraub said.

After 60 Years, You Can Now Draw Perfect Circles on Etch a Sketch
All of my childhood memories involving Etch a Sketch end the same way. I’d fiddle with the knobs and then after a few minutes, shake it in frustration, erasing all evidence of my hideous “art.” The ionic toy is marking its 60th anniversary this year with a few limited edition launches, but of all of them the Etch a Sketch Revolution was the one that had us shaking our fists at how lucky kids today are.
The Etch a Sketch Revolution is a tad smaller than your typical Etch a Sketch, but it does feature the two signature knobs at the bottom. The main difference is it features a spinning screen that makes drawing circles magnitudes easier. As in, all you have to do is manipulate the knobs on the spinning rim, and that’s it. It’s simple, but pretty neat when you consider just how torturous trying to draw anything circular, rounded, or curvy on a traditional Etch a Sketch is.
Yours truly is probably the worst Etch a Sketch artist to have ever lived, but even I drew multiple circles with ease. (You can see at least three I drew in the GIF above.) That’s not to say that you’ll suddenly be drawing complex mandalas within seconds. It still takes a bit to figure out which way you should turn the knob to sketch anything more than a circle. For example, my blobby mistakes are easy to spot.
Spin Master had a few of these guys on display at the Toy Fair booth, and while I am proud of my abstract concentric circles, they’re nowhere near as artful as the example sketches. The Etch a Sketch Revolution is also gentle on the wallet too. It’ll be $10 when it launches later in July.
There’s a few other cool Etch a Sketch
edition as well. Leaning in on iconic nostalgia, there’s also a Monolopy
Edition to coincide with the game’s 85th anniversary. Likewise, there’s
also a Rubrik’s Edition to doubly celebrate the other most
frustrating childhood toy’s 40th anniversary. Spin Master’s also
commissioned a NASA Inspired edition that’s decorated with space
shuttles and a Stan Lee edition that features a cute cartoon version fo
the man himself, along with his famed catchphrase, “Excelsior!”
And you know, because Monopoly had to put out a $500 Swarovski version for its 85th, Etch a Sketch is also leaning into the capitalist vibe with a Diamond Edition. It’s not nearly as glitzy, but it does feature two diamond-inspired knobs.
These will all retail for $20, except for the Diamond Edition which is a bit more at $30. The Monopoly Edition will hit shelves in March, while the NASA Inspired Edition will come in April and the Rubrik’s Edition in May. Both the Stan Lee and Diamond Edition will drop in July.

Britney Spears’ son Jayden Federline slams grandfather Jamie: ‘He could go die’
Britney Spears‘ 13-year-old son, Jayden Federline, ripped into his grandfather Jamie Spears in a no-holds-barred rant on Instagram Live on Tuesday.
When a follower wrote, “kill your grandfather,” Jayden responded, “Bro, I was thinking the same thing,” in the almost 20-minute video. Jayden is the younger son of Britney and ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Then, when a fan asked the teen, “Is your grandpa a jerk?,” Jayden responded, “Yeah, he’s a pretty big d—k. He’s pretty f—king gay as s—t. He can go die.”
Jamie, 67, previously had conservatorship rights over his pop-star daughter for nearly a decade.
In 2019, fans formed the #FreeBritney movement, which claimed the singer’s social media was being controlled by her team. They also believed she was forced to seek mental health treatment against her will.
During his Instagram Live, Jayden denied that his mother was being controlled, but said he would open up more about her situation once he reached 5,000 followers.
Jayden said he last saw his mother two days prior to recording the video, but was currently staying with his dad, whom he praised.
“I have the best dad ever,” he said. “My dad is literally Jesus.”
Kevin, 41, has 70 percent custody of Jayden and his 14-year-old brother, Sean Preston Federline. Britney, 38, has 30 percent unsupervised rights.
Although Jayden slammed Jamie, he praised Britney’s boyfriend, Sam Asghari, saying he was “nice” and calling him a “really good dude.”
He also spoke highly of his maternal grandmother Lynn Spears, saying, “My grandma is literally the best grandma in the universe. All of my grandmas, actually.”
It’s no secret that Jamie has had tension with Britney’s sons in the past.
In September, Kevin accused Jamie of abusing Sean by putting his hands on him during an altercation. Sources told TMZ that Jamie allegedly broke down a door to get to the teenager during a fight and grabbed him.
Criminal charges were not filed against Jamie.
Kevin’s rep, Los Angeles family law attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, exclusively told us at the time that it was not Kevin’s desire to see Jamie be prosecuted. He added, “The police report that he initiated was only for the purpose of obtaining protection orders for the children and those remain in place.”
Aside from Jayden’s rant about Jamie, the teen also commented on Britney’s music career, saying she may leave the industry. She has been on hiatus since she checked into a mental health facility last April.
“I haven’t seen her do a lot of new music at all,” Jayden said. “I remember one time I asked her, ‘Mom, what happened to your music?’ and she was, like, ‘I don’t know, honey. I think I might just quit it.’”
He said he was shocked by her response, adding that he told her, “What are you saying? Do you know how much bank you make off of that stuff?”
Page Six has reached out to Britney and Kevin’s reps for comment.

#FreeBritney Goes Viral As Rumors Swirl That She Is Being Held Against Her Will!
Co-Host Named In Tamar Braxton’s New Beauty Show
Tamar Braxton may not have new music but she’s coming back to television with a new beauty show. Details of the show are unclear but what is known is that the Braxton Family Values star is bringing her sass to VH1.
She’s adding credibility to the show by enlisting the help of a co-host with renowned celebrity clients and tons of experience in hair and beauty.
Tamar Braxton lands new beauty show
After Braxton was fired from the FOX daytime talk show The Real, she vowed to return to daytime television. She announced that she was working with Steve Harvey on developing her own talk show, but after several years passed, nothing ever came to fruition.
“It’s not, because of contractual reasons. We couldn’t get my network down to kind of free me of that,” she revealed when asked what the hold up was. “I’m waiting on my talk show too.”
She continued filming her WeTV reality series Braxton Family Values and Tamar & Vince before getting another spin-off on the network to focus on her life post-divorce from Vincent Herbert.
Fans finally received the news they were waiting for when Braxton announced she partnered with VH1 for a different show.
“I have a VH1 show coming up that got picked up for 20 episodes. I’m really excited about it. So they’re being a little bit more lenient nowadays,” The Jasmine Brand reported in June 2019. Months later, the outlet revealed more details about the show. The untitled beauty competition series was greenlit for production in January 2020.
Celebrity stylist, Johnny Wright, will co-host Tamar Braxton’s new beauty show
Details of the show have not been released to the public but The Jasmine Brand announced on March 3 that celebrity hairstylist, Johnny Wright, will join Braxton as a co-host. Wright comes with years of experience in the beauty world and even has some hosting gigs under his belt.
Wright’s most famous client is First Lady Michelle Obama. He spoke to The Beauty Experience on how he began working with the former FLOTUS.
“Obama had announced his presidential candidacy two weeks earlier, and he was calling to tell me about an opportunity to style Michelle Obama’s hair at a photoshoot for Essence,” he explained. “It was the chance of a lifetime.” From there, he spent 8 years working side by side with her at the White House.
From there, the Chicago native’s clientele grew. He’s worked with other stars, including Kerry Washington, Tamron Hall, Janet Mock, Angela Rye, Cynthia Bailey, Regina King, and Queen Latifah to name a few.

Angie Martinez Once Fought Wendy Williams
Angie Martinez and Wendy Williams were both powerhouses in urban radio in the 90s and 2000s. The two women broke barriers in their reporting on hip hop at a time when it was male-dominated. Naturally, the powers that be would try and pit them against one another, as opposed to enforcing girl power.
However, Martinez revealed in her memoir that it wasn’t the men who stirred up drama between them, but Williams’s gossip itself. They came to blows in an epic behind the scenes showdown.
Angie Martinez details fight with Wendy Williams
In Martinez’s 2016 memoir My Voice, she chronicled her life as a hip-hop radio personality. She got her start at Hot 97 in New York City at just 16-years-old and worked her way up from intern to radio host and interviewed some of the biggest names in rap, including the late Tupac Shakur.
Her and Williams both eventually worked at the station during different time periods and were two of the most popular radio hosts – but they had differing styles of reporting. Williams became famous for airing out people’s dirty laundry while Martinez took a more journalistic approach. When Williams revealed Martinez’s personal business, it landed her in hot water with Martinez.
Martinez was dating rapper Q-Tip at the time and Williams made snide remarks about Martinez and Q-Tip’s relationship. Williams said on her show, “One of my co-workers is dating Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest. Oh well. I guess some women like men who like men.” Martinez was pissed.
“Everybody was gay to Wendy,” Martinez wrote in the book. “Every rapper you could think of in that era, I had heard Wendy Williams call them gay. Not one or two. Like every one of them.”
Martinez tried reaching out to Williams to hash things out but each time, she failed. Frustrated, she confronted Williams at the station.
“I lost my f–king mind,” she wrote. “Before I knew it I was swinging at her. It was a quick scuffle. It took only a few seconds for me to realize that she wasn’t really hitting me back — she was just trying to get me off of her.”
Williams grabbed a nearby mop after they were separated by a co-worker to defend herself against Martinez. Martinez wrote that Williams “just stood there with it like she wanted to have some sort of sword fight or something. It was actually kind of funny, even in the moment.”
They were both suspended from the station and Martinez claimed Williams called on her listeners to harass Martinez.
“I used to get threatening faxes . . . that said things like, B–ch, get off the radio. I’ll break your jaw,’ ” she wrote. “It was awful and it made me insecure.”
Williams was eventually fired from Hot 97, with Martinez claiming that station executives were fed up with Williams’s rude behavior.
How is the relationship between Wendy Williams and Angie Martinez today?
Martinez said that she didn’t ever run into Williams after their fight and Williams’s firing from Hot 97. She remained on Hot 97 for 25 years before leaving in 2014 to work for its rival station, Power 105.1 in New York City.
Williams left radio altogether in 2008 to transition into television. Before her hit daytime talk show, she hosted The Wendy Williams Experience on VH1 while working for the radio station WBLS in 2006.
After years of not seeing or speaking to one another, Williams interviewed Martinez in 2016 when Martinez was promoting her memoir. The two made peace but things went sour on Williams’s end after she was allegedly furious over Martinez inking a deal for her own daytime talk show.

Olive Garden in Indiana allegedly complies with “screaming” customer who demanded non-black server
The customer allegedly said the waiter was “not family-friendly” and “should go work at a strip club”
Olive Garden says that it is investigating an alleged incident at one of its restaurants in which an unhinged customer demanded to be assigned a non-black server.
Olive Garden hostess Amira Donahue tells local news station WEHT that she personally witnessed a customer who was “screaming” at her manager about not wanting to be served by black employees, and that the manager eventually complied with her request.
“She asked for a server that wasn’t black and the manager complied and I do agree that was a bad decision,” Donahue said. “The lady also made comments about me to another coworker saying that I am not family-friendly and that I should go work at a strip club instead of an Olive Garden… [She asked me of] am I even black, am I from here, am I from America, just like offhand comments like that and referring me to the ‘other one.'”
Olive Garden spokesman Hunter Robinson says that the company does not tolerate racism in its restaurants and says that the company is still investigating the incident. The company also confirmed that the manager who agreed to assign the customer a non-black server no longer works there.

Kenneth Petty Snatched by the Feds (Forgot to Register for the Sex Offender Registry)
Article via TMZ
Nicki Minaj‘s husband’s past is coming back to bite him in the ass — he’s been arrested by U.S. Marshals on an indictment for failing to register as a sex offender … TMZ has learned.
Kenneth Petty was in federal custody Wednesday — we’re told he turned himself into the Marshals. According to court docs, he’ll face a judge later today. Petty moved to California in July 2019, but according to law enforcement he got pulled over in Beverly Hills in November and that’s when his legal troubles started.
We’re told Bev Hills PD made a traffic stop on November 15 and determined Petty was a registered sex offender in New York state but had not registered in California … as required.
He was arrested and released on a $20,000 bond. The L.A. County D.A. charged him for failing to register as a sex offender.
It appears he still didn’t check in after that because now the feds are in on the case. He was indicted in federal court for the same thing … failing to register.
As we’ve reported, Kenneth’s rap sheet includes a 1995 conviction for first-degree attempted rape. He served almost 4 years in NY state prison for the crime and was required to register as a sex offender. If convicted on the federal charge for failure to register, Kenneth faces up to 10 years in prison.
TMZ broke the story … Nicki and Kenneth hit up the Bev Hills Courthouse to get a marriage license in July … around the time the couple moved to Cali.
We’ve reached out to Nicki’s camp for comment, so far no word back.
