Bill Cosby smiles in creepy new mug shot from PA prison
America’s favorite dad-turned-convicted sex offender, Bill Cosby, had a new prison photo taken of him last month — and in it, he wears an eerie, grizzled grin as he looks down, with his face mask around his neck.
Officials at the maximum-security State Correctional Institution in Collegeville, Pa. — where the 83-year-old fallen superstar is doing three to 10 years for sexually assaulting Andrea Constand — told TMZ that prisoners get new mug shots every once in awhile as their appearance changes and that Cosby was due for one.
The snap of the accused serial sex predator was taken Sept. 4.

Teacher calls 911 after man breaks into home while students are on Zoom
A stranger broke into a California home while two students were logged into Zoom for class, prompting their teacher to call 911, authorities said.
Jennifer Petersen, who teaches German in the town of Galt, noticed something was amiss when two of her students didn’t immediately sign off when the virtual lesson ended on Thursday, news station KOVR reported.
“I was just watching their faces and I can see their faces go from concern to panic,” Petersen told the outlet.
The teen siblings began yelling out for help as a stranger ran through the home before jumping out the back door, the outlet reported.
“They kept saying, ‘Help us, help us,’ and [were] calling out to me,” Petersen said.
Petersen said she called 911 and stayed on the Zoom call until help arrived at the home.
Police said the intruder — who was identified as Louis Dulay, 55 — jumped their fence into a neighbor’s yard, CBS13 reported.
Another caller reported that he was in their garage and claimed that he was being chased by people with rifles.
Officers arrived to find Dulay hiding behind a couch, the outlet reported.
He was booked into Sacramento County Jail on charges that include burglary, child endangerment, loitering and tampering with a vehicle, the outlet reported.
The students’ mother, Reyna Luna — who was not home at the time of the bizarre incident — praised the teacher for her quick thinking during the alleged break-in.
“Thank You Mrs. Peterson for staying logged in to help my kids by calling 911 and for giving them the protection and comfort that they needed at that moment even though you were miles away,” Luna wrote on Facebook.
Friday’s incident hasn’t been the only one caught on camera during remote-learning sessions.
A Chicago school notified police last week after a man sexually assaulted a 7-year-old girl in front of a teacher during a virtual class.
And a Florida mother was shot dead in front of her 10-year-old daughter as the girl was taking a Zoom class in August.

Alleged child rapist flees hospital after learning 11-year-old is pregnant
A Louisiana man brought his alleged 11-year-old rape victim to the hospital, only to lead police on a chase when doctors learned the girl was pregnant with his child.
Wendell Sanchez, 34, dropped off the child at the emergency room and waited in his vehicle after she complained of stomach pains, according to police.
Staff alerted cops that the girl was pregnant and Sanchez was believed to be the father.
When deputies arrived, Sanchez fled the scene, abandoning his car and running on foot to a nearby apartment complex.
Police found him hiding on a patio, where they say he was in possession of illegal narcotics, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Sanchez faces a slew of felony charges, including first degree rape with a victim under the age of 13 and the creation of a clandestine lab.
His bond is set at more than a half million dollars.

Teacher orders students to log off when sexual assault livestreamed first grader’s remote learning
An 18-year-old Chicago man out on bond for a gun case was held without bail after he livestreamed himself during a sexual act with a 7-year-old first grader on break from her remote learning class on Thursday prosecutors said.
Catrell A. Walls, of the West Chesterfield neighborhood on the South Side, was arrested Thursday afternoon shortly after 3:30 p.m., after he was seen molesting the girl, police said.
Walls, charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim under 13 years old, appeared for a bond hearing Saturday afternoon before Judge Charles Beach.
Police were made aware of the attack when the girl’s teacher saw it on a computer screen during a Google classroom e-learning session.
Walls showed complete disregard of children and a “wanton callousness for human life,” Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney Andreana Turano told Beach.
In addition to Thursday afternoon’s incident, which alarmed multiple students who viewed it and were heard asking, “What’s going on, what’s happening?” the victim told authorities Walls has a history of sexually assaulting her, for the last year, Turano said.
The victim initially said Walls “just hit her” and said it was a “secret,” Turano told Beach.
“The victim disclosed ‘he made me put my lips on (him) and this has happened before, and I don’t want my daddy to know, it’s a secret,’’’ Turano said, quoting the victim.
This was broadcast in the daytime on a website accessible to many young students, while the girl was on a break from the class during a time when her teacher asked the students to turn off their cameras and mute themselves.
The 7-year-old muted herself but did not turn off the camera. When the teacher saw them performing oral sex, she repeatedly ordered all the students to log off and then called out the victim’s name and told her to turn off the camera.
“She saw the defendant close the computer,” Turano said.
The teacher called the police, the school principal and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Officers went to the victim’s location, and Walls was arrested after she identified him.
While being taken into custody, Walls began crying and said, “I don’t know why,” said Turano, adding he also said, “I’m sorry. I’m sorry.”
Walls is a senior in high school and plans on finishing, said his lawyer. He works 40 hours a week, sometimes six days a week, in construction; has “extensive family ties,” including several siblings and other relatives; and is not a flight risk.
Walls has no history of sexual crimes, or violent crimes, his attorney said, adding Walls has been diagnosed with a disorder that impairs his ability to control his impulses and concentration, said the lawyer, calling it “somewhat of a disability.”
Beach, before ordering no bail for Walls, said he had several reasons he made that decision, the first being Walls was “currently on bail for a felony offense.”
Additionally, the crime was “broadcast on video … multiple people saw it, including the teacher,” Beach said.
The judge also noted that the victim’s outcry was “immediate” to the principal of her school and others, and Walls made an “admission,” said the judge.
Although the girl is not a Chicago Public Schools student, during an unrelated news conference on Friday, CPS CEO Janice Jackson called the situation “disturbing.”
Jackson said the district in recent years has increased supports for students who experience sexual assault or harm, and teachers or counselors are often the first to identify an issue a student is facing.
“We provide a lot of basic needs for our students, and safety is one of them,” Jackson said.
“DCFS has already reported a dramatic decrease in the number of cases reported. … We know these things have not stopped occurring, but what has happened is there are fewer watchful eyes looking at students, connecting with students to make sure that they’re safe.”

Drunk New York school bus driver took students on fast-food run
A drunk upstate New York school bus driver took students to McDonalds so she could snag some breakfast, authorities say.
Lashonda Griffin, 29, was arrested at the Gates Chili School District’s bus depot Friday — after dropping off her ride and passing out with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit, WROC-TV reported.
There had been six students, ranging in age from 5 to 16 years old, on the bus to Northstar Christian Academy in Rochester that morning, Syracuse.com reported.
One of the students said Griffin told the kids, “We’re going to stop at McDonald’s quick, don’t tell nobody,” WROC reported.
She then brought at least two students into the chain restaurant to pick up breakfast, the outlets reported.
“To be honest, I was a little bit confused by it,” an exchange student, Tu Tran, told the news station.
No students were on the bus when she was found incapacitated behind the wheel and failed a sobriety test, police said.
“We were definitely very lucky in this situation that all of the children were delivered to school from home safely and that the driver had returned back to the bus garage,” Gates Police Lt. Robert Long told Syracuse.com.
Griffin faces multiple counts of DWI and child endangerment, Long said. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
School officials said Griffin was employed with the district on a probationary period and they’re “taking time to review safety protocols with all drivers,” the outlet reported.
“While the district cannot comment directly on personnel matters, we can say that this is an egregious violation of our policies and practices and will never be tolerated,” the district said.

Florida school quarantines student for having her period
As Florida struggles to contain coronavirus cases in the classroom, one school nurse is being extra vigilant.
A Fort Myers mother told Southwest Florida’s Fox 4 Now that her eighth grade daughter was sent home from school last Monday afternoon and was told to quarantine for ten days after displaying COVID-19 symptoms.
However, the Lexington Middle School student was just feeling fatigued because she was on her period.
The girl’s mother, Shelia Gayle, was given two options: pull her daughter and her siblings from school, or get a note from the doctor that declared the girl was not suffering from the deadly virus.
Gayle did take her daughter to a doctor who confirmed that it was the girl’s menstrual cycle that was causing the symptoms, and that no isolation was necessary.
A spokesperson for the School District of Lee County said they’d rather be safe than sorry.
State data shows that 65 school facilities in the county experienced 127 coronavirus cases between Sept. 6 and Oct. 10. Lexington Middle School was not one of them.

Seven charged in alleged Florida flying squirrel trafficking ring
Seven people were charged as part of an alleged trafficking ring that sent thousands of flying squirrels from Florida to South Korea, authorities said Monday.
Alleged poachers in central Florida trapped the flying squirrels — a protected wild animal in the state — before selling them to a licensed wildlife dealer who claimed to his buyers they were captive-bred, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
The wildlife dealer, from Florida, worked with couriers from Georgia, who drove the flying squirrels north to Chicago, where they were then shipped by an unwitting international wildlife exporter to Asia, authorities said.
In three years, the alleged flying squirrel trafficking ring moved 3,600 of the animals. In the same time, the Florida wildlife dealer illegally netted over $213,000, authorities said.
The investigation into the scheme kicked off after the FWC was tipped off in 2019 to illegal squirrel trapping in Marion County.
Authorities determined the suspected poachers set up to 10,000 traps in the central part of the state.
The seven suspects were hit with a variety of charges, including racketeering, scheme to defraud and dealing in stolen property.

Maskless woman booted from plane coughs on passengers and yelling ‘Everybody dies!’
Wild video shows a plane passenger going berserk after being booted off her Scotland-bound flight for refusing to wear a face mask — coughing on other passengers and yelling, “Everybody dies!”
The footage — shot by another passenger on Sunday’s EasyJet flight from Belfast, Northern Ireland, to Edinburgh — shows the woman losing her cool when a flight attendant approaches her to escort her from the plane.
“Everybody dies, you know that?!” the woman yells at the flight attendant. “Every f–king body dies, whether it’s corona or not! Everybody dies!”
The woman then walks briskly down the aisle of the plane while coughing on fellow passengers, video shows.
“Everybody dies, that’s the only thing that’s real!” the unidentified woman continues in the clip.
Another passenger onboard told the Edinburgh News the woman asked for a row to herself before the incident.
“The EasyJet staff were really good at handling it,” the man told the outlet. “They accommodated her when she asked for a row of seat to herself, then they politely asked her to wear a mask. She just started shouting.”
Another passenger told the irate woman to “get a life” and “wise up,” the man told the newspaper.
The woman was arrested by airport police in Belfast, the Edinburgh News reported.
An EasyJet spokesperson, meanwhile, confirmed that an unruly passenger was removed from Sunday’s flight for disruptive behavior and refusing to put on a mask.
“In line with EASA [European Aviation Safety Agency] guidelines, all passengers are currently required to bring their own face covering for their flight which must be worn during boarding and onboard, except when eating or drinking,” the statement read. “We will not tolerate disruptive behavior towards other passengers and crew.”

50 Cent urges followers to ‘vote for Trump’ over Biden tax plan
When it comes to dollar bills, rapper 50 Cent is going MAGA.
The 45-year-old rapper on Monday urged his social media followers to “VOTE For TRUMP” after seeing figures related to Joe Biden’s tax plan.
The Queens-bred artist bashed the Democratic presidential nominee’s plan, which would raise tax rates for corporations and people making $400,000 or more per year.
He posted a photo from what looked like a CNBC broadcast, citing studies stating that under the plan, high earners in New York City could face combined federal and state tax rates of 62 percent.
“WHAT THE F–K!” he wrote. “(VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT, F–K NEW YORK.”
He added: “The KNICKS never win anyway.”
50 Cent then wrote: “I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya f–ing mind.”
The endorsement came after the rapper in 2016 posted that he hoped Trump wouldn’t win the presidential election.

BALLWIN, Mo. (KMOV.com) — A 20-year-old driver accused of huffing inhalants was charged after an urgent care employee was killed in west St. Louis County Sunday night.
The Ballwin Police Department said Trenton Geiger, 20, of Town and Country, was driving in the 2500 block of Clarkson Road around 8:15 p.m. when he lost control of his car and hit an Total Access Urgent Care employee who was on the sidewalk. Geiger’s car then crashed into the TAUC building.
Police said the 20-year-old allegedly huffed aerosol cans before the crash.
Officials later identified the worker as 25-year-old Marissa Politte. She was taken to a hospital where she later died. A spokesperson for TAUC said the clinic closed at 8 p.m., just fifteen minutes before the crash happened.
Geiger was charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter and tampering with physical evidence.
