Man opens fire after Iowa strip club denies debit card for lap dance
A man in Iowa allegedly opened fire in a strip club parking lot after his debit card was declined for a private dance, a report said.
James Allen Wells, 67, was a patron at the Porsches Theater of the Arts strip club in Waterloo on Friday night at around 11 p.m. when he got a lap dance and stiffed the club, according to The Courier.
After the card was declined, Wells stormed into the parking lot and pulled a .38-caliber Smith and Wesson revolver from his waistband, firing off five rounds, the report said.
Multiple cars were struck including: the rear window of a Dodge Durango, the tailgate of a Chrysler Town and County, and the windshield of a Chevrolet Impala.
The gunman then fled the scene and police attempted to pull him over for speeding — but he refused to stop, leading to a short chase.
Wells eventually crashed his vehicle into a curb and was apprehended after a scuffle with cops. One of the officers injured a hand during the arrest.
Wells was charged with criminal mischief, reckless use of a firearm, assault on a peace officer and reckless driving.

5-year-old boy brings heroin to school, tells teacher eating it turns him into Spider-Man
HOLYOKE, Mass. — A Massachusetts man has pleaded not guilty to drug charges after authorities said his 5-year-old son brought heroin to school and told his teacher that when he tastes the powder he becomes Spider-Man.
The Daily Hampshire Gazette reports that 29-year-old Benny Garcia, of Holyoke, was arraigned Friday in Holyoke District Court. He faces charges of drug possession and reckless endangerment of a child.
Prosecutors say Garcia’s son brought a plastic bag decorated with Spider-Man to kindergarten Thursday and put it in his mouth, telling a teacher eating the powder turns him into the superhero. Authorities say the boy was taken to a hospital but was unharmed.
Police searching Garcia’s home say they found more than 200 bags of heroin and cocaine.
A judge ordered Garcia to be held without bail until a Nov. 20 hearing.

Ohio High School Plans to Drug-Test All Students at Least Once a Year
In an effort to discourage drug use and vaping, a Catholic high school in Ohio has announced plans to begin testing its students for drugs and nicotine, joining what education professionals are calling a growing trend.
Administrators at Stephen T. Badin High School in Hamilton, Ohio, said in a letter to parents this week that the drug-testing program, which they said had been shaped over the course of two years with help from the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, would go into effect in January.
Students will be tested at least once a year for illicit drugs, alcohol, nicotine and other banned substances, the school said in the letter. There is no maximum number of times a student may be tested.
“The impact of drug use on young students and their families is staggering and our community is not immune to this issue,” the letter said, adding that testing would encourage students not to do drugs.
Students are required to consent to the testing as a condition of their enrollment at the school, and potential consequences for violating the drug policy include suspension and expulsion, the letter said. Under the new guidelines, a first positive drug test alone would not necessarily result in disciplinary action, provided there are no other violations of the policy, like rules against intoxication during school hours or possession of drugs on campus. But a comprehensive intervention plan would be put into place after a second positive test, and expulsion might be recommended after a third.
Badin High School, which is about 25 miles north of Cincinnati and has a coeducational enrollment of 622 students, did not respond to a request for comment this past week, but a spokeswoman for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati said in a statement that decisions about drug-testing policies were made at the local level.
“The individual school administration and board decide if drug testing is a policy they want to enact,” the spokeswoman, Jennifer Schack, said on Thursday.
Private schools have control over their enrollments, David Bloomfield, an education law professor at Brooklyn College and the CUNY Graduate Center, said in an interview. “The school seems largely within its rights to come up with this policy,” he said.
But there may be potential legal concerns if the school is found to disproportionately test one group of students over another, he noted, possibly bringing about “arbitrary enforcement and harassment.”
“The well-known public school standard for a search is reasonable suspicion; here it’s just suspicion,” Bloomfield said. “That could be a whim or a hunch, without any real tangible basis.”
Marginalized students may be affected most by the policy, he said, adding, “That could be a legal problem when it’s discriminatory enforcement.”
The debate about whether schools can test their pupils for drugs dates back to before 2002, the year the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the random drug testing of public school students. The 5-4 decision expanded an earlier ruling that endorsed drug testing for student athletes.
The case made national headlines after an Oklahoma school district required students who engaged in “competitive” extracurricular activities — such as the future homemakers’ club, cheerleading and choir — to undergo random drug testing. Justice Clarence Thomas wrote in his opinion that the district’s drug-testing program was “entirely reasonable” because of the “nationwide epidemic of drug use” among school-age children.
A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study from 2016 said more than 37% of school districts had adopted a drug-testing policy. There seems to be an increase in similar programs across the country, Cindy Huang, assistant professor of counseling psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, said in an interview.
The research to prove if drug testing is beneficial to students is mixed, according to Huang. “There’s really no clear indication that implementing mandatory drug testing will directly lead to better and reduced substance abuse rates,” she said.
Parents across the country should not be concerned if their school begins a drug-testing program if it is “properly planned and then implemented,” Huang said. In such cases, she said, it has the potential to work as prevention.
She added that parents should be asking detailed questions about what happens if a child tests positive, whether testing will truly be conducted at random and in such a way that does not target specific children, and whether there will be programs in addition to drug testing that will promote awareness of substance use.

T.I.’s Daughter, Deyjah Harris, 18, Deletes Instagram After He Talks About Monitoring Her Hymen
Article via Hollywood Life
Following her dad T.I.’s controversial comments about being taking her to the gynecologist, Deyjah previously unfollowed her dad on the social media platform.
Deyjah Harris is done with Instagram! The 18-year-old’s page “isn’t available” as of Sunday, Nov. 17 — meaning she completely deactivated her “princess_of_da_south” account, which boasted 1.5 million followers and 104 posts. The move comes after her dad T.I., 44, made controversial comments about taking her to the gynecologist to ensure her hymen is still intact. Previously, Deyjah — who is T.I’s oldest with R&B singer Ms. Niko, 39 — unfollowed her dad on Twitter and Instagram in the days after. A social media detox might be in order after the week she’s had!
Deyjah is understandably upset with her dad after the admission he made about her sexual health on the “Life Hacks” episode of the Ladies Like Us podcast last week. “Deyjah’s 18, just graduated high school now and she’s attending her first year of college, figuring it out for herself. And yes, not only have we had the conversation, we have yearly trips to the gynecologist to check her hymen,” he spilled to the hosts. Public reaction over the admission began almost immediately, spreading like wildfire on Twitter. While Deyjah hasn’t spoken out directly, her actions on social media say it all — and we an imagine she’s immensely embarrassed by her dad’s inappropriate comments.
Most the comments — including the ones on Deyjah’s Instagram — were expressing their support for the teen. “Your body your choice sis!” one follower wrote on an older photo. Deyjah, who is known to audiences from the reality series Tiny & T.I.: Family Hustle also went through posts mentioning her on social media, liking tweets critical of T.I.’s comments. Many fans also pointed out that an intact hymen doesn’t necessarily indicate virginity, as a hymen can be broken doing a number of activities, including riding a bike. It was also rumored that pornography site Pornhub.com offered Deyjah $1 million to lose her virginity on camera, but the site has since denied they the offer.
Stepmom Tiny has since responded to fans flooding her comments, wondering if Deyjah was okay given the amount of public attention the situation was receiving. Tiny simply commented back with an eye roll emoji, which suggests she’s siding with her husband of nine years on this one.

Big Sean Catches Fans Attention After Stating He Made Jhene Aiko Climax 9 Times in a Day
Article via TheSource
Well, alright, Big Sean. In case you missed it, the Detroit rapper’s ex-maybe-still-bae, Jhene Aiko, released a new song titled “None Of Your Concern” and brought him on as a feature.
What caught everybody off guard was Big Sean’s verse where he seemingly details provides the details of their intimacy, most notably, how many times he has made the singer hit the highest moment of sex:
But every time I lay down I think about you naked
And if you find my replacement, how could you
I made you cum nine times in one day
Your two lips should come in a vase, you rode my face
And just like that, Big Sean was trending.

Thousands Of Disney+ Accounts Are Up For Sale On Hacking Forums
Disney’s hotly-anticipated streaming service Disney+ finally launched this week. Despite being open to the public for just a few days, hackers have already hijacked thousands of accounts and put them up for sale on the Dark Web.
Reporting for ZDNet, Catalin Cimpanu discovered several listings for Disney+ accounts on different underground hacking forums. The going rate for a hacked account appears to be somewhere between $3 and $5.
That’s three to four times more than the asking price for a hacked Netflix account. Logical enough, given the excitement around the Disney+ launch.
So how is it possible that these accounts – many of which are just a few days old – have already been taken over by hackers? I haven’t seen any reports confirming the root cause, but it seems likely that bad habits are to blame.
One bad habit in particular: password re-use.
You should never, ever use the same password for multiple websites or online services. Security professionals have been repeating this refrain for years.
Their warnings often fall on deaf ears, unfortunately. To users creating yet another account, it can feel like too much trouble to come up with a unique password to protect it.
When you’re creating a new account – whether for a hot new service like Disney+ or any other – remind yourself that hackers are always lurking in the shadows and ready to attack.
They’re armed with billions of email addresses (likely including yours) and billions of previously-used passwords. Using automated brute-forcing tools they can quickly break into accounts en masse.
Recovering a compromised account can be tricky, too. Once a hacker has gained access they tend to move quickly. They revoke access to authorized devices and then change passwords to prevent users from logging back in. They’ll change the email address associated with an account, too, which stops users from using automated password reset tools to regain access.
If you’re getting ready to sign up for Disney+ – or any other service, for that matter – get yourself a password manager first. Use it to create a unique password and let it remember that password for you.
Otherwise you may find yourself fighting to regain access to your account before you even have a chance to enjoy what you’ve signed up for.
I’ve reached out to Disney for a comment on the situation will update this post with its response.

Angelina Jolie feels Brad Pitt ‘turned’ her and kids’ ‘lives upside down’
Angelina Jolie still has anger toward Brad Pitt despite ending their marriage more than three years ago, multiple sources exclusively reveal in the new issue of Us Weekly.
“Angelina still has a lot of resentment toward Brad,” says a source. “She wants him to be held accountable because she feels he turned her and the children’s lives upside down.”
Pitt, 55, and Jolie, 44, had been together for nearly 12 years — they tied the knot in August 2014 — before splitting in September 2016 due to irreconcilable differences. While the actor is desperate to move on, multiple sources reveal that Jolie can’t.
The Maleficent star, for one, is bitter that she can’t move with their children — Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne — out of Los Angeles, where the actor is based. (The former pair — who have yet to finalize their divorce — share physical and legal custody of the kids.)
“Before the divorce, the entire family led a very nomadic existence, and that was because of Angie’s restlessness,” says a second source, but it led to a lot of fights. “Brad wanted the kids to have stability while Angie always said they were giving the children an idyllic childhood by exposing them to different countries, languages and experiences.”
Another thing Jolie is upset about? The fact that she didn’t want to marry the Ad Astra star in the first place. “She felt that Brad pressured her,” a source told Us in October, and as a result, it’s a reason she’ll “never get married again.”
Jolie revealed in her Harper’s Bazaar December/January cover story that she’d “love to live abroad,” but “right now, I’m having to base where their father chooses to live.”

New Jersey police have had it with the Popeyes chicken sandwich
The Popeyes chicken sandwich has been an agent of chaos in an already chaotic year. It has been the purported cause of food fights, fistfights, a car wreck, a threatened shooting, and a
stabbing. It could be argued that if people are going to act like
assholes, they are going to act like assholes whether there’s a chicken
sandwich around or not. But it can be proven that the
drive-thru at a certain Popeyes in Rutherford, New Jersey, is causing
traffic jams on Route 17, and police have decided they can take action,
and that they will.
And so an electronic sign has been posted outside Popeyes that reads, “A sandwich isn’t worth a ticket. Do not delay traffic.”
Very simple, very straightforward. I, personally, appreciate the sternness of it. Rutherford’s police chief, John Russo, elaborated further in a statement obtained by News 12 New Jersey: “What we are seeing is people waiting an extraordinary amount of time on both drive-thrus to get a sandwich or coffee without consideration for those vehicles not trying to get into the establishments.” Russo recommended that people park their cars and actually go inside the Popeyes for their sandwich.
Neither Russo nor the police department would tell the TV station if any tickets had been issued to people desperate for chicken sandwiches.
