Walking Pile of Fecal Matter George Zimmerman Allegedly Threatened Beyoncé over Trayvon Documentary
IF YOU REACT THIS WAY ABOUT A DOCUMENTARY GEORGE ZIMMERMAN MUST BE GUILTY.
A series of text messages sent to a private investigator appear to show George Zimmerman threatening Beyoncé over the recently premiered docuseries, Trayvon Martin: Rest in Power, produced by Jay-Z.
According to the Blast (h/t Vibe), which obtained the messages, Zimmerman sent the texts to Dennis Warren, a private investigator who worked on the six-part documentary about the 2012 killing of the unarmed Florida teen. In the threatening texts, Zimmerman also came for Jay-Z.
The series of texts read:
I’m bringing hell with me.
Oh yea and tell Jay-Z he’s a bitch and his wife’s a broke whore.
If I see either of them in my life, they’ll find themselves inside a 13 foot gator. Calling Beyoncé broke? George sure has some nerve.
According to the Blast, Zimmerman has sent hundreds of messages and voicemails harassing Warren, who was hired to find potential subjects to participate in the documentary. In fact, this past May, Zimmerman was charged with stalking Warren. The Blast also reports that Zimmerman sent harassing texts to one of the Rest in Power executive producers, Michael Gasparro. The gossip site says Zimmerman allegedly texted Gasparro’s address to him and said the Genovese mafia were “looking for him.”

Why Won’t George Zimmerman Just Go Away?
You would think a man who was acquitted of the murder of a teenage boy five years ago would just go …

Serious question: Does George Zimmerman have a death wish? Because a regular degular person threatening Beyoncé is tantamount to putting your head in a guillotine. Why one of the most despised men in America would give anyone further reason to take him out is beyond me, but it’s worth noting that this violent, aggressive and needlessly provocative behavior is more than just a pattern with Zimmerman. It’s clearly who he is.
And yet, not only is Zimmerman free, but there hasn’t been any meaningful legal intervention regarding his behavior. One can’t help but wonder how much more time will pass before Zimmerman causes serious harm to someone else.
The Blast reports that the threatening messages will be featured on the the final episode of the Trayvon Martin documentary, which will air this Monday on BET and the Paramount Network at 10 p.m. EST.

Connecticut Dentist Fined $10,000 After Putting 8 Crowns on Toddler’s Teeth
A Connecticut dentist accused of performing unnecessary dental work on a young girl was disciplined this week by state regulators.
The State Dental Commission voted Wednesday to sanction Ammar Idlibi with a $10,000 fine and three years of probation, among other measures, according to KTLA sister station WTIC in Hartford.
The Terryville dentist installed eight crowns on the teeth of a 3-year-old girl who had come in for just one crown in 2016.
Martin Ungar, a commissioner, called it a “clear case of overtreatment.” Peter Katz, another commissioner, said he found the treatment “absolutely appropriate.”
Idlibi says the child’s mother had given him authorization to treat whatever decay he found during the operation.
He acknowledged the treatment was “aggressive,” but said he didn’t want to expose the child to general anesthesia more than once.
The commission voted 7-2 against Idlibi. He plans to appeal the decision and said he feels confident because two people in the hearing sided with him.
“That’s what gave me a lot of hope with my appeal to the superior courts, that by reviewing all of the evidence that this case will be dismissed, and the board decision will be reversed. I think it was very positive from that perspective,” Idlibi told WTIC.
Man Fatally Shot by Off-Duty Dallas Officer After She Mistakenly Entered Wrong Apartment
Dallas police are obtaining a warrant on manslaughter charges against a police officer who shot and killed a man after entering an apartment she mistakenly thought was her own, police Chief Ulysha Renee Hall said Friday.
The shooting took place Thursday night at the South Side Flats. The white patrol officer has not been identified, but her name will be released when she is formally charged, Hall told reporters.
The slain man was identified as Botham Shem Jean, 26, of St. Lucia.
“Right now, there are more questions than answers,” Hall said. Her initial remarks at a news conference were also posted on the Dallas police blog.
“A female Dallas police officer returned to what she believed to be her apartment after her shift ended — she was still in uniform when she encountered Mr. Jean inside the apartment,” Hall said.
The chief said it isn’t clear what “the interaction was between her and the victim. Then at some point she fired her weapon striking the victim.”
The officer called 911 and officers “responded in about four minutes,” Hall said. Rescue crews transported Jean to a hospital, where he later died.
“At the very early stages of this investigation — initial indications were that they were what we consider circumstances of an officer-involved shooting. However, as we continued this investigation it became clear that we were dealing with what appears to be a much different and very unique situation.”
Hall — who didn’t provide details on that situation — said police aren’t handling the case under the department’s usual officer-involved shooting protocol.
“A blood sample was drawn to test for drugs and alcohol, we are in the process of obtaining a warrant, and we have also invited the Texas Rangers to conduct an independent investigation,” she said, referring to the state law enforcement agency.
Jean was listed on LinkedIn as a risk assurance experienced associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned a bachelor’s degree at Harding University in Arkansas.
“This is a terrible tragedy,” Jean’s employer said. “We are simply heartbroken to hear of his death.”
Jean described himself on LinkedIn as a “young professional, engaged in developing a career built upon integrity, dedication and relationships, leveraging useful technologies to gain an understanding of and add value in a range (of) industries, striving towards leadership in my career, my community and society.”

Sacramento Area Father, Stepmother Arrested After 3-Year-Old’s ‘Horrific’ Burns Left Untreated for 10 Days
A Sacramento County father and stepmother are under arrest for allowing their young daughter to be badly burned in their apartment and then failing to take her to the hospital for 10 days, according to KTLA sister station KTXL in Sacramento.
Karina Feliz Davis, the toddler’s 25-year-old stepmother, was spending her ninth night in jail on Thursday.
Then on Thursday, the 3-year-old’s father, 29-year-old John Lolley, stopped running from a warrant deputies have had out for him and surrendered.
They are now facing felony charges for endangering the life or health of a child.
One neighbor, who did not want to be identified, has been friendly with Davis and Lolley.
“Whenever I’ve seen them with the kids they always seemed like nice, functioning adults,” the neighbor told KTXL.
He said there were other circumstances involved besides just not wanting to take their 3-year-old to the hospital.
“From what I know she ain’t the type of person to do something like that,” the neighbor said. “They didn’t have a car.”
When pressed about the lack of a call for help he said, “No matter what, you call 911.”
According to investigators, the toddler was in Davis’ care on July 31 when she was left alone in the kitchen of a North Highlands apartment. She somehow pulled down a bowl of hot soup right onto her head.
Her third-degree burns are described as “horrific.”
“The top of her head, her face, cheeks, chin, lips,” said Sgt. Shaun Hampton with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.
Davis allegedly treated the little girl at home with aloe vera.
Professional medical attention was not rendered until almost two weeks later.
“You have to watch any children you are in the care and custody of,” Hampton said. “And when those children become injured it is your duty as an adult to find aid for them and make sure they receive proper medical attention.”
Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies say a request from the public for a welfare check on a child is what led them to discover the toddler in trouble.
The young girl has had to have several skin grafts on her head and is still hospitalized.
Child protective services has now taken her and three other children away from Davis and Lolley.

Black grandson riding with white grandma gets mistaken for robbery suspect
A black man headed home from church with his white grandmother was taken into custody by police in Wisconsin after two witnesses falsely reported that he was robbing her.
Attorney Joy Bertrand believes the 18-year-old man who was detained for roughly six minutes by police in Wauwatosa on Sunday was harassed, and the lawyer has requested all documents pertaining to the traffic stop, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.
“After we take a look at whatever basis they have for stopping and harassing this family, we will be able to comment further,” Bertrand told the newspaper.
Police officials said in a statement that an officer was flagged down by a black couple who indicated that a robbery was either in progress or had just taken place. The suspect was a black male in the back seat of a blue Lexus, the couple reported, according to police.
“The citizen pointed out the car to the officer,” the statement continued. “A traffic stop was conducted. A non-approach traffic stop was made, in which the officer called the back seat passenger (who was said to be the robbery suspect by the citizen) back to officers instead of the officers approaching the car.”
The 18-year-old man — identified by the newspaper as Akil Carter — was then detained “based on reasonable suspicion” for approximately six minutes as an investigation ensued. Carter and the other occupants of the vehicle were then allowed to leave. The person who reported the allegations to police, however, did not stay in the area as requested by officers and has yet to be located to get a formal statement, police said.
“Officers removed their handgun from their holsters based on the original information of a possible violent crime (robbery) in progress, but kept their weapons pointed in a safe direction during the stop. The officers acted professionally during the entire interaction.”
But Carter was actually inside the car with his grandmother and her friend. They were on their way home from church at the time, Bertrand told the newspaper.
Carter’s grandmother can be heard in squad-car footage released by the department surmising exactly what she thought the man who reported the purported robbery had been thinking.
“I’m sure he saw two old white ladies in a car with a black kid and made some assumptions,” Carter’s grandmother told the officer, who apologized on behalf of the man.
Carter, who was released without incident, declined to comment to the Journal Sentinel. Bertrand said Carter is currently keeping “all options” on the table, including filing a lawsuit against the department.
“It seems to me that the police officers’ suspicion that this car was involved in a crime dissipates when his grandmother said, ‘He’s with me,’ if they had a suspicion to begin with,” Bertrand told The Post.

Nurse admits to fatally burning baby in scalding bath in plea deal
A Queens nurse admitted Wednesday to fatally burning a 23-month-old baby by dunking her in a scalding hot bath, getting a promise of just four years in prison for her plea.
Oluyemisi Adebayo, who was a 20-year licensed nurse practitioner, cruelly placed Naomi Mondesire in the bath at the child’s Rosedale home on April 21, 2015 and the baby succumbed to the burns days later.
The 58-year-old woman pleaded guilty to one count of attempted assault and is expected to receive the agreed upon sentence at her next court date on Sept. 24.
Adebayo — who was arrested in April 2015 as she was about to board a flight to Africa — will get credit for the three years she has been in jail since her arrest.
Judge Richard Buchter asked Adebayo, “Did you place the baby in hot water?” Adebayo responded, “yes.”
Adebayo, a Nigerian immigrant, could face deportation upon her release from prison.
She was originally charged with second-degree murder, which was dismissed as part of her plea deal, and she faced 25 years to life in prison if convicted at trial.
The child’s mother, Cynthia Mondesire, filed a negligence lawsuit in Queens in 2015 against Adebayo and the company she worked for, Harry’s Nursing registry. Adebayo settled with Mondesire but the multi-million dollar case against the company is still pending.
“The baby just melts in the bathtub, it’s tragic,” Mondesire’s lawyer, Eric Shaevitz, said adding, “It’s just a tragedy, an absolute tragedy that this woman has gotten away with murder. And especially horrifying, she had a record of child abuse and the company hadn’t vetted her at all.”
“She’s a monster,” Shaevitz said of Adebayo.

Cincinnati Cop tases 11 year old girl for shoplifting – then tells girl “That hurt my heart to do that to you”
“You know, sweetheart, this is why there aren’t any grocery stores in the black community.” That’s what Cincinnati police officer Kevin Brown told an 11-year-old African-American girl moments after tasing her for allegedly shoplifting $53 worth of food and clothing from a Kroger on Aug. 6.
Police say the 55-year-old off-duty officer, also African-American, was working security at the store when he tried to apprehend three girls. In violation of department policy, he used a Taser on one without warning and only turned on his body camera afterward, reports the Cincinnati Inquirer.
“That hurt my heart to do that to you,” he tells the girl in the video released Tuesday, before addressing store closures in black communities. An internal review took note of the latter comment, which comes a year after Brown was written up for using a homophobic slur.
Brown defended the comment, however, on his belief that “the closing of a number of Kroger stores in black communities … resulted from large amounts of theft losses,” the review states, per ABC News.
“This guy, from what I am hearing, has serious issues,” says Councilman Wendell Young, a former police officer. “He’s building a case that makes it difficult for us to continue with him as a member of the police department.” But it’s up to Police Chief Eliot Isaac to decide the officer’s fate, which could include counseling or termination.
While promising to review department policy relating to Taser use on children, Isaac on Tuesday described Brown’s use of the device as “unnecessary in this circumstance.” Police say the girl took a backpack, “candy and beef jerky, as well as infant clothing,” worth $53.81.
Theft charges have been dropped.
