4-year-old accidentally shoots, kills 2-year-old brother after mistaking gun for toy
LOUISA COUNTY, Va. – A Virginia toddler died Tuesday after his older brother accidentally shot him with a gun the boy thought was a toy, according to the Louisa County Sheriff’s Office.
It’s not yet clear how the 4-year-old boy had access to the weapon, which he fired Tuesday morning, striking his 2-year-old brother – identified as Tyler Aponte – in the chest, according to Major Donald A. Lowe.
“It’s of paramount importance to make sure your guns are secured and out of the reach of children and everything,” Major Lowe said. “At least have them unloaded or a safety lock on them, whatever you have to do to keep them from being discharged accidentally.”
The children’s mother was at home when the shooting occurred, authorities said.
“It will be thoroughly investigated,” Major Lowe said. “Our heart breaks for this family… they’re devastated, naturally, so we want to do everything we can to help them.”
Neighbor Linda Eddy told WTVR she’s known the Aponte family for more than a decade.
“There’s no way they would leave a loaded gun out,” she said. “They’re good people, good Christians good people, they take care of their children [and] make sure they have everything they need. I know this is going to be tragic to them.”
Eddy said she was not sure how Tyler’s mother would make it through the tragedy.
“I don’t know how she is going to do it, but she believes in the Lord, so that’s good,” she said.
Woman accuses R. Kelly of sexual battery, giving her herpes
NEW YORK — R. Kelly sexually abused and demeaned a woman, locked her in rooms and vehicles for punishment and infected her with herpes, according to a lawsuit that furthers a string of misconduct accusations against the platinum-selling singer.
Faith Rodgers said in the suit filed Monday in New York that the “I Believe I Can Fly” singer “mentally, sexually and verbally” abused her during a roughly yearlong relationship.
Kelly’s management team declined to comment Tuesday but previously denied claims that Rodgers made in a police report filed in Dallas in April.
Rodgers’ lawsuit includes some of the same allegations and adds to them, painting a portrait of forceful sex, humiliation, unwanted sex tapes and sometimes confinement by one of pop music’s best-selling — and most embattled — artists.
Rodgers, 20, said Tuesday on “CBS This Morning” that Kelly, 51, instructed her to call him “daddy” and told her his goal was to teach her how to have sex like a “mature woman.”
Her suit comes as Kelly faces growing criticism after years of being accused of troubling conduct toward girls and young women.
The Time’s Up campaign against sexual harassment and assault took aim at the R&B singer last month. This month, a Chicago concert was canceled after protests. Spotify removed his music from its promoted playlists and algorithms following a #MuteRKelly social media campaign.
Rodgers said she met the three-time Grammy winner after a March 2017 concert in San Antonio. Two months later, she said he flew her to New York to attend a show.
She told “CBS This Morning” that she “submitted” to sex when he came to her hotel room and demanded she take off her clothes. She said she didn’t want to have sex with him but “just froze up.”
“He has this type of, like, intimidation right off the bat. You know? So I was just waiting for it to be over,” she said.
Her lawsuit says Kelly disregarded her when she said she was “not ready to have sex” with him.
“After initiating non-permissive, painful and abusive sex with plaintiff, defendant, R. Kelly, immediately insulted and criticized” Rodgers “concerning her ‘lack of participation’ and physical inadequacies,” the suit says.
The Associated Press does not typically identify people who say they are victims of sexual assault unless they decide to make their names public, which Rodgers has done.
Kelly is a three-time Grammy winner who has sold close to 30 million albums, with hits including “Ignition,” ”I Believe I Can Fly,” and “Bump N’ Grind.”
Kelly has won multiple Grammys, sold close to 30 million albums and has written hits for Michael Jackson, Celine Dion, Aaliyah and more. He has crafted pop anthems and love songs, but he is defined by sexually explicit songs such as “Feelin’ on Yo Booty,” ”Your Body’s Calling Me,” ”Sex Me” and even more explicit fare.
He has long been accused of behavior that has ranged from questionable to allegedly criminal.
He wed Aaliyah, then his 15-year-old protege, in 1994. The marriage was later annulled and the two refused to confirm that it happened.
He was later accused of child pornography after a widely circulated videotape appeared to show him having sex with, and urinating on, a teenage girl. He was acquitted of all charges in 2008 and continued to rack up hits and sell out stadiums around the country.
In recent years, a series of women has come forward to accuse him of everything from sexual coercion to physical abuse.
That includes parents who said their daughter was being held by Kelly as part of a sex cult, and a woman who said she was in a long-term abusive relationship with him. Kelly and the girl whose parents came forward denied the allegations against him.

Actresses in Atlanta arrested for taking too long in the bathroom
SIGH I really think these RACIST do these things to be funny.
Three actresses are calling for the boycott of an Atlanta restaurant after they were arrested for entering the restaurant and taking too long in the restroom.
Erica Walker, Brittany Marie Lucio and Asia’h Sharrell Epperson, a former finalist on American Idol and an actress on the television series Greenleaf, entered Houston’s in Atlanta on Mother’s Day. Although the kitchen was closed, the women say the restaurant was open and customers were still dining when they went to the restroom, according to 11 Alive.
Houston’s snitch shift manager summoned an off-duty police officer who was working security to remove the women from the restroom after they were in there for a grand total of 10 minutes. The officer’s report indicates that he entered the bathroom and asked the women to leave, but they laughed at him.
The report states that the cop grabbed Lucio by the wrist, but she pulled away and said, “Get your hands off me!” The officer grabbed her wrist again and pulled her outside the restaurant, and that’s when things got crazy.
According to the officer’s version of events, the woman whom he just easily pulled out of a bathroom and through a restaurant and dragged outside, went Super Saiyan and screamed: “Get your fucking hands off me! You ain’t about to touch me.”
The policeman says that Lucio then punched him in the mouth, causing a cut to his lip. The off-duty cop told employees to call 911, but by then, Lucio had apparently turned her superpowers off, because the cop was able to restrain both Lucio and Walker all by himself. Meanwhile, Epperson pulled out her phone and began recording.

People are big mad over Netflix’s Production Deal with the Obamas
The title should read the RACISTS are big mad over Netflix’s production deal with the Obamas. RACISTS HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW TO BOYCOTT! But I digress read on …….
The haters are always gonna hate and it seems as if some people are really big mad that Netflix linked to the Obamas with a deal to produce original TV shows and movies with the streaming service.
Long story short: The snowflakes ain’t having it.
Of course, this is despite the fact that the former president has already made it clear that he will not be using the new platform as a public campaign tool against his successor or to try to fight against conservative media outlets.
However, it probably doesn’t help conservatives that Netflix CEO Reed Hastings has been critical of the current president in the past, as Business Insider notes. During the 2016 presidential campaign, Hastings endorsed Hilary Clinton, noting that “Trump would destroy much of what is great about America.” (But is he lying though?)
Here are just a few people who have since insisted on apparently canceling their subscription to Netflix….
Barack and Michelle Obama sign @Netflix production deal. In related news, I will never be signing up for Netflix. #MAGA

Ex-Jehovah’s Witness killed her family and herself after being shunned by the church
There is now more evidence to suggest that an aspiring model shunned by the Jehovah’s Witnesses after she left the church may have killed her family and then herself due to being forcefully separated from her family for leaving.
David McAfee at Patheos’ The Friendly Atheist wrote Monday that police in Keego Harbor, Michigan have revealed new details about Lauren Stewart, an ex-Jehovah’s Witness who made headlines in February for her gruesome murder-suicide.
After Stewart committed her unthinkable crime before ending her life in February, her family friend Joyce Taylor (herself an ex-Witness) said the church was “100%” to blame for the tragic deaths. New evidence, McAfee wrote, lends credence to that theory.
“According to police records and interviews with family, friends and neighbors,” a report published by the Detroit Free-Press read, “Stuart battled many problems, including depression, ostracism from the Jehovah Witness church, and mental scars stemming from alleged sexual abuse as a child.”
“These factors combined, police believe, led Stuart to cave to despair on a February weekday when she fatally shot her son, daughter and husband — using pillows to suppress the sound — before shooting herself between the eyes,” the report continued.
When police contacted Stewart’s father, he told them he hadn’t spoken to his daughter in many years and that her husband Dan had “pulled her away” from the rest of her family. Her sister that hadn’t spoken to the ex-Witness in six years shared their father’s view, and the Freep‘s report noted that Stewart had committed “apostasy” for speaking out against the church.

A police statement acquired by the Freep offered a chilling look into the family dynamics between Stewart and her estranged Jehovah’s Witness family.
“(The sister) showed a very solemn and somber demeanor when she spoke,” the police report read, “and stated that she is not sad for Lauren and her family and that when she heard the news of her sister’s actions, she was not surprised in the slightest.”

WATCH: Korean restaurant owner in Georgia slaps black employee in the face over $8 refund
Now I saw the video but the dude failed to record the actual slap. If you listen you can hear the slap and the restaurant owner saying get out of here. These days you got to be so careful and think twice BEFORE calling the police. You can’t be black and call the police. You might get shot and killed.
A now-viral video shows a Korean business owner slapping a black employee for refunding a customer — all while said customer films him.
Rolling Out reported that the incident took place at Doo’s Seafood in Snelville, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta.

“An Asian man hit his Black employee because his wife was mad at me because she had to give me a refund for $8.47,” Markus Moultrie, the customer who recorded the video, posted on Facebook.
“She told her employee she had to pay for my meal,” Moultrie’s post continued. “I told her that’s nonsense if you the one who f*cked up my order then you need to pay for it not ya employee.”
In the video, the customer is heard yelling at the proprietor, identified on the restaurant’s website as Mr. Lee, after he slaps his female employee. An argument ensues between owner and employee as Moultrie asks other employees and customers if they saw what happened and told Lee he was planning on calling the police.

Elfen’s Neosoul Hip Hop New Music Tuesday May 22nd 2018
What’s old to you may be NEW to me. What’s new to me may be old to you. But it’s all good! As I was doing my Sunday apartment cleaning I stopped to look at my iTunes music collection and discovered Dj Jazzy Jeff had come out with a new album. And YES if you’re thinking is she talking about about DJ Jazzy Jeff of the fresh prince. Yup you right! Wills best friend Jeff He was always thrown out of Uncle Phil’s house.
Here’s his mini bio….
Jeffrey Allen Townes was born on January 22, 1965 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[3] Early on, he developed a reputation and a following as a school and Block party DJ.
He was ten years old when he first became interested in being a DJ. He told author Paul Stenning, “At summer time block parties I wouldn’t be the one dancing, I was sat where the DJ was set up, watching him. Even when I would go to other block parties in other neighborhoods I was still infatuated with the DJ. He was the guy that played music that everyone in the neighborhood loved. You might not have known his face, you might not have known his name but he was the guy that made everyone move.”
He took the stage name DJ Jazzy Jeff and was one half of the duo DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince along with Will Smith. The group received the first Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance in 1989 for “Parents Just Don’t Understand”, though their most successful single was “Summertime” which earned the group their second Grammy and peaked at number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.
When Smith branched out into television with the sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Jazzy Jeff played a recurring character named Jazz, Smith’s best friend on the show. In the early seasons, the two characters always greeted each other with their signature handshake (swinging mid-five, point-back, snap with both characters saying “Pssh!”). A recurring joke throughout the show’s run involved the character being physically ejected from the house by Uncle Phil (James Avery), using the same footage for comedic effect.
Jazzy’s new album features hip hop artists Rhymefest, Masego and Dayne Jordan
All albums that’s featured on Lovelyti’s website can be found on Spotify,Bandcamp and Apple iTunes
