Why Caitlyn Jenner Didn’t Tell Kardashians About Reassignment Surgery: I Didn’t ‘Trust’ Them
Kim Kardashian West hasn’t spoken to Caitlyn Jenner in over a year because she says she was hurt over things the Olympic gold medalist wrote in her memoir Secrets of My Life that opened old wounds surrounding her decision to transition from male to female in 2015.
But in a new interview for ITV’s Piers Morgan’s Life Stories airing Thursday, Caitlyn, 68, claims that family members were all given copies of the entire book before publication in April “except for the last few pages when I talked about gender confirmation [surgery].”
Her reasoning?
“I didn’t want them to leak it to the press, okay?” Caitlyn told host Piers Morgan. “And there was no reason for them to know about it.”
Wow, even their father knows how starved for attention the Kardahsian Klan is.
Asked whether she didn’t trust the Kardashians, Caitlyn admitted: “Of course not — of course I didn’t trust them.”

SZA, girl, Solange Knowles Is Not Your Friend
I was watching SZA’s SNL performance of her song The Weekend, and many #MessyBetties said that they came from another video: the official video for The Weekend.
We have waited for this video ever since SZA dropped that single. And so I raced to watch the video and honestly… I enjoyed it. Even though SZA did not have a… storyline like most music videos (involving cheating significant others) I still enjoyed the interpretive dancing, the hair (I love me some SZA hair), the care free black girl aesthetic and all. When I found out the Solange Knowles directed the video it made it that much better, I was ecstatic because it was true #blackgirlmagic!
But everyone was clowning SZA in the comments section saying how this was Cranes In The Garbage, and how this is what happens when you contact the wrong Knowles sister, or even how this was Solange’s revenge for SZA’s old tweet about Beyonce:
Apparently, that was 9 years ago, when SZA was 19. I will leave it at that.
Check out Khadi Don’s hilarious parody of the music video here.
But the more likely reason why everyone felt that Solange ‘sabotaged’ SZA is that the song The Weekend is promoting side chick culture, and if Solange would beat down JayZ in the elevator for allegedly cheating on her sister then maybe she is capable of this…
The Internet, proves to be too much sometimes. I loved the video, but if everyone else thought it was strange then maybe Solange simply missed the mark on this one.
Man admits to having sex with 8-year-old, feeding her meth at hotel
WASHINGTON, Mo. — A 48-year-old Missouri man admitted to having sex with an 8-year-old girl and forcing her to eat methamphetamine, police told KTVI.
Detective Betsey Schulze, a police spokeswoman, said the incident happened at a hotel on Jan. 1.
The suspect, Brett Pendleton, rented a room at the American Inn on East Fifth Street. The man had the child with him, according to KTVI.
Investigators said the child’s mother came to the motel room on the evening of Jan. 1. The child told the mother that Pendleton had hurt her. The relationship between the child’s mother and the suspect is unclear.
According to police, the child said the suspect forced her to participate in several different types of sexual acts. The child also said the suspect made her eat methamphetamine, smoke marijuana, and smoke cigarettes.
The mother took the child to a local hospital and filed a police report.
Pendleton apparently left the hotel but was taken into custody after a traffic stop.
Investigators said evidence from inside the hotel room matched the victim’s statements.
Pendleton admitted to giving the child methamphetamine by rolling it in toilet paper and then feeding it to her. He also confessed to having sexual contact with the girl, according to police.
Pendleton was charged with one count of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy deviate sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 12, and an additional count of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk. He remains jailed on a $250,000 cash-only bond.

Mike Tyson breaks ground on California marijuana ranch
CALIFORNIA CITY, Calif. (AP) — Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson is becoming a California marijuana entrepreneur.
TheBlast.com reports that Tyson and partners on Dec. 20 broke ground on a plot for a cannabis resort in California City, a remote Mojave Desert town that’s about a 110-mile (177-kilometer) drive north of Los Angeles.
Partner Robert Hickman tells the website that the undeveloped lands are primed to be cultivated and that Tyson Ranch will be an oasis.
In a video of the event, California City Mayor Jennifer Wood thanks Tyson for his commitment to the community, saying the industry will provide medical marijuana to people in need, revenue, jobs and income for residents.
Calls and emails from The Associated Press to a Tyson representative and the mayor were not immediately returned Tuesday.
Angel Adams now Angel Brown – Infamous mother of 17 facing eviction and demands again ‘somebody needs to pay’
AMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Angel Brown is internationally infamous, but she is barely aware of why.
In April 2010, a call came in to the WFLA newsroom about a woman living in a single motel room with a number of children.
When a reporter and photographer showed up to check out the story, Angel angrily looked into the camera and demanded, “Somebody needs to pay for all of this!”
WFLA reports about the Tampa mother and her children were uploaded to YouTube and have now been viewed millions of times.
Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh singled out Angel Adams as the face of what is wrong with the American welfare system, in their opinion.
Brown says she doesn’t care that people have expressed hate about her across the country.
“I don’t care, they don’t know me,” said Brown.
Brown doesn’t own a computer and doesn’t care that people have viewed and commented on her story millions of times
In 2010, Brown, then known as Angel Adams, had 15 biological children, and 12 of them were living with her in the motel room.
The Department of Children and Families stepped in and found Brown and her children a new home.
She has been in and out of court several times since then and has lost and then regained custody of her children.
Now, Angel Adams is married to Eric Brown and has a total of 17 biological children.
Twelve of the children live with the Brown’s and they are in trouble again, facing eviction and in court.
The Tampa Housing Authority pays their rent, but because of maintenance problems at the house, the housing authority has not paid rent to the landlord for three months.
The landlord has filed a notice of eviction and has informed the court they intend to make repairs to the home and resell it and they do not accept “Section 8,” or government assisted rent, from their tenants.
The Brown’s also owe nearly $600 for an overdue power bill and told a Hillsborough County Judge on Thursday they used money the Tampa Housing Authority mailed to them to pay for the power bill to pay instead, to evacuate their family during Hurricane Irma.
“These bills was extra, extra high on top of late fees from Tampa Housing Authority not never paying on time,” Eric Brown told Hillsborough Judge Michael Williams at an eviction hearing on Thursday.
Angel Brown told the judge she was desperate and had no choice.
“I used it for my children to evacuate for the Irma Hurricane. When they told us to get out, I used that money to evacuate and get my children where they needed to be,” said Angel Brown.
Judge Williams told the couple the law gave him little choice in the matter.
“You are asking me to make an agency to pay money above and beyond what they have committed to pay and I don’t have that authority,” said Williams.
The judge has now given the couple until Jan. 15 to find a new home for their family.
High school soccer coach accused of pimping teen girls
A high school soccer coach who also worked as a rideshare driver was arrested for human trafficking after a 17-year-old girl called police and said she was being sold for sex, authorities in California said.
Elan Daniel Seagraves, 34, of Sacramento, was arrested on Christmas Day after the teen contacted the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department and said she was sexually assaulted and being forced into human trafficking, sheriff officials said in a news release.
The girl told deputies she was hiding in the back yard of a home in south Sacramento at the time and that the man responsible for forcing her into performing sex acts for money was waiting for her in a nearby vehicle, sheriff officials said.
Responding deputies then found Seagraves in a car with another girl who was also 17. Both girls were victims of human trafficking, authorities said.
Investigators learned that Seagraves had worked as the boys’ soccer coach at Kennedy High School in Sacramento, as well as a coach and referee for various local youth soccer leagues. He also worked as a driver for both Uber and Lyft, according to sheriff officials.
Seagraves, who was arrested on charges related to human trafficking and pimping of a minor, remained held on $2 million bail as of Monday, jail records show. He’s scheduled to return to court Thursday, the Sacramento Bee reports.
There’s no indication that the allegations are connected to Seagraves’ role as a soccer coach or driver, but authorities want to talk to anyone who had interactions with him, KTXL reports.
“It’s absolutely 100 percent alarming,” Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Shaun Hampton told the station. “We want to encourage, regardless of the circumstances, regardless of any other things they may be involved in, it’s important to come forward.”
School district officials, meanwhile, said they were disappointed in Seagraves’ “unacceptable” behavior.
“While he passed a background check and had no prior offenses when we hired him to coach soccer in our district, we expect more appropriate behavior from someone we trusted to work with our kids,” according to a statement released by the Sacramento City Unified School District. “Mr. Seagraves will no longer be allowed to work with our kids in any capacity.”
Seagraves also holds a teaching credential and has worked in the past as a substitute teacher and an instructional aide, according to the Sacramento Bee, citing a government watchdog group called Transparent California.
An Uber official also confirmed that Seagraves had worked as a driver and passed a background check in accordance with state law. He has since been removed from the rideshare service, the Sacramento Bee reported.
Seagraves’ Lyft account has also been “immediately disabled,” according to company officials.
“These allegations are incredibly disturbing,” Lyft officials told the newspaper in a statement. “Our concern is with the victims, and we stand ready to assist law enforcement in any way that we can.”
Anyone with information regarding Seagraves is asked to contact Sacramento County sheriff’s officials at (916) 874-8002.

Man beat 7-year-old stepson to death for sneaking out of bed to get a cookie
Seffner, Florida (WFTS) — Detectives have charged a man with first-degree murder after they say he threw his 7-year-old stepson against a wall and beat him to death at a Seffner motel.
Jack Junior Montgomery, 31, has been charged with felony first-degree murder for the death of his stepson, 7-year-old Brice Russell.
According to the arrest affidavit, an employee at the Masters Inn in Seffner called authorities to report loud yelling in a room which sounded like an adult male yelling at a child saying to “beat the kid” and “push the kid over here”.
Around 1:00 a.m. on Saturday, HCSO responded to conduct a welfare search. A HCSO deputy met with a male who identified himself only as “Jack” and advised that the loud noise was him playing his music loudly. He told the deputy that he was in the room with “his children” and pushed the door open enough for the deputy to see the children sleeping in a bed towards the back of the room.
The deputy did not enter the room at the time and cleared the call with no further investigation, according to the arrest affidavit.
Later that day, deputies responded to the same motel room at 10:50 a.m after Montgomery called 911 to report his stepson would not wake up.
Fire rescue crews responded and found Brice laying in the bed. The arrest report states that the child was cold to the touch with rigor mortis present. He was pronounced deceased at 10:59 a.m.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Montgomery was taking care of the child and his three siblings while their mom, Donya Shenita Russell, 28, was at work.
The three siblings told detectives that they woke up to find Brice crying. They say they witnessed Montgomery hitting their brother and throwing him around the room.
Detectives say that their stepfather threatened the same violence against the other children if they did not join in with him and strike their brother. Under imminent fear of being hurt by Montgomery, one child did strike Brice.
According to the arrest report, the children saw their stepfather pick Brice up by the leg and throw him against a shelf along the wall. The children told detectives they saw blood coming from his nose and mouth and that their brother never woke up after that.
Through the course of the investigation, detectives determined that Montgomery had punched the child in the face, mouth and stomach with a closed fist, threw the victim around the hotel room and shoved his face into the carpet.
After the investigation, it was determined that Montgomery had punched the child in the face, stomach, and mouth with a closed fist.
Post Miranda, Montgomery told authorities that he picked Brice up and threw him onto the bed after finding Brice trying to sneak out of bed to get a cookie, according to the arrest affidavit. Montgomery said that Brice hit his head on the headboard when he threw him onto the bed, but said that he was fine after that.
The Medical Examiner’s Office determined the victim’s death a result of homicidal violence.
Montgomery was arrested on Sunday and has been charged with aggravated child abuse and felony first-degree murder. He was booked into the Orient Road Jail.
16-Year-Old New Jersey Boy Arrested After Allegedly Killing Family With Rifle on New Year’s Eve
An unidentified 16-year-old New Jersey boy has been taken into custody after fatally shooting his mother, father, sister and a family friend just before the ball dropped on New Year’s Eve, authorities said.
Neighbors of the family in Long Branch, a beach town on the Jersey shore, said that the boy struggled with mental illness. A friend of the family told KTLA sister station WPIX in New York City that the teen has special needs.
“It it appears the 16-year-old boy used a Century Arms semi-automatic rifle to kill his victims,” a news release from the Monmouth County prosecutor stated.
The victims – the Kologi family – lived in a red brick multifamily home on Wall Street in Long Branch.
When neighbors saw police outside Sunday night, they assumed officers were there to break up a party. But then they heard the gunshots.
“One boy had just a T-shirt on and no shoes,” said a neighbor, Joan Berg, adding she saw several young men standing in her driveway. “What I thought was that they ran out of there.”
The Associated Press reported the suspect’s brother and grandfather were at the home and were not targeted or injured.
“The police are running up with rifles and standing behind their cars,” added Berg, “I’m thinking, ‘Oh my God, what is going on?'”
Police took the 16-year-old into custody without incident. The suspect has not been identified because he is a minor.
Steven Kologi, 44, and his wife Linda Kologi, 42, as well as their daughter, Brittany Kologi, 18, were all killed. Mary Schultz, 70, a family friend, was also killed.
Friends of Brittany Kologi showed up to the scene on Monday night to leave flowers in her memory. They said they worked with her at a local ice cream store and they went to Long Branch High School together. They knew little about her brother, the alleged shooter.
“I only knew he was special needs,” said Victoria Villanueva, Brittany’s friend. “There was never an indication that there was ever a threat.”
Police were called by someone who was in the home at around 11:43 p.m. Investigators say police had never been called to the house before.
The rifle the teen allegedly used to kill his family was legally owned and registered to someone in the home, WPIX reported. He is facing four counts of murder and one count for the unlawful use of a weapon, according to the station
“Boy was schizophrenic,” said another neighbor. “Yes, sick. In hospital, in house, in hospital, house.”
The teen will make his first court appearance Tuesday morning in a hearing that will be closed to the media and to the public because he is a minor.
A friend set up a GoFundMe page for the family’s funeral expenses, the AP reported. It had raised more than $13,000 in six hours Monday.
“Linda, Steven, and Brittany were all beautiful people with the kindest hearts you could imagine,” the page stated.
