The tape then cuts to a bed, where you don’t see the people in the bed … but hear it creaking and someone getting slapped. You never see Kevin in the 2nd clip. The 3rd clip shows 2 people milling around a room, one of them looks vaguely like Kevin.
Wife arrested for punching husband after he interrupted her ‘pleasuring herself’
A Florida woman punched her husband in the face after he burst into her bedroom while she was pleasuring herself — because he thought he heard her having sex with another man, police said.
Flavia Higgs, a 42-year-old licensed private investigator, was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge after the wild ordeal in the bedroom of their Port St. Lucie home on Sept. 7, according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.
Higgs’ 43-year-old husband, Garrett — who had been living in a separate bedroom from his estranged wife for more than a year — told a responding officer that he returned home and heard “moaning from the house” before walking toward the room and knocking on the door.
“He banged and she would not answer the door,” according to the police report. “He said he thought there was another man in his house and he used a screwdriver to open the door.”
Once he barged in, his humiliated wife tried to stop her husband and “physically escort him out” of the room as he tried to push past her and pushed her arm against a wall. She then struck Higgs in the face, the report states.
“He wasn’t sure if it was open or closed handed,” according to the report. “When this happened they both started screaming and yelling and she called 911.”
Flavia Higgs later confirmed to the officer that she had been “pleasuring herself” inside the room when her estranged husband came home. She was arrested since she was the first person to “initiate physical contact,” according to the responding officer.
No injuries were reported. Flavia Higgs, who is listed on a state website as a licensed private investigator, was booked into St. Lucie County Jail and was later released, according to jail records.
Deaf Community Outraged After Interpreter Signed Gibberish

Before Hurricane Irma stormed Florida, Manatee County leaders were preparing to address the public with “crucial” information, and so they requested Marshall Greene to help communicate via sign language, according to WFLA.
Greene, a lifeguard for the county, continued on to sign words unrelated to the press conference, among those being words like “pizza” “bear” and “monster”. It is also important to note that Green should have faced forward during his ‘interpretations’, as opposed to facing the speaker.
“I knew something went horribly wrong,” Charlene McCarthy told WFLA. McCarthy owns VisCom, a company that regularly provides interpreters for the county.
“It was horribly unnerving for me to watch that, knowing I could provide a qualified, certified interpreter,” she fumed.
Greene’s family told WFLA he was just doing what the county asked of him.
“He can’t expect to communicate something he doesn’t know,” Greene’s father told the station.
Social media users were outraged, writing that the bogus interpreter posed a “danger” to society.
“Who is this person you are using as a sign language interpreter? This person is not qualified!” Sandra Roche commented on the county’s video of the press conference.
“What a disservice to the deaf community at such a critical time,” Maggie Gregory wrote.
Others weren’t as quick to be angry: “Take it easy on the guy!” Becky Bates-Williams fired back. “I’ve been in his position and it is frightening… He is doing the best he can.”
The deaf community is demanding an apology from the county for the blunder, according to WFLA.

Protests Begin After Another Police Officer Is Acquitted On Murder Charges
Protesters incited police agitation Friday night in St. Louis after the acquittal of a white former police officer who was charged with murder last year for fatally shooting a black driver after a car chase.
“Many of the demonstrators were peaceful. However, after dark, many agitators began to destroy property and assault police officers,” St. Louis police chief Lawrence O’Toole said in a joint video statement with Mayor Lyda Krewson.
About 1,000 protesters swarmed to the mayor’s home, throwing rocks and breaking windows, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. They were met by about 200 police in riot gear who tried to disperse them with tear gas.
Ohio Mother Allegedly Stabs Boyfriend After Finding Him Naked on Top of Pre-Teen Daughter:
A Cleveland woman stabbed her boyfriend six times after she found him naked on top of her 12-year-old daughter earlier this week, according to a report.
The mother found the 31-year-old man on top of her daughter early Tuesday morning, news website Cleveland.com reported, citing police records.
“In a fit of rage,” she grabbed a pocket knife and stabbed him five times in the chest and once in the back of his head, the police document stated, according to the website.
They fought over the knife and eventually ended up outside where she screamed for help. According to records, the mother told police “her boyfriend tried touching her daughter and she stabbed him.”
The man told police his girlfriend thought the 12-year-old had feelings for him and may have been the reason she attacked, Cleveland.com reported.
The girl told investigators the man took off her pants before removing his own clothing, then sexually assaulted her. According to records, he told her: “This is what it is like in the real world when you have a boyfriend.”
The woman and her daughter suffered cuts on their hands during the struggle.
Police are investigating the incident as a possible sexual assault case.
No charges have been filed in the case yet.
Ohio Mom Facing Charges After Allegedly Pulling Gun on Student in Middle School Parking Lot
An Ohio mother faces charges after she allegedly pulled a gun in a middle school parking lot, WJW learned on Friday.
Police said Mary Thomas was charged with inducing panic, inciting to violence, aggravated menacing, contributing to the delinquency or unruliness of a child, and falsification.
The incident happened last week outside Milkovich Middle School in Maple Heights, a city roughly 10 miles southeast of Cleveland.
Thomas has a 12-year-old daughter at the school. Other parents said the girl got into a fight with another female student. The next day, Thomas came to pick up her child and pulled the gun, according to other parents. They said Thomas’ daughter later went on social media and a gun could be seen in the picture.
“They seen her reaching into her purse. She pulled it out. And they’re like, ‘She got a gun, she got a gun,'” the mother of one child there said.
“She pulled it out of her purse and started cocking it,” another parent told WJW.
A woman inside Mary Thomas’ home wouldn’t come to the door, but did yell from inside, “There wasn’t no gun at the school.”
Maple Heights police said Thomas has a permit to carry a gun, but they say she’ll have to answer to charges next week.
Meantime, records show Thomas also told police she was hit with mace in that school parking lot. The older sister of another girl said she pulled out the mace after Thomas showed the gun.
Maple Heights City Schools Superintendent Charlie Keenan released a statement:
“Last Wednesday afternoon an allegation was made that a parent had a weapon in her car at dismissal at Milkovich Middle School. Due to the seriousness of this allegation, our administration immediately notified the Maple Heights Police Department who began an investigation. The parent was notified that same afternoon by the school administration, the director of security and the police department that she is not permitted on school property until this situation is fully investigated and resolved. We have worked with the MHPD to provide all evidence related to the situation and as of now the incident is still an active case with the MHPD.”

Bay Area McDonald’s Employee Tries to Flush Newborn Down Toilet After Giving Birth at Work
A McDonald’s cashier is facing an attempted murder charge after giving birth to a boy while at work and then trying to flush the newborn down a toilet inside the Redwood City restaurant, prosecutors said.
Sarah Lockner was working as a cashier at the McDonald’s restaurant on Chestnut Street on the evening of Sept. 4 when she complained of stomach pain, according to the San Mateo County district attorney’s office.
During her night shift, prosecutors said, the 25-year-old Redwood City woman visited the restaurant’s bathroom multiple times, to the concern of a co-worker.
When the co-worker entered the bathroom to check on Lockner, prosecutors said, there was blood on the floor.
ockner tried to dismiss the bloody mess and blamed it on a heavy period, prosecutors said.
But Lockner’s behavior had drawn the attention of a second co-worker, who also decided to check on her.
The second employee walked into the bathroom, peered over Lockner’s stall and “saw a newborn baby face down in toilet bowl,” prosecutors said.
Lockner had her hand on the baby’s back, according to the district attorney’s office. The employee then heard the toilet flush.
Police arrived later to find the baby in Lockner’s arms, San Mateo County Dist. Atty. Steve Wagstaffe told the Los Angeles Times on Wednesday.
The baby had no pulse and was not breathing, so officers performed CPR and rushed the infant to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto, he said.
The infant is alive and in stable condition, but the extent of the baby’s brain injuries was not known, Wagstaffe said.
Lockner claimed she didn’t know she was pregnant, prosecutors said.
She has been charged with felony child abuse and inflicting great bodily injury, along with the attempted murder charge, prosecutors said.
Lockner is scheduled to be arraigned in San Mateo County court on Sept. 18. She is being held on $11 million bail.
