Thor: Ragnarok Spoiler Free Movie Review
Marvel is at it again with its lates edition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe; Thor: Ragnarok. The 17th movie overall and 3rd movie in the Thor trilogy, an I am glad to say that this movie did not disappoint.
To sum it up, the movie is about Thor trying to prevent the destruction of his home; Asgard by Hela the Goddess of Destruction and along the way he teams up with Hulk, Loki and a member of the Valkyrie.
As stated from others, yes the comedy is definitely present in this movie but I think it’s done cleverly and not over the top. I would say about 90% of the characters had a comedic moment in one form or another.
Thor and Loki’s dynamic was great like alway as was Thor’s scenes with Hulk/Bruce Banner. Any scene that they were in always delivered great comedy along with the Hulk as well. Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, and Mark Ruffalo were all made for these three roles.
The obvious new stand our character are Hela Goddess of Death, Valkyrie, and The Grandmaster. All three of them delivered performances that are worth remembering from Hela’s ruthlessness to The Grandmaster’s hilarious lines to Valkyrie’s fightings skills.
Without saying too much this movie definitely sets up for Avengers: Infinity War. How it sets it up is for you find out in movie theater.
With Thor: Ragnarok now released now it will soon be time for Black Panther to make its debut to the big screen three months from now. If you haven’t seen it yet or have doubts about it, go see it it’s with the money and I give it a solid 9 out of 10!
