A San Jose police officer is being criminally investigated for handcuffing his stepdaughter’s 15-year-old boyfriend and pretending to arrest him for having sex with the 14-year-old girl.
Prosecutors are probing the incident — parts of which are caught on a smartphone video
to see whether the officer committed a criminal false imprisonment soon after he showed up at the house on his motorcycle and in full uniform late last month.
“Not a good thing that the person you had sex with is a cop’s daughter,”
the officer sternly says, standing over the handcuffed boy in his family’s living room, according to the video.
“The district attorney will probably file charges. “… A cop’s daughter is not somebody you mess around with. You’re stupid.”
The veteran motorcycle officer, who has since been placed on administrative leave, is saying he was simply trying to scare the boy straight, according to his lawyer.
But the teenager’s parents said they encountered an angry cop abusing his authority.
“He came over in full uniform and parked his motorcycle in front of our house; he didn’t come over in jeans and shirt,”
said the boy’s mother. “He didn’t come over as a parent. He came over as somebody who had the authority to do whatever he wanted with us.”
Compounding their disbelief, when the boy’s parents reported what happened to San Jose police internal affairs, their son was later arrested for unlawful sexual intercourse.

I find it funny that he’s yelling via twitter as well lol, anyways Khaled was previously signed to E1 Entertainment.
I think his move to cash money is a good one, being that they have the hottest artists right now.

Terrell Owens just signed with the Cincinnati Bengals
he will now join his VH1 reality star pal Chad Ochocinco
along with Carson Palmer who is also a high powered offense.
Terrell Owens signed a one-year, $2 million deal with the Cincinnati Bengals
according to NFL insider Adam Schefter.
Even though Owens and OGOcho might seem like the most dominant 1-2 in the NFL,
many believe that Owens is past his prime, and the two ego maniacs may have off field issues during the season.
Owens spent last season with the Buffalo Bills where he caught 55 passes for 829 yards
and hauled in five touchdowns as the Bills finished the season 6-10.
This football season will be real interesting while i like both OGocho and T.O.

SHELBY, N.C. — Shelby police have filed charges against a former North Shelby School teacher for sexual offense allegations involving a student.Nichole Chapman, 28, was arrested Wednesday. She is charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a student and two counts of a sex offense with a 19-year-old student. All of the charges are felonies.
Chapman resigned from her teaching job Monday, according to a Cleveland County Schools spokesperson.North Shelby is a school for special-needs students who have varying degrees of physical and mental disabilities. Students’ ages range from 3 to 21.Chapman spoke to Channel 9 and denied any wrongdoing.“There wasn’t no crime,” she said.“Him and his momma will tell you there was nothing [that] happen[ed],” Chapman added.Davaughia Snipes, the student involved in the allegations, agreed.“I ain’t no victim,” Snipes, who has a learning disability, said.In fact, Snipes said he initiated a sexual relationship with Chapman.“I love her and she loves me, so as far as that goes. They are not going to stop me from seeing her so it don’t matter,” he said.Snipes said the sexual encounters with Chapman, who is estranged from her husband, happened at his house.Chapman said she thinks her arrest had racial undertones.“Probably because I’m white and he’s black,” she said when asked why she was arrested.Police, though, said otherwise.“That teacher-student relationship, that’s where it’s at,” Shelby Police Chief Jeff Ledford said. “That’s where your issue lies.”Ledford said because Chapman is a teacher, she is considered a guardian regardless of the student’s age or consent.“The age goes out the window when you are talking about a teacher [and a] student,” Ledford said.Still, Snipes said no one can stop the pair’s relationship.“If it’s love then it’s love,” Snipes said. “Can’t nobody stop that.”Chapman was given a $75,000 secured bond.
