Bow Wow‘s facing legal trouble after taking cash for his two concerts but not
performing.
Bow Wow is being sued by a concert promoter who said that he took a
$50,000 initial deposit fee to secure his presence.
Promoter Brian Gould spent over $40,000 to promote the concert. The first show was cancelled however the second show proceeded but without Bow Wow.
Gould and his company, Macsimum, say that they have lost $93,000 and now face
damage to their reputation. Gould also seeks damages for breach of contract.
The lawsuit is claiming for return of the $50,000 and another $43,000 for fees
spent promoting the second date.
If this is true that’s messed up I hope they win their money back smh.
Nicki Minaj is being sued over rented pink lambo

Rapper Nicki Minaj banged up a rented Lambo to the tune of nearly $12,000, according to a lawsuit filed by the rental car company.
The plaintiff, Hollywood Exotic Car Rental, claims Minaj agreed to rent a 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago — at the rate of $1,750 a day — to shoot her “Massive Attack” music video.
But according to the suit — filed today in L.A. County Superior Court — the exotic car was driven “off-road” and damaged “in the approximate amount of $11,589.41.” Plus, they allege, Minaj didn’t pay three days rent on the car — that’s another $5,250.
The rental company is suing for unpaid rental charges, property damage, and punitive damage.
The lambo was used in her first video “Massive Attack” featuring Sean Garrett.

Beyonce is being sued again…

Beyonce has been sued again this time by a neighbor who had become annoyed with the noise from a film crew that was filming her recent music video for the song titled “Why Don’t You Love Me.”
The film crew was using a house that was next door to the man’s home. He said that the film crew kept him up night and day, an even trespassed on his property.
The man, Phillip Markowitz claims that the film crew invaded his neighborhood, and interrupted his day to day routine.
He revealed that the crew remained noisy, even after repeated attempts to quiet them down, and that the noise wold start very early in the morning. He also said that his drive way was blocked on several occasions when he went to move his car later on in the day.
He claims that he was unable to answer several business calls while he was busy arguing with members of the film crew who were refusing to leave his drive way during the dispute.
Producer files A $30M suit against Lady Gaga in NYC

If you haven’t heard Lady Gaga is being sued by Rob Fusari he filed a $30.5 million lawsuit in Manhattan against this attention whore on Wednesday… He claims she was his protege and former girlfriend. he says that after she blew up, she ditched him, LOL i’m not shocked! it’s nothing new in the entertainment biz, he not the first and won’t be the last to get dumped…well here’s where it’s get complicated.
The suit go’s on to say that they co-wrote songs such as “Paparazzi” and “Beautiful, Dirty, Rich.” Fusari also says he came up with her stage name Lady GaGa and helped her get a record deal.
Rob also has writing credits on songs including ‘Wild Wild West’ by Will Smith and ‘Bootylicious’ by Destiny’s Child. he was introduced to Gaga in 2006, and claims he persuaded her to drop rock riffs for a more dance-orientated sound.
Lady Gaga won two Grammys in January: best dance recording, for “Poker Face,” and best electronic/dance album, for “The Fame.”
Her real name is Stefani Germanotta. Her spokesman, Dave Tomberlin, declined to comment on the suit.

Rihanna is really following in Beyonce’s footsteps, she is now being sued….
Rihanna’s personal trainer wants her to cough up money for thoes crunches she helped Rihanna with.
Source: According to E! News, Rihanna owes Cindy Percival more than $26,000 in unpaid fees. The fitness guru recently filed suit against Rihanna in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that she hasn’t been paid for services rendered between September and October of 2009.
“She was made exclusively available to Rihanna,” said Cindy’s attorney, Scott Fischer. “She essentially stopped seeing her other clients and devoted her time to being available to Rihanna whenever she wanted to be trained. Some of that involved travel.”
This is a new issue for Cindy, who had worked with Rihanna for about two years before this non-payment problem. Cindy’s legal team sent a letter to the singer’s camp in February seeking payment on the final two months of service, but the request seems to have been dismissed thus far.
“There’s no explanation whatsoever,” Scott told E! “Her management got a hold of Cindy and informed her there would be no further need for her services; but, in the meantime, Cindy had submitted invoices for payment and they weren’t honoring the invoices.”
Rihanna’s Elite camp has nothing to say on the matter….

(AP) — A Florida woman has sued rapper 50 Cent in New York City, claiming he unlawfully distributed her homemade sex video over the Internet after editing himself into it as a wig-wearing narrator.
Lastonia Leviston filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in Manhattan claiming unauthorized use of her name or image and emotional distress caused by the public release of a video she made with a lover in 2008.
The lawsuit claims 50 Cent posted the video on his Web site last year after blurring out the lover’s face. It also claims the rapper appears in the video wearing a wig and robe and can be heard narrating throughout.
The rapper’s real name is Curtis Jackson. His lawyer hasn’t responded to a phone message seeking comment.
