Trina Speaks
Dec 14th

Trina celebrated her birthday over the weekend, Trina also helped spread Christmas cheer
with her 3rd annual Jingle Bell Toy Drive & Fashion Show.
NBC NiteSide’s Peter Bailey sat down with the Trina as they talked romance, holiday plans,
and her makeup line featuring eyelashes and lip gloss.
During the interview she was asked once again her opinion
on the on going drama between Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj..
According to Trina, the negativity is affecting the entire female rap community,
and it’s making it harder for up and coming female rappers to break through.
“I don’t think it’s good for Hip-Hop….especially when it comes to women, I think Hip-Hop needs to unify. I think that it needs to be a bridge that you’re building together. So many new artists are trying to get into the Hip-Hop genre and I think they get drowned in the midst of it…we’re all adults and we’re all grown…we just need to handle our business like women.”
Ray J talks about Nicki Minaj and Lil Kim’s beef Also Discusses Raz B
Dec 11th

Some of you might remember the drama that unfolded after Ray J’s thirsty ass instigated the beef between Nicki Minaj & Lil Kim this past summer.
Ray J sat down to talk with Dj Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God From Power 105.1, He also spoke about the whole Raz B situation.
May be it’s me, but Ray J never comes off as being sincere, he always says what he thinks people want to hear instead of just being real. #bandwagonjumper

Preview of Kanye’s Monster video
Dec 9th

Kanye just released a preview of his new video called “monster”,
Kanye, Officer Ricky, Jay-z and Nicki Minaj all make an appearance along
with countless dead women, and raw body parts.
I even saw a skull with horns, there is a lot of symbolism in this video.
Either Kanye really sold his soul, or he’s just trying to play on the illuminati conspiracy theories.
Either way the video looks demonic as hell, way to go Kanye you’ve just been put back on my attention whore list.

Nicki Minaj says Lil Kim- can be a nasty character
Dec 8th

Nicki Minaj has a feature in the latest issue of T Magazine. Inside the pages of the mag, she talks about her gay “alter-ego” Roman,
her personal style and her ongoing “beef” with Lil Kim, who she says can be a “nasty character.”
T Magazine: This is quite the month for my favorite femcee. You have the new CD, a new MTV documentary and a new lipstick for MAC.
If you’re not careful, you’re going to end up turning into Oprah and ruling the world.
Nicki Minaj:
Yes! I hope so. I love me some Oprah. It’s the beginning stage but I never imagined in a million years that this would be happening. It’s quite surreal.
T Magazine: Are you happy with your first CD?
Nicki Minaj: Of course! It’s amazing. Honestly, sometimes I get tired of some of the songs because they have been with me for so long but overall I never imagined that it would be something that I would cherish so much and be so proud of. Obviously, I’ve done mix tapes before but having the album out feels like I am finally a real artist, like I have the stamp of approval as an artist from myself.
T Magazine: You’re ready to be the superhero and not just the sidekick?
Nicki Minaj: Exactly. That’s why in “Roman’s Revenge,” the song I do with Eminem,
I say “I am not Jasmine, I’m Aladdin.” It’s time for the girl to be the main character, you know?
T Magazine: Well, you’ve always been a superhero to me and part of your weaponry has always been your makeup. It’s fitting that you now have your own lipstick.
Nicki Minaj: Isn’t it cool? Anyone who knows me will tell you that I’m inspired by color and everyone knows I love pink. Actually, when I was first doing shoots people would always ask me to change my color of lipstick. Normally people wear different lipsticks, but pink is my thing and to change it would be like me changing my name when I walk out of the door.
T Magazine: A lot is made about your costumery, but tell me a bit about your personal style.
Nicki Minaj: When I’m just at home or in the studio, I’d rather be chill. I like to dress down on my personal time but when it’s time to go out it’s on. I do like a pop of color.
T Magazine: And I know you have been vocal in saying that it’s not all sex all the time, but you always wear body-con stuff.
Nicki Minaj: Yeah, but to me it’s less about wearing the tightest thing than wearing what makes me feel confident. Sometimes if something is too tight I’m not confident, I’m like, Don’t look!
T Magazine: I saw your documentary, “My Time Now,” and I have to say that parts of it, like when you cry talking about your grandmother’s passing, are heartbreaking. How hard is it to open up like that and talk about things like your dad doing crack?
Nicki Minaj:
It’s very hard and to be honest, he kind of caught me off guard when he asked me about my grandmother. I wasn’t prepared to answer that question. But that’s when you get the raw emotion and if being open about the things that have happened in my life inspires someone then it’s cool with me. I’ve done my part.
T Magazine: I thought it was also very important to show you in the studio, producing, writing on the fly, showing yourself as a creative person.
Nicki Minaj: Well, it’s hard to be a female rapper but it’s more tough being credited with the work that you put in as a female rapper because people assume that you’re not the brains behind the operation or that you’re not the one doing writing these lyrics. So letting people come into my world and see that I am doing these things is good for all girls.
T Magazine: That brings up an interesting point because I would be pretty remiss not to mention your spat with Lil’ Kim. When she badmouths you and others doesn’t that just make it even harder for female rappers?
Nicki Minaj: It does, it does. But the thing that I want to promote is that if you see someone doing their thing, give them their props. We all have it hard and face the same challenges as female emcees. Show some mutual love and respect for each other so that it doesn’t get nasty. And she can be a nasty character.
T Magazine: Speaking of characters, I wasn’t sure which of your alter egos would show up today. I was hoping for Roman.
Nicki Minaj: [Nicki laughs and puts on a thick English accent.] Sometimes if it’s really early in the morning, Roman gets cranky and doesn’t want to get out of bed. Roman is lazy, you know, he wants to stay out all night and not wake up so I send Nicki out into the world. Roman has to be conjured up and now you’ve conjured him.
T Magazine: You’ve said that Roman is a sister. Please tell me he helps out with your hair and makeup.
Nicki Minaj: Of course. Roman is leading the way when it comes to makeup and hair. He’s gay!

Khia goes in on Nicki Minaj
Dec 1st
Khia’s hating ass is back at it this time she’s going in on Nicki Minaj
Khia called herself doing a review on Nicki’s album on her blog, she let Nicki have it:
“This bitch needs to be SHOT on site…” Khia wrote. “It smells WORSER than the gas that’s coming out of my ASS, from all of the Turkey that I ate over the Thanksgiving weekend. Someone needs to give this B**CH a FLEET Enima and “FLUSH” her IMMEDIATELY, She is nothing but a “Ghostwritten”, Weezy-wannabe WHORE!”
Although Khia is most known for her ONLY hit single “My Neck, My Back”, this one hit wonder made it clear that she was the only one who controlled her image.
“Give me an album without any CAMEOS and then you can talk to the Queen….. Cuz I carry this shit on top of “My Neck and My Back,” Solo Hoe! Hell…….Even on top my head, fruit baskets and all!”
Before blasting Minaj track by track, Khia wanted fans to know that she is not a hater and that she honestly attempted to show support by purchasing the album, which led to her dissatisfaction.
“I don’t want to sound like a hater because I did go out and spend my $13.99 on this”Mop-flop” of an album, “Khia continued. “So hopefully this review will give this BLOW-UP doll a little more promotion….. They built this “Bear” right before our eyes! No hate intended…. Real Talk.”
Khia also attacked Nicki’s finances and her deal with Young Money, claiming that Minaj, “wasn’t making no money” off of the album due to executive producers and all of the work that went into the release.
“I can’t believe I wasted my $13.99 on this BULL S**T, I told yall that it aint no damn Barbies in the hood,
” Khia said. “I can’t wait for Matel to sue this b**tch for all of the $3.60 that she earned! When is this b**ch gonna learn that they stealing all of the money?”
even though the blog was centered around Nicki Minaj, Khia made sure to blast one more femcee before she ended her rant.
“By the way, I hear that Foxy Brown is a little upset with because you lied about the feud between Kim and you, but I think Foxy should concentrate on how Kim came and SNATCHED up her record deal! Wasn’t it Fox Boogie Brown that was hanging tough with Jay Z back in the day?”
Khia taunted. “Is that the reason Foxy got soooooooo Big? Or was it THYROIDS, FIBROIDS, HONEY BUNS or TWINKIES? It looks like like someone PUMPED helium straight into her body! At least Lil Kim NIPPED, TUCKED and STUFFED her fat away! Nicki, please give Inga the number to your plastic surgeon and your shrink while you are at! Maybe, you guys can tag team! It takes two to Tango!!!!!!!!!!!!”
