Once again Dr.Dre says that Detox will be released soon

Dr. Dre was featured on the cover of the new December 2010/January 2011issue of XXL Magazine.
in the magazine he stated: “Yes, Detox is coming”
“I’m really feeling it now. My energy has been back and forth with the record, tussling with doing it out of obligation, as opposed to doing it because I really feel it. My feelings about it have been going up and down. Now I’m in that place where I’m really feeling it, and it’s coming out right. It’s like, Yeah, I’m excited about it.
“The only part that has been pushing me back is just the fact that I’m getting older, and certain things to talk about… But I can incorporate other artists, new artists with this record, to say some of the things I won’t say. It’s been a little tussle in that area also, just because of age and being able to identify with the younger audience.” (XXL)
Dre is now 45 years old and this will be his first album in over 10 years.
He has no solid release date as of yet, his album is scheduled to drop in Jan 2011.
I’m not holding my breath, Dre has been coming out with Detox for the past 5 years.
I’ll believe when I see and hear it…just saying.
Jay-z and Eminem Rock Yankee Stadium

Jay-Z and Eminem
took to the stage at Yankee stadium last night, for the New York leg of their “Home And Home” concert.
Jay and EM are continuing to perform a series of concerts in their hometowns of New York and Detroit,
the first show kicked off September 2 in Em’s hometown.
The two of them hit Yankee stadium with a slew of surprise guests including
Beyonce, Kanye West, 50 Cent, G-Unit, Nicki Minaj, Dr. Dre and Drake.
Jay and Em will perform their final show tonight in NY at 8 p.m.
While Jay was perfoming at “Home And Home” Concert he shocked fans when he brought out his wife Beyonce
to accompany him on vocals for a performance of “Young Forever.”
Fans even got a chance to hear a moment of praise from Mr. Carter who remarked as his wife left the stage,
“That girl bad, that girl tough!”

Eminem recently presented Dr. Dre’s with the ASCAP Founders Award at ASCAP’s 23rd Annual Rhythm & Soul Music Awards
at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills on Friday night (June 25).
It was a nice speech….
“What makes him so important personally is that he believed in me when not many others did. It would have been a lot easier for Dre to dismiss me like most people did…
