Teen Girl Arrested For Throwing Her Baby Away in Dumpster

Houston Police have arrested a 14-year-old girl who gave birth to a baby then threw it in a trash can after the child suffocated.
According to police the unidentified child gave birth to her newborn on April16 at a friend’s house. No adults were present, only the 14-year old and her two 11-year old friends. Police state that the kids researched child birth on Youtube, to deliver the baby.
After the baby was delivered is when police state that the crime took place as the kids left the child alive on a mattress “for some time” before the child suffocated after his head was covered with the amniotic sac.
After the children assumed the baby was dead, the teen wrapped her child in a trash bag and threw him in a dumpster.
“We were a little surprised ourselves that these kids gave birth in an apartment,” Senior Officer C.P. Abbey said. “Our question to them was, ‘How did you know how to do this?’ and they said they had looked it up on a computer.”
Police state that although the kids didn’t call 911, they did notify an adult neighbor who told police he put the baby in a large trash bin and in attempt to hide the crime also discarded clothing, bed linens and the mattress.
Police began investigating after one of the 11-year-olds told an elementary school counselor she witnessed the death a week earlier. The counselor, a former Houston police officer, called police.
Although the incident happened in April, police state that the arrest was not able to be made until they not only identified the mother of the child, but also talked to witnesses due to the baby’s body being dumped in the landfill and inability to be recovered.
The 14-year-old mother was charged Monday with a felony charge of injury to a child, police said. She is in the custody of Harris County’s juvenile probation department, spokeswoman Kendall Mayfield said.
The neighbor has not been charged, but the “possibility exists,” Abbey said.
The infant’s father is also a juvenile, but was not present at the birth and has not been charged.
This story just broke my heart, i feel so bad for the baby, the teen mom, her 11 yr old friends…

Cleveland, Ohio rapper Kid Cudi was arrested today (June 11th) in New York city, Sgt. John Butorn says Cudi was arrested Friday on charges of criminal mischief and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
According to TMZ.com, the rapper went into a rage and smashed a 24-year-old woman’s cell phone, in addition to ripping her door off the hinges.
When police arrived, they found a glass bottle containing a controlled substance and arrested
He was charged with felony criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.
Suge Knight Arrested

Suge Knight was arrested early Thursday morning around 12:30 a.m. when police tell CBS News that a man complained that Knight pointed a loaded gun at him.
After being arrested for the assault charge police reportedly tacked on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
The LAPD also confirmed to CBS that Knight is currently being held at the city’s Parker Center jail on $65,000 bail.
In addition to his money issues, Suge was allegedly named as one of 11 men that robbed west coast rapper Yukmouth.
Following that he reportedly lost his teeth in a car accident causing him to miss a scheduled court date for his lawsuit against Kanye West… lol karma’s a beyotch he suing Ye, for getting shot at Ye’s party in miami smh.
Lawrence Taylor Arrested for Rape…

Tmz is reporting that NFL legend Lawrence Taylor has been arrested on suspicion of rape in New York, Officials have released a statement confirming 51-year-old Taylor was taken into custody by police after someone accused the Hall of Famer of committing rape early this morning at a Holiday Inn in Suffern, NY.
The Town of Ramapo Police Department is currently investigating the situation.
A news conference is scheduled to take place in the next few hours.
Taylor is considered one of the greatest defensive players of all time,
and he recently performed a stint on “Dancing with the Stars.”
Hopefully it’s not true….
Jaheim arrested for possession…

Singer Jaheim aka Jaheim Hoagland was arrested last week for possession of marijuana.
Jaheim Hoagland, 32, of Hillsborough was pulled over near Royce Brook Golf Course on March 28 for allegedly traveling 65 mph in a 35 mph zone and was then charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. Hillsborough Police reported that they could smell a strong odor of raw marijuana emanating from the vehicle. Hoagland gave police consent to search his vehicle after yelling at authorities, police said. During the search, Hillsborough Police allegedly noticed a small bud of marijuana underneath the driver’s seat. Police said they also observed several cigar wrappers, cigar shaving and cigar paper, which is consistent with marijuana use. Hoagland was also charged with speeding.

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) — Police say they have made an arrest in the case of a racial comment being made over the public-address system at a Walmart store in southern New Jersey.
The Washington Township Police Department said on its Web site early Saturday that an arrest has been made in a “bias incident” at the retail store. The posting says the police and Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office will announce the arrest at a midday news conference.
Washington Township Police declined to comment early Saturday.
A male voice came over the Walmart public address system Sunday evening and calmly announced: “Attention, Walmart customers: All black people, leave the store now.” The announcement provoked an immediate apology from the store manager.
Officials for Bentonville, Ark.-based Wal-Mart Stores Inc., said the announcement was “unacceptable.”

He had $12,000 stashed in his SUV…. but was only wiling to part with $40 lmao, #priceless!
Anyways D’Angelo a.k.a Michael Archer who is 36 and knows better, was arrested and charged with solicitation.

Ne-Yo detained In Norway following a fight

Incase you care Ne-Yo was detained in Norway on Saturday after a member of his entourage allegedly assaulted a restaurant worker, they were partying at the Emil & Samuel restaurant/nightclub in Oslo following a performance in the city, when one of his associates ” allegedly” punched a bus boy in the face as he walked past the group’s table….#wheretheydodatat? did the bus boy even do anything?
Anyways it’s also being reported that another member of his entourage then ran into the restaurant’s kitchen and allegedly threatened staff with a knife. Ne-Yo and his “Goons” then left the venue, but they were immediately detained and searched by police.
Officers have since released them, but restaurant bosses are reportedly planning to press charges over the incident.
The whole situation is messed up if it’s true, Ne-Yo needs to check his homeboys it’s not a good look #justsaying….
The owner of Emil & Samuel said, “All in all this is an unfortunate situation involving the artist, Emil & Samuel and the concert management.”

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — Former NFL star Warren Sapp has been charged with domestic battery in South Florida, and the analyst will not be part of the NFL Network’s Super Bowl coverage on Sunday.

Sapp was charged with one count of misdemeanor domestic battery and is expected to appear before a Miami-Dade County judge Sunday, Miami Beach police spokesman Juan Sanchez said.
The NFL Network spokesman Dennis Johnson released this statement: “We have been made aware of the arrest of Warren Sapp by the Miami Beach Police Department. In light of these circumstances, Warren Sapp will not appear on NFL Network while we review the matter.”
The domestic violence allegation was reported around noon Saturday and detectives interviewed Sapp later that day, Sanchez said. The alleged physical altercation against a female acquaintance took place at 6 a.m. ET Saturday at the Shore Club Hotel, where Sapp was staying, ESPN’s Kelly Naqi reported, according to a source.
The victim had a swollen knee and bruises on her neck, according to an arrest affidavit. She told detectives that she was partying with Sapp and her friends at the hotel and asked for his room key when she grew tired. Sapp reportedly woke up the victim a few hours later and they started to argue. She told investigators that Sapp started to choke her and pushed her down on a couch.
As the argument escalated, Sapp grabbed the woman by her shirt and neck and threw her down again, the affidavit states.
Sapp told investigators that he let the woman stay in his room but asked her to leave a few hours later. He told police that the woman fell on her leg when he tried to help her get off a couch.
A telephone message left for Sapp’s attorney was not immediately returned, nor was an e-mail.
Sanchez said Sapp was expected to be transferred to Miami-Dade County jail Saturday.
The former defensive tackle played for the University of Miami, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Oakland Raiders.
Besides the NFL Network, which is owned by the league, Sapp works as an analyst for Showtime’s “Inside the NFL” show.
Sapp was in South Florida as part of the NFL Network’s coverage of Sunday’s Super Bowl between the New Orleans Saints and Indianapolis Colts.
