In case you care…BEYONCE was sued over the underwear she wore in her Video Phone video. The Underwear manufacturer Triumphantly sued Sony because Beyoncé was wearing the copyright infringing underwear in her music video.

This is the design in question,  it was designed by Bulgarian designer Iskren Lozanov.

The 7th Civil Chamber of the Landgericht Munich upheld an ex parte injunction barring Sony from distributing the “Video Phone” clip in Germany.  Triumph argued Beyoncé was wearing an unauthorized reproduction. Her label Sony went to bat for her saying, “both designs were inspired by Picasso, but otherwise, there were few similarities. The slips, in particular, were wholly different.” source say that ”The judge disagreed he stated the Lozanov design was highly original and enjoyed a wide scope of protection, and was therefore infringed by the underwear worn by Beyoncé.”
yawnnn basically what they are saying, is Beyonce is gulity and must pay up Cha-Ching!
