“Basketball Wives” couple Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan are officially over!
The NBA star made the announcement via an emailed statement today, according to the L.A. Times.
“I’d like to address the rumors surrounding mine and Gloria’s relationship. We have reached the difficult decision of ending our relationship and will be going our separate ways at this time. We will work together to raise our sons and wish each other only the best.”
Perhaps the most telling sign regarding Barnes’ feelings about Govan came last week during a Twitter exchange with a fan. That person suggested Barnes should marry her or else someone else will. Responded Barnes: “He can have her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Meanwhile, Govan retweeted the following message on Saturday: “If someone is dumb enough to walk away, be smart enough to let them go. Your destiny is never tied to anyone who leaves you.”
This is sad I wish them the best, Gloria should have never put her family on TV…it never works out.

Jay-Z is not about to become a father for the first time, it turns out, as the Girls Girls Girls singer has a secret son with a Trinidadian model, according to the father of the man originally identified as the love child’s father, who sat down for an exclusive interview with this week’s edition of Star.
The world gasped last month when the Big Pimpin’ singer’s wife, Beyonce Knowles, showed off her baby bump at the MTV Video Music Awards, but Andrews exclusively told Star the Empire State Of Mind rapper gave Trinidadian model Shenelle Scott a baby bump some nine years before.
Andrews, the father of Shenelle’s ex-boyfriend Malik Sayeed, told Star exclusively that “at the time [he] was born, my son Malik thought he was his child, but they did DNA tests.
“It’s been determined that [the child is] Jay-Z’s baby.”
A source told Star that while Beyonce was initially livid about the secret son, she’s stood by her husband. The boy closely resembles the 99 Problems singer, who’s reportedly paying Shenelle child support.
Malik, whose name was originally listed on the boy’s birth certificate, came to find out about the child’s real paternity, a source told Star.
“Malik threw [Shenelle] a baby shower and bought all this stuff to prepare for the arrival,” the source said. “However, after the baby was born, friends and family told him he needed to get a DNA test.
“Everyone knew she was sleeping around and sleeping with Jay,” the source said. “There was a good chance it was his.”
Andrews filled in Star on the rest of the details.
“Maybe two weeks later, he called me and said, ‘Daddy, I got some bad news. [He’s] not my son,’” Andrews told Star. “I said, ‘How do you know, Malik?’ He said, ‘He doesn’t look anything like me!’”
After undergoing a DNA test that showed Jay-Z is the father, Malik kicked Shenelle out of his house, while Jay-Z made arrangements for mother and son to go back to Trinidad, where they now live comfortably on the rapper’s dime.
“Shenelle told me that Jay-Z gave her $1 million to keep her mouth shut,” Jerald tells Star. “My understanding is that he’s paying her child support.
“Shenelle took the money and bought herself a really nice house in Trinidad that the whole family lives in now.”
Jerald told Star that Shenelle has told him her current relationship with the rapper “is amicable.
“She says he’s a good father and he has a lot of interest in [the boy],” he told Star. “It was a big old mess at one time, but I think once they resolved the issue of fatherhood, of paternity, I think things started to level off.”

A nearly 300-pound man from New York is suing White Castle for not keeping their promise to make, they’re seating booths big enough for fat people.

A 290-pound New York man is steaming mad at the White Castle fast-food chain, which he claims repeatedly broke promises to make the booths in his local eatery bigger, the New York Post reported Sunday.
Martin Kessman, 64, filed a lawsuit against the fast-food giant last week in Manhattan federal court, claiming that the uncomfortable booths violate the civil rights of fat people.
Kessman’s lawsuit came more than two years after he complained to White Castle about the size of the booths at the Nanuet, N.Y., eatery and reportedly received a pledge that renovations would be carried out to cater for larger customers.
“They sent me specs and everything, about how the booths were going to be enlarged and made comfortable for people with a little more weight. So two and a half years went by, and nothing was done,” he said, adding that he has no problem finding a place to take a load off at other fast-food places and fits easily into airline seats.
The Americans with Disabilities Act is “applicable — not only to me, but to pregnant women and to handicapped people,” according to Kessman, who is suing for bigger chairs and unspecified damages. “I just want to sit down like a normal person.”
Instead of suing white castle, he needs to lose some weight, so he can fit comftably in to THEY’RE booths.

filming a reality show at her house that would culminate in their getting married…Well Eryakah says, “Don’t you believe it…”
A spokesperson for Badu World released the following statement, #sideeye…
“Erykah Badu and The D.O.C. share parental responsibilities for their daughter and their relationship as it regards that aim is very good. However, that is the full extent of their personal involvement and no romantic dynamic exists between the two. Moreover, Erykah has no plans to marry or have any sort of courtship with the D.O.C. Ms. Badu has no plans to allow a reality show to be filmed in her private Dallas residence or to include any of her children in the filming. Ms. Badu has no concrete plans further than a guest appearance in his reality show. The D.O.C.’s comments were either taken out of context, improperly interpreted, or reflective of his now, not-so-secret desires. Ira DeWitt, producer and CEO of NotifiRecords and the target of Johnny’s anger after one of his songs was leaked, is suing Johnny for trashing her on Twitter.From TMZ
According to the lawsuit, filed Thursday in L.A. County Superior Court, DeWitt claims she had nothing to do with the leak — but Gill attacked her on Twitter anyway … calling her “deranged” and “f**kng nuts.”
DeWitt also claims Gill tweeted defamatory statements about her business …saying her record company is a sham and that she only liked the leaked recording because she had a “hard on” for one of the song’s producers.
DeWitt claims Gill has damaged her reputation — so she’s suing for unspecified damages … AND she wants the judge to force Gill to stop trashing her on Twitter.
I’m mad that the record company’s name is NOTIFI RECORDS…
that sound like a bootleg company, but I digress.
Johnny needs to realize,If you speak on it you better be sure about it,
because Freedom of Speech does not mean it’s okay to attack someone’s character without proof,
that could be defamatory and damaging to a person’s career or personal life.
If what he said isn’t true, and he put that out there for the world to see,
then she has a case because She has a job in which these statement could seriously harm her rep.

It’s been said that age is just a number. But, when it comes to modeling, it seems the younger, the better.
When you flip through the pages of any fashion magazine, you’ll see 14- and 15-year-old models striking a pose.
But the question is, how young is too young?
In the modeling world, Thylane Lena-Rose Blondeau is being called the next big thing. But little Thylane is only 10 years old.
The French Vogue magazine featured the very young model posing seductively.
While little girls like to play dress up, these photos show the 10-year-old provocatively staring at the camera, with her hip out and lips puckered.
This has the Internet buzzing and critics such as child therapist Dr. Jenn Berman say this kind of thing isn’t sexy — it’s disturbing.
“Inappropriate. Wildly appropriate. Child pornography. (It’s) just way out there, “said Berman.
Parents seem to agree. They say the outfit, the makeup, the photos are too much.
Some supporters say it’s no big deal in Europe and that’s why it’s in a French Vogue magazine.
In Hollywood, this sort of thing is not new. There were young models like Brooke Shields in the ’80s and recent stars like 14-year-old Haylee Steinfeld and 13-year-old Elle Fanning.
“This is really an entrée to pornography,” said Berman.
With much recent media controversy over 10-year-old, Thylane Lena-Rose Blondeau’s rather suggestive Vogue Paris photos, Thylane’s mother, Véronika Loubry, has finally decided to speak up about the over-sexualized photos that show Blondeau with a sultry look, posing in skintight dresses, lying on a tiger skin rug sporting leopard stilettos, wearing bright red lipstick, and in one picture she’s even topless. Looks you would expect from models twice her age, but a ten year old?! But is this a case of too little too late??
Seeing as the risque photos seem to have made it to every corner of the internet, Loubry’s attempt to step in may have little to no impact on the larger debate surrounding these pictures.
Earlier today, the 10-year-old’s mother released a brief statement on Tylane’s Facebook page before it was deleted soon after. In the post Loubry stated,
“Hey guys im the mum of thylane something going ‘s wrong at the moment and bad personn in usa about pictures she make’s 8 mounths ago for vogue ,,thylane doesn’t know about the buzz and i want to protect her from the deapest of my heart ,,, she’s so young ,, so we are going to close this accompte for a while ,,i know that all of you are good person who like her so i send you a big kiss,,thanks.“
All right, we get that you want to protect your daughter from the backlash these photos have caused, but shouldn’t you have thought about that before you signed on for the shoot?? Models seem to be getting younger and younger and made to look older and older…

Isaiah Mustafa, the Old Spice guy put his foot in his mouth over the weekend when in an interview he said he wants his future wife and kids to have “good hair!”
In an E! News interview with Guiliana Rancic, the two had been talking about Mustafah’s new TV show, “Charlie’s Angels”, when the conversation turned to his personal life and what he’s looking for in a relationship. Mustafah said whoever he ends up with has to have “good hair:”
“Yes, it does have to be real hair. I want my kids to have nice hair so she better have good hair. Cause, I don’t know if you’ve checked my hair out lately. Aside from today it’s normally nice. Today it’s slightly nappy,” Mustafa said.
He later took to his twitter page to apologize for his comments:
I want 2 apologize wholeheartedly 2 anyone out there who was offended or hurt by the irresponsible comments I made on E! News. #ignorant
Why are you apologizing? If this is how you feel, stand your ground! But we can guarantee, he’s going to say he was just joking like most folks do when they know they made an ignorant statement!
Mustafa later explained in an interview with blogger Abiola Abrams that he was being self deprecating about his own hair, which he’s trying to grow out after years of being having a crew cut so short he’s almost bald.
