T-Boz Files for Bankruptcy…again

According to docs filed last month in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, T-Boz (real name Tionne Watkins) found herself owing creditors $768,642.99 — mostly from mortgages on her $1.2 million house.
The docs don’t paint a picture of exorbitant spending — she takes in $11,700/month in income, with monthly expenses totaling $8,821.
TLC had ten top ten singles, four number one singles, four multi-platinum albums, and four Grammy Awards … but according to the docs, T-Boz only pulls in $1,200/month in royalties.
T-Boz might have dodged the bankruptcy bullet if she’d been able to collect the child support she claims she’s owed — which according to the docs is $250,000.
I feel bad for T-boz Bless her heart, she has been through so much in life.
i believe Her health issues are what caused her debt,
it seems as if she was living within her means for the most part.

Tyler Perry’s open letter

One of the biggest problems people have with Tyler Perry is that his characters perpetuate black stereotypes.
so to even things out Tyler Perry’s new show “For Better or For Worse” does the opposite.
In an open letter to fans Tyler’s writes about the importance of positive Black images on TV…Tyler writes
I am so excited about, the world premier of For Better or Worse [last Friday] at 10 o’clock eastern. For the next 5 weeks, this show is going to take you on a ride through some things that are going to blow your mind.
I wrote every episode of this show myself, with the intention of speaking to relationships like never before. Especially, TRUST issues! If you’ve ever been through something in a relationship where the trust was violated, I promise you, this show will help speak to you. If you’re single and looking for love, we cover that too. If you’re in a relationship and you want more, but your partner doesn’t want to give you more, it’s all in this show.
I also wanted to put people on television that are doing really well, that own their own businesses and are good parents. I think it’s so important that we see ourselves doing well on TV. It will inspire our children. I put all I’ve learned into this one.
I have my thoughts on Tyler and some of his buffoonery, but at the end of the day if folks aren’t gonna protest BET and hip-hop
then folks need to sit down and stop being hypocrites….a lot of things on bet and in hiphop are buffoonish but yet in still, we support thoese things

SHATTERED Rihanna nearly cancelled a concert after suffering a meltdown under the stress of her mega world tour.
The Bajan singer, 23, threw the wobbler just hours before she was due on stage in Dublin last Friday.
She only decided to perform after making a tearful phone call to mentor Beyonce, who was able to talk her round.
Rihanna went ahead with the concert as planned and wrote online afterwards: “I’m so light-headed!”
The star is suffering from exhaustion amid the stress of her gruelling ten-month, 101-date tour.
A source said: “She’s just a young woman who just wants to have fun, but she was feeling pretty low.
“It’s a mix of exhaustion and stress. She’s been partying hard to take her mind off things, but there are days when she wakes up and doesn’t even know where she is because of the travelling.
“It’s no wonder she is feeling down.”
Beyonce, 30, advised Rihanna to complete her tour commitments — then take a year off to relax.The Crazy In Love diva took a break in 2009 to spend time with hubby Jay-Z. The source added: “She knows Rihanna needs downtime or she’ll burn out.”

Oprah is pissed at Gayle for leaving OWN network

“Oprah is terribly hurt that Gayle could be so ungrateful,” a source revealed. “She begged Gayle not to go, but Gayle said she just couldn’t pass up the opportunity of a lifetime.
“And I think she stunned Oprah when she kept saying, ‘It’s a major network!’ ”
If this is true, Oprah needs to calm down, I understand that the two of them are close friends, but even good friends don’t have to do every thing together. If gayle wants to do her thing, Oprah needs to be supportive of that, just like Gayle has been supportive of her for many years…. just saying.
Justin Bieber takes a DNA test

Mariah Yeater‘s claims that he’s the father of her newborn son.

We’ve learned … Justin took the test at a lab under “very controlled circumstances.” We’re told there is a solid chain of custody, so it’s going to be hard for Mariah Yeater or her lawyer to challenge it.
As we first reported, Justin’s team will NOT settle or even discuss settlement with Yeater or her lawyer. It’s now up to her to provide DNA results from Mariah’s baby.
Justin has vowed to sue Mariah and her lawyers once he establishes he’s not the daddy.

Oprah’s NEW Talk Show Launching in January

When Oprah Winfrey ended her super successful talk show after 25 years on the air, Oprah said she was done working in front of the camera and would focus solely on producing shows for her new Oprah Winfrey Network [OWN] on cable network…
well almost a year later and things haven’t quite worked out as planned…
The ratings for OWN have been so dismal that Oprah was pressured by her Discovery Channel
partners to crank up another talk show, so ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter’ premieres on OWN in January.
On ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter’ Oprah will interview celebrities in their homes.
We love you Oprah but you seriously need to give it a rest….
This lady has had 25 successful years with The Oprah Winfrey Show, We don’t want anymore talk shows… The problem with her network is the programming is boring as hell it’s mainly for middle aged housewives…Oprah has nothing left to prove to the world so why not bow out gracefully,
and just forget about this network thing and just focus on retirement and her other projects.
The more she fights to save this sinking ship, the more she detracts from her legacy…
