The tape features the late crooner having sex with an unidentified woman in “two different positions” and featuring a Luther Vandross soundtrack.
This isn’t the first time adult entertainment executives have shown interest in the sex life of a tragic star – a sex tape purportedly featuring Tupac Shakur was sold off to a private collector last year.
Police Investigating Murder At Rick Ross’ Home In Miami, Florida

A man was shot and killed in front of Rick Ross’ Miami Gardens residence.
Police are investigating the murder of a 40-year-old man shot in front of Rick Ross’ Miami, Florida home earlier this morning.
Ricky Rozay was not at his home at the time of the shooting. He is not considered a suspect in the murder of the unidentified man, who was discovered laying inside the gate at the residence.
Cops are unsure if the victim is connected to Ross, but plan on asking him questions about their relationship. Ross is yet to comment on the matter.
The murder is still under investigation and police declined but it seems Rick Ross is definitely in the clear.
Young Buck’s SUV Hit 11 Times In Drive-by Shooting, Passenger Injured

At approximately 3:30 in the morning on Sunday (March 4), Nashville, Tennessee Metro Police say a woman was shot while riding in a vehicle driven by Young Buck.
According to local news, a white Chevrolet Tahoe drove past the rapper’s SUV and opened fire. The vehicle was hit 11 times.
Young Buck reportedly was not injured, but the female passenger was hit once in the shoulder. She was treated and released at Vanderbilt Hospital. Another passenger was not injured.
Prior to the shooting, Young Buck had hosted a cookout for his fans during a video shoot.
Young Buck remains relatively unscathed in a drive-by shooting, while a passenger was hit once in the shoulder
Rick Ross Sued By Nigerian State For Cancelled Concert

Rick Rozay finds himself in legal hot water after he bailed on a festival performance in Nigeria’s Cross River State.
Rick Ross may not forgive, but apparently the government of Nigeria’s Cross River State doesn’t either. The Bawse was recently slapped with a lawsuit by the Nigerian state’s government for canceling a performance date at the Calabar Festival and failing to reimburse the performance fees.
Rick Rozay abruptly cancelled his performance at this year’s Calabar Festival, a nearly month-long music festival funded by the Cross River State government. In addition to failing to notify the concert organizers of his intention to cancel his performance, the Miami rapper has failed to reimburse them for his performance fees, which he had already cashed.
The Cross River State government has hired lawyers within the United States to sue the rapper for breach of contract.

The former photographer for Death Row Records explains her hot and cold encounters with Suge Knight, Tupac’s fondness for her “wings,”and responds to Jewell’s claims regarding Dr. Dre’s sexuality.
The horror stories about Suge Knight’s alleged penchant for using his physical prowess to resolve every obstacle he encountered during his reign as the head of Death Row Records have abounded in the Hip Hop community for 20 years, with rarely anyone coming to the defense of Rap music’s equivalent to the sinister Big Red fromThe Five Heartbeats.
But now one of the last people anyone who has seen the documentary film Welcome to Death Rowcould have imagined defending Suge Knight is doing just that – to an extent – in her forthcoming memoir Time Served (My Days and Nights on Death Row Records).
Simone Green, the onetime in-house photographer for Death Row, and the visibly bruised beating victim shown in the aforementioned documentary, is documenting both the good and the bad times she shared with her former “friend,” Suge Knight, as well as her experiences with Tupac Shakur, Yo-Yo, Jewell, and all the other artists she captured with her camera lens.

Flesh-N-Bone Pleads Guilty To False Imprisonment, Maintains Innocence

After making a deal with prosecutors, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s Flesh-N-Bone is free of any additional time in jail in a domestic violence case against him. According to a report, Flesh-N-Bone, whose real name is Stanley Howse, will not face any additional time in this domestic violence case, after pleading guilty to one charge against him.
Howse’s attorney Shepard Kopp maintained that the deal he struck with prosecutors was only to put the case in the past.
“Flesh has always maintained his innocence of these charges,” Kopp told TMZ. “But it was best for his family and Bone Thugs to put this case behind him.”
Howse was charged with threatening his wife, inflicting corporal injury on her and for false imprisonment. He was arrested in January after a domestic dispute allegedly became a physical altercation.
According to reports, Howse has now agreed to plead guilty to the false imprisonment charge in exchange for dropping the other charges against him. He was originally sentenced to 3 years of probation, jail time and community service. He will now be asked to donate $400 to a women’s shelter and he will be involved in a domestic violence program.
Flesh-N-Bone maintains his innocence as he strikes a deal with prosecutors to ensure his freedom.
Mase Sued For $35,000 Jewelry Tab

Reports have surfaced that an Atlanta jeweler is locked in an ongoing legal battle with rapper Mase over an unpaid tab.
TMZ reports that Aydin and Company has sued Mase for $35,000, with bills going back to 2005.
The company is suing Mase for the tab, attorneys fees, and 1.5% interest per month on the money owed.
Court filings assert that the jewelers were unable to serve Mase with legal papers after trying multiple times at his Georgia home, and have had a process server file an affidavit in the case stating Mase is “evading service.
Mase should have paid for his jewlery . He has maid over one million dollars selling records on his former label Bad Boy.
Dr. Dre Says N.W.A.’s Children Could Star In Biopic

Instead of enlisting actors to depict the group in its upcoming biopic, casting agents for the flick are considering hiring the collective’s children. TMZ caught up with Dr. Dre in Los Angeles, California, asking the veteran musician if rumors were true that N.W.A.’s spawn would appear in the film.
“We’re talking about it… We’ll see what happens,” said Dre.
Ice Cube, who is producing the biopic, has discussed making the film for several years. As of September 2011, director John Singleton was being considered to helm the movie, tentatively titled Straight Outta Compton.

Family Fued ? Master P and C-Murder haven’t talked in 5 years !

In light of rapper C-Murder‘s current fight to appeal his recent life sentence, SOHH spoke with the emcee’s brother, Master P, to get his stance on the situation.
From P’s perspective, Murder’s rap image has played a major role on his legal battle.
“Your image can get you incarcerated and take a lot of things away from you,” P explained. “I think he realizes that right now and he definitely will be fighting an appeal but it takes times. It might take two to three years. He’s innocent from his crimes, everybody knows that but that goes to show you how your image and all the stuff from your past — it makes others think ‘Oh, you know this guy’s name is C-Murder, so he’s guilty.’ They don’t even look at, ‘Oh you wasn’t in the club, you didn’t pull the trigger.’ Man, your image can really describe your life.” (SOHH)
C-Murder’s financial woes have reportedly landed him the help of two Harvard attorneys who have agreed to assist with his appeal.
Though Miller himself has no income, property or savings, two Harvard lawyers have come to his defense, declaring
him indigent so that he may make his appeal and access court records at no cost. The cost for the case records is $20,702, which Miller is unable to pay. His hearing is set for Dec. 10, but he also faces a civil suit for Thomas’ death. (The Boom Box)
According to a letter from Miller’s attorneys, the Southern emcee’s funds are limited.
Miller cannot afford the estimated $20,702.75 to pay for the entire case record and all hearing and pretrial hearing and trial transcripts and fees, according to a motion filed by attorneys Robert J. Smith and John Adcock. The transcripts would cost $17,335, the attorneys wrote. Miller would not have to pay the costs if Judge Hans Liljeberg of the 24th Judicial District Court declares him indigent. Miller is presumed to be indigent because he is incarcerated, does not own a vehicle or real estate or have income or savings, the attorneys wrote. They note that Miller’s trial attorney, Ron Rakosky, has not been paid. Rakosky withdrew from the case when Miller was sentenced Aug. 14. (NOLA News)

Miller was formally sentenced to life in prison Friday for his conviction on the charge that he murdered a teenager in a Harvey nightclub in 2002. Judge Hans Liljeberg earlier denied a request for a re-trial made on behalf of Miller. Following the announcement of the sentence, Miller’s attorney filed a motion to appeal the verdict to the Court of Appeals.

Lil’ Boosie and C-Murder are Communicating at Angola Prison In Louisiana

Lil’ Boosie and C-Murder are incarcerated at Angola Prison, and the pair are communicating and supporting one another as they both fight for their freedom.
The long awaited verdict on whether or not C-Murder will be granted a third appeal for allegedly murdering a 16-year-old in x, is only a month away, according Tru Records labelmate M-11.
Boosie was recently sentenced to 8 years for attempting to smuggle drugs into Angola, as he awaits his trial on a 1st degree murder charge.
Angola, which is the largest maximum security prison in the United States, houses over 5,000 inmates and is surrounded on three sides, by the Mississippi River in eastern Louisiana.
The jail is commonly dubbed the “Alcatraz of the South.”
M-11 of Tru Records explained the relationship that the two Louisiana rappers have developed, and how they help keep each other’s spirits up.
While the two have not seen each other directly, they have communicated through messages and have been keeping in touch.
“He told me that they send messages to each other and they send messages to each other,” M-11 of Tru Records .
Its good to hear that rappers are supporting each other inside of prison .
