Ne-Yo Being Sued By Ex-Girlfriend Jesseca White For Defamation

Ne-Yo’s ex-girlfriend is suing the singer for defamation after he breached an agreement not to go public with information about their relationship.
In 2009, Jesseca White and Ne-Yo reached a $575,000 settlement agreement stemming from White’s pregnancy while the two were dating. White gave birth to a baby boy named Chimere in 2005, and Ne-Yo was originally listed as the child’s father, but his name was later removed from the birth certificate when White revealed that the child wasn’t his.
In September 2012, Ne-Yo did a Behind the Music special on VH1 in which he discussed his relationship with White, breaking the confidentiality clause of their agreement.
Now White has hired Gloria Allred, who often takes on high-profile discrimination cases, as her attorney. Allred is claiming that Ne-Yo painted an unfair picture of her client, portraying her as a liar who broke Ne-Yo’s heart and disappeared.
Allred said White has been “beset by nausea, vomiting, and hair loss” because of what Ne-Yo said about her in the special.
White has asked the “One in a Million” singer — whose real name is Shaffer Chimere Smith — to settle the matter outside of court, but he has yet to respond.
Ne-Yo has said that he wasn’t using the special to bash his ex-girlfriend. He wrote:
I need it to be known that the purpose of my BEHIND THE MUSIC wasn’t to bash Jessica White. We were young, mistakes were made. I FORGAVE.

An Atlanta baseball coach who was charged in the 2009 rape of a 9 year old boy. The coach visited the home of the child to encourage him to join the local team. The child refused to join. When the coach left, the child repeatedly told his mother how he did not feel comfortable with the man.
Two weeks later, the coach
returned to the house with food, balloons, and a PlayStation. The child was very excited. Minutes later he joined the team. Four days afterward, the coach came back to the home. He asked the mother if he could give the child private lessons on catching the ball. She agreed.On June 18th, 2009 Atlanta Court documents indicate that the mother heard her son sobbing. She ran into his bedroom and saw the baseball coach having anal sex with the 9 year old. The mother then ran to the kitchen and grabbed a large “turkey carving” knife, and assaulted the coach.

Deep-fried cereal coming to a fair near you

At this year’s California State Fair in Sacramento, they’re dishing out a new deep-fried menu that includes cheeseburgers, mac n’ cheese and cinnamon rolls. At the San Diego County Fair, you can try fried cereal balls made with Trix and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
“These deep-fried Trix aren’t for kids, unless you want to contribute to the obesity problem,” wrote Shauntel Lowe, who previewed the treat for the Imperial Beach Patch website. “The doughy ball of greasy cereal wasn’t bad, but it definitely isn’t something I’d go out of my way to buy.”
For something a little more exciting, consider the deep-fried Samoa Girl Scout cookies debuting at the State Fair of Texas in September. Made by award-winning vendor Christi Erpillo, these little beauties are made by wrapping Samoa cookies in wonton skins, then frying them and adding bits of drizzled caramel, chocolate and coconut.
Moving away from the fried zone, the North Dakota State Fair will boast two new food booths in July: Pork Chops on a Stick and Just Desserts. The former is pretty obvious (um, pork chops?), but fairgoers will just have to be surprised by the desserts the latter stand will serve.
The Minnesota State Fair will go beyond butter sculptures and food on a stick this year, offering up a sweet corn ice cream made by Blue Moon Dine-In Theater. But, staying true to the spirit of classic fair food, the ice cream can be covered in bacon, of course.

35-year-old Shelby, North Carolina resident was arrested on charges of malicious castration following an argument in the man’s apartment that turned violent. According to the victim, Joyce Gregory grabbed his groin and squeezed one of his testicles out of his scrotum.
The 59-year-old victim is described in the police report Gregory’s ex-boyfriend. Joyce Gregory was arrested at the scene of the crime, where plenty of blood was apparently present.
Joyce Gregory is further accused of urinating in the back of the police car after her arrest… -___-
The assault took place in the early hours of June 2, 2012.
